The negative: dirty.....Yuck on the soda machine, grease on the griddle wall , globs of dust on the ceiling fans, cracked and peeling chair cushions, and curling paper signs. How dare u serve, what u call, a club or clubhouse sandwich !!!! A club is a TRIPLE DECKER sandwich !!!!! Three slices of bread ! Because it's so big u need the extra bread to keep it stable! This also came with avocado , which is great, but without the needed layer of bread everything just squished out the back!! K's has board head brand cold cuts which r the usual in NY but not in Sc. I got roast beef, which was rare but pre cut so it was dry and cut for too thick. Any deli sandwich should have thin cut if not 'shaved' meat. This was a great place to have lunch! I got the chicken salad sandwich and my husband ordered the Reuben. Both were homemade goodness and tasted fresh. The potato salad side was okay- it had a taste to it that I didn't like, but it was nice and cold and seemed very fresh. My chicken salad sandwich was on the smaller side - not as much chicken salad as I would expect in a deli and for the price. My wheat bread was perfectly toasted and the sandwich tasted great, but I wish I would have received more filling. The Reuben looked to be better portioned. The staff was very friendly and inviting. We got there at 2:30 and we're the only ones there. A family arrived shortly after us. I could see it taking a while to get your food if it was really busy, like other reviews have said. But it was a quality lunch and a friendly atmosphere! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. read more

Ate here for lunch today with wife. I had both a pastrami on rye and a BLT on wheat bread, both with potato salad as a side and a pickle. Wife had a combo sandwich. She didn't think much of the potato salad, but I thought it was OK. BLT was only 6 bucks but one of the best I've ever had. Counter service was very friendly and efficient. Premises were clean. This was a great place! Many good sandwich options. Naturally, I chose the classic Reuben with this being a NY based restaurant. It tasted awesome! They must make a ton of them because it was nearly flawless. High quality meat, bread and condiments. I had a side of tuna mac. Little bit of lackluster taste but still good and fresh. Only reason I gave them a 4 was because the portion was good but not as expected by the description. They write, "corned beef is piled high," but it was no different than any other normal Ruben I've had. Maybe I got spilled by the biggest one I've ever had which was probably piled 4-5 inches high but this was about 25% of that. Small cup of tuna mac too. If you're charging $8 for a sandwich and a side, give a few more noodles and make the customer say, "wow." That's what I'd do at least. This is always our stop for lunch on I first full day in Myrtle Beach and I can't wait to dig into the sandwich, whichever one I get. They have the majority of items available that I was used to from deli's in the Pittsburgh area, and it makes it hard to choose what we are going to have for lunch. I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 4 this time because the last several times we have been here the tables have not been cleaned. The corned beef was warmed all the way through and practically melted in my mouth, bread was perfectly toasted, sauerkraut, dressing, and cheese were perfectly proportioned. Served with a dill spear and your choice of tuna macaroni, potato salad, or coleslaw. We shared, so we got the potato and tuna. Awesome. It was all so good, in fact, that we got an egg salad sandwich, cheesecake, and crumb cake to go. We're only in MB until Friday, and we already know we'll be going back before we leave. They sell Boars head-meat, high end meat, several cheeses, home made salads, cake and egg creams. They're open from Monday to Saturday 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. They have a special for the day written on a dry erase board and do offer a specialty sandwiches. The deli is run by very friendly people, that explain the menu to you and let you take your time deciding from the huge sandwich selection. I ordered the Yankee clipper and a chef salad.It was boars head honey turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato and lettuce, sour dough bread with mayo.They will even toast your sandwich. With the sandwich you get a choice of tuna macaroni salad or potato salad and a pickłe. I chose the potato salad, knowing that not everybody can make a good potato salad, it didn't taste home made but tasted like the red bliss potato salad from Publix. The sandwich had plenty of meat and tasted good, nothing spectacular. The chef salad was beautifully arranged in my to go container, but was not the typical chef salad. It didn't have any ham or eggs in it and the lettuce was like angel hair pasta. My over all experience was a good one, so I would recommend giving Kaminsky's a try! read more

Drove 25 mins from our Airbnb in North Myrtle Beach to buy lunch for 10 people. Only downside was how busy the deli was and only two people working. Still well worth the wait. Pros: Great quantity and quality for the price. Cons: The reason for 2 stars and I cannot over look it. The older gentleman behind the counter is beyond rude and unprofessional. Twice I've been in and he has been blatantly rude to customers. The 2nd time I was in my hubby and I were sitting there eating our sandwiches. I'm not even sure what time they close, but anyone walking in 30 minutes to closing were informed of when they closed, that they weren't allowed to eat there, and there was a limited menu because he had already put things away and he wasn't getting them out or re cleaning areas. Several people turned around and left. His rudeness was absurd. With all of the food businesses coming and going in MB he should count his blessings and be thankful for the customers who come through the door. Although his rudeness has never been directed towards me I cannot help but feel bad for those who have felt his unnecessary wrath. Tables are never clean and there is always food/trash on the floor. You can buy Boar's Head meats at most any grocery and make your own sandwich. Or you can let Kaminsky's make it for you. You can mix mayo and macaroni or you can have Kaminsky do it. I have no idea why others rate this place so high. It is no more a five star deli than I am the second coming. It assembles store bought ingredients. It does use quality ingredients but the prices are high for the portions which are under stuffed. Even the hours are not suitable for a deli. Closing at 3:00 and closed on Sunday identify it as a lunch counter. And it is. A deli has smoked fish platters, matzo ball soup, hot brisket with mashed potatoes and gravy, roast chicken and flanken in a pot. A NY deli or any Jewish deli cooks not just assembles. read more

After reading the reviews for this place I was pretty excited to try it. I am a huge fan of Philly Cheese Steaks. Everything is made fresh, they have the best cuts of meat, and the employees are very friendly. Sadly, I would have to say my sandwich was average but the bread was fresh.
