Does she not understand I know she's talking about me to someone else! She did it repeatedly! I am done with the sarcastic attitudes... I can take my money somewhere else, and not be talked about! Yes Henry, I feel like you couldn't care less that I was sitting in the chair in front of you... and to boot they took a walk in instead of my pedicure, and bluntly told me so needed an appointment of I wanted someone special!! Umm, I tried to do that! Sorry Melanie, I need to go somewhere else where I am appreciate! Henry please clean your station, it's filth! F. Solomon

The owner barely shaped my nails or cleaned up cuticles the first time. I said thank you twice to him as I was leaving and he just stared at me. THEN HE FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW. Totally unprofessional. The owner was also talking about me in his native language to another nail tech and acted as if I didn't know. Lastly, he was never a nice person to me or my mom when we would come in. I have tried this place a few times now. I specifically request to have my pedicure done by a specific nail tech. Every time I go I end up not being with who I request. The male owner always jumps in and does my pedicure. He does not properly cut my nails. Then he passes me off to someone else for the polish. The polish job is so bad it looks like a toddler did it. I called to have my pedicure redone and the owner is only "allowing" me to have my nails polished again by the specific person I always request. I am done paying money for a service that does not meet my expectations and does not honor my request. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

When I got there, I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure or come back in two hours for a pedicure and full set. This was very disappointing and disrespectful of my time. They should have told me the actual availability when I called instead of having me rush over just to wait. It feels like they misled me so they wouldn't lose business. I'm still waiting, so my expectations for the quality of service are high and I'll update once I see the results.

My nail tech also didn't measure my nail before putting on the extensions and so they didn't fit my nails correctly and she didn't file them down well by my cuticles as well. Not worth my money at all. The place itself looks nice and clean but I was pretty dissatisfied. Hopefully it was just the nail tech I got (Tammy)because the FB reviews of this place don't seem too bad.

The man doing my nails was very rude, but I was with my friend and kept laughing it off. It wasn't a great pedicure (all the filing is crooked, there is paint on my skin, etc), but now 2 days later and the paint on 6 of my nails have completely come off. I feel guilty writing a negative review because I understand maybe the man was having a bad day, but I will never return here and don't recommend it.
