My daughter and I booked mani and pedis! She had gel mani and I had regular mani. Salon was very clean. Pedi chair was great! My manicurist barely spoke to me- which is fine, but she also kind of threw the instruments like she was annoyed. My mani and pedi was fine. Brief leg massage. My daughter's edges on both mani and pedi messy. She had to ask the manicurist twice to fix her nails. Manicurist for my daughter gave her extension foot and leg massage. Offered bottles of water. Whatever you do please do NOT go here. Very unsanitary. Very rushed. The one guy had warts all over his hands (didn't put gloves on) which is highly contagious, cut my one finger.. Worst pedicure ever! My girlfriend and I came here together and both had horrible pedicures. The girls rushed through and nails were painted like a 4 year old did them. Girl didn't even cut my nails. Barely filed them and then only scrubbed one foot! WTF? When I got home and took a closer look I saw just how awful they were! My girlfriend gets a dark color so we could actually see how poorly done hers were while we were at the dryer. We were both rushed through and as soon as we sat in the drying chair the two girls that did our nails were leaving for the evening. If they would have stayed maybe two seconds I would have asked them to fix our nails. It was about 7 p.m. They don't close until 7:30. Really good pedicure. I opted for the $40 Dead Sea option and it was fabulous! Her massage was deep, strong and on point. And she was so through getting all that peely dry skin off. My only complaint is no credit card tips and I don't have cash. Now I have to leave and come back which is annoying. I worked for tips on the past so I don't want to screw the girl over. Also, just a few too many upsells. If I say no to a manicure once please don't ask me 4 more times! Good thing I have boundaries! That's the only reason I took a star off. read more

I get my nails done by Tim every time and I refuse to go anywhere else. His work is genuinely flawless and even if it takes a little longer than usual, he is extremely meticulous. The prices are amazing and him and everyone else are willing to do whatever to make you comfortable. I went to at least 15 different nail salons trying to find a good manicurist and he is the only one I have stuck with, going on over a year now. Friendly, welcoming, and lovely place. read more

I stopped in for the first time for just a pedicure. I was greeted promptly but wasn't told if I should wait or if they were taking me right away. It was awkward. During my service, my tech was more interested in talking loudly across the salon to his coworkers and wound up absentmindedly exfoliating my right leg for way too long sometimes even missing my leg due to distraction. My cuticles were trimmed but were not pushed back. My nails are not filed straight across and the polish job is just okay. I won't be coming back. read more

I went to get a pink and white full set . They were terrible. Bumpy, thick and the pink was so bright it didn't look like a natural color pink for a French manicure like it should. I called to have them even out the horrible bumps and file down near the cuticle where there was a big bump on every nail. I assume the man who tried fixing them was the owner, he tried his best to fix them and proceeded to tell me I need to ask for thin if I want thin! FIRST- Extremely uncomfortable. Front desk guy kept flirting with me, I am married and pregnant! And then he had the nerve to ask if I wanted wine! I had high expectations for this place! It's a clean salon but that's about all it has going for it. I initially asked how much for a regular mani (with gel removal) and they just immediately put me in a chair before answering me, after asking again they told me $17 which is a bit much in my opinion, eventually the guy talked me into getting a gel mani for $25 which seems to be the going rate. At first I was happy with the service, he soaked and scraped my nail rather than use a grinder which is my preference, then the downfall came. The World Cup was playing on tv and every technician in the salon were completely focused on that. The man helping me was filing his own hand at one point because he was so focused on the tv. And when USA scored the whole place went went wild, at one point this guy got up and clapped while in the middle of doing my nails. Some other customers were clearly not impressed with everyone's behavior especially being that this place is literally named "spa" while the atmosphere was more of a sports bar in a different language. He finished my nails fairly quick which was nice but it's a noticeable, sloppy & embarrassing job. My fault for not noticing it until I was way out of the salon since I ran out of there as fast as I could. But of my list of places to avoid, this is definitely one of them read more

Amazing!!! Have been going for a year now and everytime, set up an appointment with Tim. However, all of the nail techs are great! They take their time, listen to exactly what you want, and cater to you. Place is super clean, friendly environment, lots of gel color options. This is the only place in Brick that I can go too and leave knowing my nails aren't going to chip or break. I personally go to Tim and get gel nails with gel polish on top. For people who usually get just gel polish their gel polish change is only $15!!! super affordable and highly recommend. read more

Well this was my 2nd visit and last visit . Super Hot water for my feet to soak in . I asked for French pedicure should be simple enough .... NO . Nail techs name unknown and not overly friendly . Did not push my cuticles , did not clip nails , just snipped my cuticles . Offers me a card of Dead Sea salt massage scrub which I should have just left alone . Comes time to apply nail polish and I see that it's Pink Polish ! What French pedicure gets Pink Polish ? After applying polish on my nails I looked at them and it looked like Pepto Bismol . Immediately had her remove all of it and start over . Well she never even had me dry my polish even when I sat for a manicure just to clean up my cuticles . Horrible service and not cheap . Went today. 2 customers in store. A young Asian man did my manicure.Did not talk or even look at me. Did the fastest manicure I ever had. Filed my nails awful.Buffed with the speed of lightning. Meanwhile texting and reading his texts during my manicure. Walked me over to the dryer .Never turned the nail dryer on,I had to look for the switch.So annoying and non professional. My daughter and I had appointments. The woman tech was setting me up for my gel manicure. A young Jewish lady was a walk in. Suddenly I was passed over to a man manicurist who already had a customer and I had to wait to start my appointment. It was explained to me that she was only able to have a woman do her nails. I could have raised an objection but I tried to pay it forward and be nice about it even though they thought it was okay to inconvenience me. Not two weeks later, my "gel" manicure has completely peeled off. I've had many gel manicures in the past so I know for sure this wasn't a normal gel manicure since it usually takes a nail tech to remove same. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I took a chance, having never been there and the salon looked clean. There was only one other woman in the salon when I was there, not busy at all, yet I was rushed. The water was cold in the pedi tub, and the whole pedicure was 15 minutes. She rushed thru everything, hardly filed, shaped or massaged. She pretended to push back and even trim my cuticles and then sloppily painted getting polish all over my skin. I was so upset when she started to rush my manicure the same way that I said something. The woman began yelling at me and took no ownership of the poor work she had done. The manager never offered help or to fix what had been improperly done. I paid for a terrible service and will never ever go back again. No wonder no one else was in the salon. read more

I got my nails done on the Thursday before Christmas (gel manicure) for the holidays. By Saturday one of the nails was lifting. I gave a second star because I went in Tuesday and one of the women fixed both nails (another has begun to lift at this point) and did not charge me. But, by Thursday ( so one week since the gel went on) all of the nails had lifted and pealed off, so the two that she re-did I had to get taken off at another nail salon and pay for that! HORRIBLE nail salon. I went toCity Nails and dos on Friday and I knew as soon as the man started on my nails he was not interested in doing a good job. He rushed between each step never allowing the nail to set. I called the owner the Saturday morning since my nails were mess by the next morning. I was told to come back the following day for a new color change but on Sunday when I arrived I was only given a new clear top coat. My pedicure water was scalding and she kept telling me ok, put in she had rubber gloves on but my feet were burning. The filing was so rough I cringed, she cut my toe and I was bleeding. The entire pedicure took 14 minutes...oh she did hand me a card with up selling services! Then to the manicure same woman- nails were crooked I asked her to fix 2 of them. She takes out her cell and makes a call on speaker not in English so guess she didn't care. No cream, no hot towel soaked my hands in cold plain water (no fizzy tablet). She gets up leaves and another woman paints my nails. Then when she's done walks away!! I asked someone if the station was a dryer so I found the switch and dried my nails. Then I see 2 are not evenly painted. No place for your feet to dry. I complained that it was a painful pedicure the gentleman Tim took off polish on 2 nails fixed them. Then I get cream and the warm towel! I thought it would be no charge... Nope $32.00 and he said come back and ask for me or Bonnie, and gave me a 10.00 gift card!! The female owner is Bonnie and she said nothing. So I left with polished hands and feet, not relaxed and a cut toe!!! Maybe if you go to Tim or Bonnie you will be ok. I had the most horrible experience ever. I went for a gel manicure and the woman doing my nails messed up several times and told me I couldn't use the color I wanted. So I picked a different color and she still kept messing them up and each time she messed up she used a metal scrapper to scrape the gel off but she was very rough and scraping my nail off. She was very rough and cut several of my fingers. I complained and and she only became rougher and gave me an attitude she was telling me it was my nails and my fault which was very unprofessional as it clearly was not my nails fault! The owner tried to talk to me an explain but he wasn't very helpful either and didn't offer to redo them or a discount or anything. I've had my nails done by Tim, the owner for several years. Just 3 days after my last fill, the nails started to break and lift. I went back to get them fixed and he gave me attitude and was very nasty. I did make a appointment for my next fill, asked him to be sure he would be open on Memorial Day. He said yes. I drove there and they were closed. No call to let me know there was a change. My guess is he messed up and put it in for the wrong day. I am sure of when I made the appointment because of the days I work. His mistake, he is making a lot of mistakes lately, not concentrating on his work. I won't be going back. His work is getting sloppy and he tries to say its because you hit them or did something. Well, if the nails aren't strong enough to stand normal wear, its a waste. I don't scrub floors or dig ditches, nothing I did made them lift and I see quite a few other reviews complaining about the same thing happening to them. read more

Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A simple manicure / pedicure means at least an hour wait before you are even acknowledged by the staff. Their work is mediocre at best, and even gel will come off within the week. Don't even considered getting waxed- a friend recently went in to get her eyebrows done.
