If I could give it zero stars I would. On Sunday 5/7 I stopped in to Just Nails and asked Holly (the new owner) for a gel manicure and pedicure. She said she doesn't do gel pedicures and went on and on about how bad it is for your toes because you have to drill the polish off. That is false you I know because I only get gel manicures and pedicures. I just agreed to the polish because I wanted a pedicure and she won't do gel ‍. Monday 5/8 notice one of my toes is messed up. (I had socks and sneakers on the previous day.) I tried to contact the salon and they were closed. I called on Tuesday to explain about my one of my toes and how one of my finger nails the gel polish is chipped. I explained the extreme displeasure because gel polish is supposed to last up to 2 weeks (they even have a sign that says so). I made an appointment for Sunday 5/14 to get it fixed because that was my next day off. I wake up and on Wednesday and see another nail is chipped. . Fine I said to myself you have an appointment. Fast forward to Thursday 5/11. My nails at this point look like I've had the polish on for 3 1/2 weeks and dragged my finger on cement on two fingers and one finger is mildly chipped. I call Holly and explain I don't want them to redo it the quality is extremely poor I want my money back. She tells me to come in so she can see the nails. Even longer story short... Holly (the owner and the person who did my nails) says that if all 10 nails were chipped then she would give me my money back but it's only 3 so let her fix it. When I say one nails is bad there is almost 1/4 of the polish missing from it. Then tells me she didn't say gel polish lasts for 2 weeks. THERE IS A SIGN IN THE FRONT THAT SAYS THAT. There is also a sign of their price list that has gel pedicure on it (that she refuses to do). She took a marker out in front of me and crossed it out. After going back and forth she then started blaming me for the polish chipping because I didn't come back in 24 hrs. They were closed on Monday and when I spoke to her Tuesday she just wanted to make another appointment. She refused to give me my money back and after I agreed for her to fix it on Sunday she continued to blame me saying that I could have done anything to cause the chipping. No I didn't! The quality of work and horrible customer service deserves zero stars and they do not deserve your money. read more

I am Holly. I started to manage Just Nails from Sept.2015. I explained what happened for Teresa's R.( She is 2nd complaining client since I 'be manage salon) - On 5/7/17 , she came for gel color pedi & gel mani. I refused to do gel pedi only. She agreed to put regular color on her toes. I finished pedi, and gel mani then. - On 5/9/17 , she complained about colors chipped off on toes and nails. She made appoiment to fix all on 5/14 at 2:00. - On 5/11, she called again to ask for money back . I told her I wanted to see all nails before I made any decision. She came in salon at 7:15 pm to show me her nails and toesand she started looking all signs in store... Her right big toe color at a part of free edge was wrinkled and missing because hitting sock & shoe.( " no problem , I" ll repolish " - I thought). On her nails , there were index & thump gel color chipped off a little bit at free edge , and another thump 's a piece of color chipped off about 1/4 nails . I told her that there were 3of 10 nails chipped off, I wanted to fix instead of retuned money. She didn't let me finish my words she talked so loud about how bad she was feeling when people looked at her nails, how hard she worked, how bad job I did , why nails not stay 2 weeks like sign said so, why I refused to do gel pedi like sign said so, if I was the Professionail tech , she couldn't get back salon 24 hours like sign said so cause she busy, if I not returned money back she let whole world know how bad the business was .... I told her finished her speech, ' til my turn let me finish my words , I explain that there was another manicurist did gel pedi before , that 's why the sign still said so, but me , I didn't guaranty nails last 2 weeks solid, many conditions for nails last long( from how good technique of manicurist, from how good product was, how good client took care nails ... ) . I don't mind to fix nails , I am not a perfect nail tech, I try to do the best I can, I would correct mistakes to be Better, that' how I grew, I wanted to fix nails for her instead return money... She asked me if I could come on Sunday 5/14 to fix them at 9:00 , I answered " yes" . She asked me " why you said that you could come at 11:00 . OMG !! I didn't say so . I tried to fix the problemto do her favor. She LOOKED FOR PROBLEMS.She wanted me to do gel on her toes, I refused right away.She agreed. And then she come back to asked me do gel on her cause the sign said so . OMG !! I cross it out infront of her . I explained that she got 2 nails with chipped off color, and the thump was torn , I agreed to fix them , if she didn't give me a change to fix , that' s not fair to me .No refund money . I confirmed appointment 9:00 am on 5/14 . This time , she was yell at me " You blamed on me !!?? , if you not do what I want , I will ... " On 5/14 to day at 9:15 , I called her to fix the nails , she said that she said not coming . True or false, right or wrong , many problem will be correct , become better or not .. depend on Both sides .... read more

I went to Holli for an acrylic fill. My nails were way beyond needing a fill, and several were chipped. She worked through all of it, did a great job, and in lieu of a traditional french, offered to try a faded french, which looked nicer on my now shorter nails. The salon itself is definitely nothing nice to look at, but it was clean, and the prices were very fair ($23 for the acrylic fill). read more

I visited the Just Nails a few times this year! When I was waiting I heard many positive comments for Holy who became the manager in 09/2015! Some customer"s husbands who went there with their wives stated that they are happy! The environment and staffs are friendly! The prices are reasonable! Dip polish nails chipped after 4 days, and nail tech stopped in the middle of my appointment to do a walk in pedicure. Ended up being there 2 hours for a manicure, ridiculous! Go somewhere else. This place is no good. read more

Wow!! Where do i start... This place does not even deserve one star.. I was basically robbed!! Theres a sign on the door that says under new management.. When i went in it honestly looked like nobody ever used that salon it should have been a red flag.. I got a gel full set which she applied completely wrong. She had no idea how to even polish the nail correctly they were all thick and goopy like when you put too much polish on the nail. She had no idea how to properly put on diamonds and put a coating on them that took away their shine. Then to top it off my thumb nail falls off 2 DAYS LATER!! I realized all the nails were loose within the next 4 days three nails had come off, i had to just rip them off. It was like i had press ons , on my nails they just came off no hassle.
