Right when you walk in, it smells so good. Not nail shop chemical smell but that good clean smell! The gentleman at the front was very nice and polite. Greeted us with a smile. My daughter and I were getting pedicures for her 12th birthday. I made an appointment the day prior. We were able to get the pedicures together which at some places they don't do and one person is stuck waiting. $45 for spa pedicure, callus treatment, gel nail color. The ladies were very nice. Kaylee is amazing! I tell her what I want and she nails it every single time (pun totally intended lol). I was going in every 2 weeks doing gel manicures and dipping powders. They would always chip or peel off prior to my first appointment with Kaylee. She suggested the acrylic overlay and have not looked back since. Based on the good review. I tried the ombré nail , it seems very nice , yes, it's really cute ; BUT! The guy who did my nail named PETER; after all done, I washed my hands, I realized one of my finger looks wired, I told him that the nail which he attached to my right ring finger looks crooked ; he said " no no no it's your finger towards that side " well , I was told him it's not right , he very sure it's my finger issues ... I showed my husband , he said looks like the nail which he attached on my right ring finger's problem I attached the photos ; I am not a new person doing a nail service , never happened before That's attitude problem , if he offer redoing that finger I still won't let him do again cuz it takes at least 30 minutes to fix that , but I just don't feel good when he tried to find excuse . I can understand they just remodel their place , and everything is new he needs some time to get used to all the equipment and setting ; during the whole nail process , he's really uncomfortable , makes me uncomfortable as well ... Terrible customer service, no one knows how to do anything other than a "painted" nail. If you ask them to do french tip, they will tell you your nails are too short and crooked because no one wants to do it. On TOP of that, they are THE NAIL SALON TO TALK CRAP ABOUT YOU with a smile on their face! My friend was able to understand every word they say, and it is insane how fake they can look to you to your face and smile while doing it. We sat there not saying anything. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are THOUSANDS of other nail salons you can go to. Don't come here to ruin your "relaxing" time. I have been coming here for over two years along with my wife and mother. A good pedicure helps me due to the fact that I wear boots at work. My wife and mother get a mani/pedi on a regular basis. The wife and I have been so happy with the service here, we drive out from West Los Angeles. Today, we booked three appointments. Wife ordered an acrylic fill/pedi, while mom and I got a pedicure. We had another engagement following these appointments. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment time and they started us at various times. 10 minutes into her pedicure, my wife asked when her acrylic fill would begin. Their response was "as soon as someone is available". We noticed that there was a "walk in" just prior to our arrival, which we believe occupied the nail tech who was supposed to service my wife's fill. Again at 20 minutes my wife asked the same question, and received the same response. 50 minutes into our pedicures, the nail tech servicing my mother's pedicure offered to start my wife's fill. Since we had a prior engagement, my wife declined the fill that she had an appointment for. Normally this would not have bothered us however, we are loyal customers of K Nails and always purchased the most expensive services and tipped the nail techs extremely well. The girls in the salon even knew us by our first names. When my wife brought this to the owners attention, we received a lukewarm apology. This terrible experience, coupled with the rise in prices will keep us from returning to this salon. There are no lack of nail salons here in Norco Ca. K Nails started to charge an additional $12.00 just to use gel polish. I advise you to look elsewhere when needing a nail service or you will be disappointed just as we were. Found some ok salons, some great-but holy moly expensive, and some with just terrible everything. I came across K Nails and it was just right! I have been going to this salon for over 3 years off and on. I have had a few experiences that led me to seek other nail shops but I often end up back here. However, after my last experience, I will not be visiting this salon. Pre-scenario- I have had 2 friends who previously went with poor experiences and I still continued to go. The other day, I go in, I had an appointment (which is very important, its also important to maintain your appointment time, because if you are 5 min. late, they will question you and make you wait- I have witnessed it). I get SNS dip and I ask for Ombre on one of my nails. The tech who was doing my service told me that "they cannot do ombre with SNS". So then of course they start speaking in their language to each other and one of the owners (sisters), tells me the same thing. Obviously I have had ombre on my nails before with SNS dip and know that it can be done. So I just told the tech to take the previous paint off and shape my nails and I would go to another salon. So the (owner, one of the sisters) kind of smirked and didn't even attempt to offer the service. So then the mother who was performing the pedicure, could see that I was unsatisfied with the response and offered to try the ombre with dip on my nails. I obliged, and she did a good job on the ombre (although my nails are a little too thick for my liking, but I appreciate her effort). After frequenting this salon on numerous occasions, you can see that the owners don't value everyones dollar and feel that if people aren't satisfied they can go somewhere else. Also they don't offer new services/ like new designs to you. You have to come with an idea and then MAYBE they can do it that day if they feel like it. read more

Let's just say I live in Orange County and I come here to get my nails done. Best place hands down. I've had my nails done by Peter, Helen, and Mimi and they were all amazing. I come in without an appointment and they take me in fairly quick (the longest wait was about 15 minutes). But then again I could be lucky in my timing lol so I suggest make an appointment if there is a specific person you would like. They are really clean and friendly.
