Always clean and staff are incredibly friendly! I use Chloe for my sets and fills- she is excellent at replicating and free handing designs. I saw some patrons complaining about the pricing but I think they're fair in comparison to other salons.... Not only that- she moves incredibly fast and her work stays solid for the 4-5wks in between my appts w her. Anyone who's done my pedicures has also been great. Highly recommend. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our services this time. My daughter introduced me to Natural Nails over a year ago because she was very happy with their manicures & pedicures. I had a gel manicure & she had a gel pedicure. Within 2 days, a few of my nails began to chip. The same happened to my daughters pedicure. Gel nails have always lasted me 2 weeks or more in the past. Although the staff is friendly, & the salon is clean and beautiful; I think the polish they are using must not be of good quality. The man did repair my chipped nails - but within a few days (less than a week from my original manicure) the polish began to lift, peel, & chip. It's not cheap. This shouldn't happen. We spent between the two of us over $70, & our nails don't look good anymore. It's a shame, because we really liked this place. read more

I waited about 40 minutes before they even started my pedicure half way she left to start someone else? I was here for over an hour and a half yet they didn't even finish anything. I will not be coming back. I tried out quite a few different nail salons when I moved to Whiting, but now I'm a loyal customer of Natural Nails. I'm happy with how long their dipping powder lasts. Sometimes I don't get back to the salon for 5 weeks and my grown-out nails still look pretty decent. Owner Tina is always there. Just about anyone on her staff does a good job for me. Only once in three years was I disappointed that the dipping powder started lifting up after 3 weeks. Must have been a new staff member. Hasn't ever happened again. Many times I've called in the morning and was able to go in that same day. It's a 30 minute drive from where I live, but it's worth it. I will not go anywhere else. read more

Pedicure by Pink was perfect. Fast, clean and efficient. As for my nails. Within a few days of getting the hard gel nails done they started to crack and break. I went back two weeks later and requested a different tech. Not only was this tech not helpful, she blamed me to picking at my nails and told me my body is changing therefore the gel didn't work. She filed and reapplied 3 layers of gel making the nails thick and uneven. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The overall store receives a 2 for cleanliness. very nasty vibe quality is not the best!!! i requested acrylic on my real nails over the phone. i had called to make a appointment for this service on february 6,2025. we made the appointment for february 7,2025 for 6pm. i was having some issues and was running late so at 6:04pm on february 7th they called to see were i was which was ok with me,but was not ok was the women at the salon had a attitude and said you need to come as fast as you can because you are my last appointment after i told her i was on the way and would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. i told her i can only go as fast as the speed limit and hope i make every light which is not guaranteed but i will try. i told her i did not appreciate her attitude and i can go somewhere else if you like but she said no that is not what i meant. she ended hanging up on me but my boyfriend said lets still go there for now and find somewhere else next time. the lady at the salon tried to call me back but i called not answer so when i got there is told me supposably the girl who was going to do my nails did not want to do me and left without notifying me so my boyfriend drive over there for nothing. i do not recommended this nail salon !!!!!!!!!so we left and went over t k nail salon on chambers bridge rd in the ups shopping center. highly recommended them very nice and pleasant. we walked in at 6:15pm and they were very willing to service me and the guy even offered to do a pedicure. they even did gel nail polish on my acrylic and put on tips so my nails would look better and gel pedicure. very satisfied and happy would highly recommended. we are very pleased with them and will be back.. read more

Dirty. Never saw them wipe down anything. Shavings of nail polish and dust everywhere including the dryer. Poor service. Slip-shod "quick quick" gel manicure. I spent most of the time sitting with acetone wrapped on my nails and then the technician used a full force shaver to get off old gel, destroying the nails underneath which are already thin. She never greeted me. She decided to take a phone call and laugh uncontrollably in another language for the 10 minutes that she was working. Never asked if the shape of the nail was good. Came here today with a friend to get mani/pedi's. Upon walking in, we picked colors and were seated in the pedicure chairs immediately. One woman began soaking my feet while my friend waited for the other man to help her about ten minutes later. The pedicure itself was great - included a foot massage, scrub, and lotion/hot towel. The only downside which wasn't even a big deal was that I finished before my friend. The manicure was simple but just as great. She cut my nails and cuticles, soaking them and including a hand massage with the hot towel. The total came to $33 without a tip, but I did leave 25% because my nail tech deserved it. I've been going to this salon for about a year now, and I have never walked out dissatisfied! This is my go-to salon out of the many salons in Brick and Toms River. First of all, they are clean! Second, the customer service is always so great. I see that they know their customers on a first name basis. They do awesome work on your nails. Anne and Lana are my usual go-tos and always take their time and my nails are perfect when I walk out the door. I usually get their gel manicure, and I get them done about every 3 weeks. My nail tech Chloe messed up my requested nail design and when I respectfully asked if she could fix it she got mad and said it was already done and if she took it off she was gonna charge me for the full design PLUS charge me again to fix it and/or do another one. I said I would pay for the fill in (which she overcharged me $45 for even though it says $21 advertised in the salon) but that I wouldn't pay for the design because I didn't like it and wanted her to remove it. She threatened to call the cops and said they have security cameras so if I didn't pay for the full service she would escalate the matter because I needed to pay for her time. Then said I needed to hurry up cuz she needed to get home. Hands down the worst customer service and worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my entire life. I sincerely feel like they only treated me this way out of discrimination and prejudice due to my race. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and out of line. I even tried talking to the owner about the situation because she witness the whole thing and she just shrugged her shoulders, said nothing, never apologized, and didn't correct the staff member. I yelped places around me and Natural Nails showed the best reviews even though they were about a 20 minute drive from where I'm staying. The salon is clean and I liked the TV set up so you can watch a show while getting treated, but overall I'd have to say I'm really disappointed. My nails don't look good at all. I went twice , first experience was fine , second was horrendous. I got an acrylic fill , the lady used wayyyy to much pressure when filing down my REAL NAIL and cuticles in multiple fingers. I kept pulling back and she apologized then did it again. I told her once she put the primer on it burned like all hell, I wanted to jump out of my skin bc of the CHEMICAL BURN , I told her about it and she shrugged it off ... when I finished my service I told her that 4 nails were STILL BURNING . So 30 mins of straight pain and being UNCOMFORTABLE. That should have never happened. Primer and the monomer cause even more of a CHEMICAL REACTION!!! You learn this is school btw !! I told her at the end it was still burning and she didn't care. Told me it was $48 for a fill and ombré. I told her nicely (I'm also a learning cosmologist) that she has to ease up because I WAS IN REAL PAIN. She was like pick someone else next time. Excuse me ? So I asked to speak to who was in charge and the lady in charge acted the SAME WAY. What can you expect I guess tho yakno , all they do is in and out with clients all day. Very disappointed with my dip powder manicure. I wouldn't even call it a manicure, he literally just dipped my nails in the color and sent me on my way. Didn't cut them like I asked him to, didn't clean up dead skin or push in cuticles, absolutely nothing. He buffed and then went straight to the powder. He also only did 2 coats, and in two years of getting dip powder manicures I've always gotten 3 coats. Especially for a light color. He also didn't moisturize after, so I left the salon with cracked dry hands. Dip powder manicures should take at LEAST 25 minutes, and he was finished in under 15. If I just wanted my nails painted I would've done them myself rather than paying $45. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I also got a pedicure, and that was good. I don't know if maybe they were having an off day, but I got gel tips last night. One nail is crooked, and the first design came out terrible, so I asked for another one, and it came out even worse. I picked both from the design samples they had... The guy doing mine had to have a different employee do the second design. Both were fairly simple swirly designs. He could not understand my color choices either. I even showed a picture for reference. Plus he was extremely rough and rude. He told me he was "sick of my nails because my hands were too stiff". All in all a really bad experience and I will never go here again. read more
