I have been going to Chris for a long while. He is the best! Yen and Chris have a very clean salon.

I decided to go here and try the dip powder. I have been getting dip on my nails regularly for 4 years, however not at this salon. Within less than one week I noticed my thumb nail's dip started to crack. Within less than two weeks, 8 out of my 10 nails have cracks and two have broke. My dip powder typically lasts me 4-5 weeks! I've been going here for years, any tech that you get, is happy to do your nails however you want them! I usually show them a picture if I want a design and they always knock it out of the park. Terrible service! The technician was laughing about the length of nails after putting them. My daughter got her nails done and she told the technician what she wanted and he didn't listen to her. Last min call and they took me on for a mani pedi. I'm visiting in the area and wanted to look fresh. Nice looking place and the mani pedi is on special for 30 dollars aweeeeesommmmme. Massage chair is nice has options but I didn't know how to strengthen the massage. I went to dry my nails and of course like I usually do snugged a couple of nails. I have been going here occasionally for mani pedis for a few years because they have the comfiest chairs and their pedis last longer. (Salon manis never last long enough for me, regardless where I go) I recently started getting their gel manis and I LOVE them. They do a great job shaping and the gel is nice and thin... and still lasts 2 weeks looking great. Prices are very reasonable and the people are nice. I sat under the dryer for 45 minutes (my ride was late to pick me up). Despite the extended dry time and requesting quick dry top coat my nails still wouldn't dry. Nail Tech 6 is right around the corner from my home and yet I never visit!! Over the weekend I chose on a whim to call up and ask for a gel manicure appointment. The man who answered was so sweet and made sure I was fit in as soon as possible. The salon is clean and elegant looking. I enjoyed it's appearance - a nice salon always makes your time sitting in the chair more enjoyable. My gel manicure was done so well and neat. My nail technician Dawn was detail oriented and did not rush my nails. I recommend this salon to anyone! You can't beat $23 for a gel manicure!! read more

Absolutely terrible gel manicure. When I first sat down the incompetent technician was chatting on her phone instead of consulting with me, so she filed my long round nails into short square stubs. The edges of them are rigid and polish is all over my cuticles and fingertips. When I brought these issues up with the owner he told me that next time he will make sure someone more capable does my nails, but I will not be coming back. read more

I will never go here again! They do not listen to what the customer wants they just go and do whatever they want. I asked for LCN (which i have been getting for months) and the nail technician named V decided to take it upon herself to rip all of my LCN off without asking me. I asked her if she was going to re do the LCN and she goes "no I just want to do regular gel on you" as if she didn't want to be bothered with it. I explained to her why I get LCN and she ignored me and did what she wanted anyway! Mind you she was 10 min late to the appointment! Wow, the WORST mani/pedi I've ever had! My finger nails were not filed down evenly. My toe nail color were 2 different shades on my left foot compared to my right bc he only put one coat on the right foot! It's been awhile since I've been here. I used to go all the time, but stopped when I felt they weren't listening to what I wanted and was unhappy every time I left with my nails. I don't know if the owners/employment changed, but I know they made renovations since so I tried it out yesterday and couldn't be happier. One of the owners, Chris did my nails and he did EXACTLY what I wanted to a tee. I couldn't be happier. I haven't been this happy with my nails in a very very long time. Was looking for a nail place near my beach house. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure with a friend. We got our pedicures first and we're satisfied. When we got our manicures we were highly unsatisfied. Our nails were all different shapes and very ridged. They filed our nails after the gel was set right before we left. I went in to get a fill for my acrylic tips, the lady was super nice and very talkative, she shaped my nails perfectly BUT the gel that I asked for on top she did not allow it to be in the UV light for a long time, it was literally a minute. She then asked to have my hands and she then used cotton balls and rubbed over them which my nails ended up being extremely sticky and kept a lot of cotton pieces on them, my nails came to $30 which was ridiculous, my nails are dull and the paint has chipped. No nails with gel should be chipping. I will never go back here again. read more
