The restaurant is much larger inside than it appears from outside and offers plenty of seating for small and large groups. I love the open air feel of the dining area and the balcony displaying different trees decorated for the fall. I imagine it is absolutely beautiful decorated for Christmas. While I didn't catch our server's name, she was amazing and very attentive. The hubs ordered the Carolina omelette with grits and had requested no mushrooms or green peppers. It still came with mushrooms but he was able to pick them out. Our server noticed the pile of mushrooms and said she would be right back. The hubs told her that he didn't want or need another omelette but she returned with a properly prepared omelette which we took home for later. She was very apologetic and said that it was important to her that he received what he had ordered. I ordered the eggs Benedict with grits and always ask for my English muffin to be extra toasted and they nailed it!!!! It was perfectly crispy and held up I the hollandaise sauce and egg yolk. The hollandaise sauce was some of the best I've ever had (and I have had a lot in various states). Perfect balance of creaminess and texture. The grits are nothing to get excited about as they are instant and slightly disappointing. Overall we both really enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying other items from the menu.

The only negative was our eggs were more well done instead of the medium we requested. Staff was very friendly and menu selection is good. Overall, we had a very good experience.

We have been coming every Sunday for the last 5 months and never disappointed with what we get. The pies are amazing, crust is so flaky and homemade! Apple is my favorite but my boyfriend loves the cherry and blueberry too. Chicken salad on a croissant is amazing, it's tender and just right amount of mayonnaise in it. The cheesesteak is amazing! Has just right amount of cheese and meat ratio, I can see why it's voted number 1 for cheesesteak! The breakfast potatoes are amazing, not fried like most places but put in grill and cooked just right. So much flavor in them too. I had the lobster bisque last week and the amount of lobster in it was amazing and I am from Boston and know my lobster! The owner is from Mass and gets her lobsters in from Maine so they are amazing and her lobster rolls and lobster bisque are fresh when offered on menu. Can't recommend this place enough! By the look on her face you could tell the young blonde girl had an attitude problem because she had that pissed off look on her face. No I'm just standing here for the hell of it because I have nothing better to do!! When she brought our food she tossed the basket on the table and walked away without a word. We also ordered something to take to our daughter and granddaughter and she did the same thing just tossed the bag on the table and walked away. I don't remember asking for a shitty ass bad attitude from some snot nosed young blonde kid with my meal. If you hate working here that bad then go find another job and don't force customers to deal with your shitty ass bad attitude! This also happened on the last visit before this one we got bad attitude from some black haired girl.
