I realize that the only way I will be satisfied with the work is if I supervise and tell them what needs to be cleaned based on my preference because there were things that were missed and I had to point it out. Since it was our first time getting to know each other, I had to make sure that they understood my preferences. Kitchen was was not clean to my liking and I had informed Hugo that I was not satisfied with the work so he was able to get the job done the second day by sending the staff back to finish what they were supposed to do. I'm really happy that they were able to do this, but would've been better if they already took care of it the first time I'm not removing any Yelp stars because I feel that I am a tougher person to please when it comes to cleaning. lol Overall, I feel that the value was great for the work that they did. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that.
