Best little local dinner. Their prices are incredible. I had an italalian sausage scallopini. The roll was fresh. The Italian sausage, peppers and onions were seasoned well. The gravy was a great consistency. I ordered the fries. They could have been a little crisper but they tasted great. The service was friendly and helpful. Dee was super sweet. So 3 meals and a drink and the bill was under $20. Besides being incredibly affordable, it came out quick, hot, and delicious. Pancakes were fluffy, eggs were good, enjoyed the home fries, and something about the toast was extra delicious (maybe the butter lol). The 3 pancakes were definitely ambitious of us to order but they were delicious and we took most of them to go after stuffing our selves. If you're looking for fancy, eclectic, mimosas, etc...this isn't the place. But if you're looking for something delicious, affordable, and with great service...this is your place. read more

Vinny's is small in size but big in friendliness and value. We only recently discovered this restaurant, but have stopped here for breakfast four times in the past two months. Walking in you're warmly greeted and the owner finds a way to make his rounds and talk to every table. The food is good and the prices are amazing! I'm not sure exactly how they can charge the low prices that they do and still stay in business. If you're in the Myrtle beach area and need breakfast or dinner, give Vinny's a shot. read more

Took home a fresh, hot out of the oven apple pie too! The owner chats you up as he walks about interacting with the customers. Only a little attention needs be in the restrooms, otherwise 9/10. We so enjoyed this little "throw back" cafe. There was a bit of a wait at 10:30 but we made it before 11 for the breakfast special. The owner and staff are terrific- friendly & authentic. This morning was our second try for this restaurant. Our first visit, the waitress was rude and forgetful. This morning, we thought we would try this place again. I stood waiting for a table for over 5 mins. I did have a waitress ask if I was waiting for a table, I replied yes! I still had to wait and there were 3 two top tables open. When my husband returned and asked why I was not seated, I told him this was a mistake giving this restaurant a second try! We left, it seems they do not want our business. While we were talking outside, a couple asked what the problem was so we told them and they left. I hope this restaurant folds! There sure wasn't a boss in this establishment as no one came up to us to see what the problem was. read more

The staff is Very friendly, the home fries are air fried or baked, then they sprinkle raw onions on top, wasn't my favorite. The Omelet has plenty of ham and cheese inside. Went to Vinny's for breakfast with my dad. We each got coffee and 2 pancakes. I added a scrambled egg and asked for a sausage patty. Pancakes were good light and fluffy, egg was over cooked to my taste and I was given an Italian sausage link split and seared was the 'patty' when I asked the waitress about it she said that's the only sausage they have. Would've been nice if she mentioned this when I ordered. I asked for crispy bacon and she brought it right out. So for everything the bill was like $14 so not bad. I'd come back and just order the pancakes. Vinny's is small and mostly locals. read more

Ordered a standard American breakfast; potatoes and bacon were great but the toast clearly was cooked from stale bread. Scrambled eggs were bland/dry and had the same consistency as McDonald's eggs. Tried my parents' bacon, pancakes, and scrapple. Those were all phenomenal, but I'd like to see the scrapple sliced thinner to cook more evenly because the center was like baby food. Had I only eaten my parents' food I would have given this four stars. But the eggs and toast ruined 50% of my breakfast. Another star was lost because the restaurant interior is ugly and uncomfortable. Also the owner is chatty in the dining room. Spend more time on the food and not on banter please. read more

I've also gotten his home-made authentic Italian pastries when he makes them and they are the REAL DEAL. Also, his cookie trays are really good and make great gifts. The food is served up just like I remember going to my local nearby diner in South Jersey or when I visit philly for the day and just wanted my eggs over medium, hash browns, bacon and coffee fix. Nothing fancy and unlike a lot of places n this resort town, the price reflects it. 3.99 for breakfast with coffee! Unlike the diners back in Jersey and Philly, he only does Breakfast and Lunch which is fine by me. Vinny is a character and loves to swing by the tables to say hello.
