They started to remove the gel polish from my nails and then the woman stopped working on my nails and started my daughter's gel manicure because "she didn't know how to finish mine". I could not understand if this was because I had a broken nail that needed to be fixed or if it was because I was growing out a gel fill (that I did not want to remove, even tho they tried to soak off my nails) and just wanted a gel manicure over the grown out gel fill. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how long it would be before someone continued working on my nails and I was told it would be another 15 minutes, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I politely let them know that I had somewhere to be and I wouldn't have had the woman remove my polish if I knew I had to wait 30 min and the owner said that they had people call out because it was raining and they were understaffed. I replied that I wish someone told me that before they started on my nails or wish they had called me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to take my daughter and I at the same time or that I'd have to wait 30 minutes. After waiting I was seen by another man (who was very nice) and he asked me if I wanted to shorten my nails. I said yes, but just a little. Instead of a trim, he cut more than half off and made them on the shorter side. He fixed my broken nail and gave me a nice cat eye gel manicure. But, he clearly had trouble understanding me because at one point he was nicking my skin with the machine and I nicely explained that he was hurting me and he did not understand. I did not say anything else after this happened because I was so late for my next appointment and just wanted to leave. Last but not least, my daughter's gel manicure CHIPPED the same day she had her nails done. Photos attached. I definitely would not return to this salon.

It was definitely the owner who did my nails, but I'm not sure what her name was because she didn't really interact with me. So I paid $35 including tips for a gel French manicure, and they started chipping in less than a week, there were bubbles under the nail polish, and there were a lot of space between my cuticles and the nail polish... gave them two stars because I enjoyed the massages and paraffin wax treatment for my hands. Will not be returning to this place.

What could improve??? Everything!!…read more They were never deserving of 5 starts but there location made it convenient seeing they are 2 minutes from my house! My last 3 experiences were horrible and each one was worse than the other. They make it very clear that they do not except tips on cards...okay fine some places dont do that... but the have an ATM in the salon and dont tell me to go down the block to the barber shop to use the ATM. 1- one of my pedicures they had a young girl that had no clue what she was doing, she told me yes that the colors come in gel and regular so I could arch my toes and fingers.... When she was about to paint my toes another employee called over and said no that is not for toes so i said ok then lets do white- she didnt understand I said white.. oh and the pedicure chair i sat n was broke and didn't go all the way back and being almost 5'10 my knees were bent and i was extremely uncomfortable. 2- i always call and make an appointment - 3x i have made an appt for a gel fill and a regular pedicure and those 3x they never put in for a pedicure then i tell them i want a pedicure they are scrambling around looking for someone to do a pedicure... my last appt i specifically said more then once when i called about my pedicure... and they were still confused 3- just look at the pictures i have attached, I think that says enough!!!!!!! What is with my middle finger... it looks like i painted it myself, i didnt want them this long, he kept saying i can make them any shorter and he kept saying he cant. Why didnt he cut my cuticles??? Isn't that part of a manicure... let's add that while filing my nails he cut me...so that was fun, aren't you suppose to get a hand massage and lotion... nope not me!! The convenience isn't worth the money- its 68$ not including tip, when i am sitting there i feel like i dont want to tip them... but I'm not like that, i will not be going back i would rather drive further away instead of my nails look like a child has done them.. lastly- the guy there can stop rolling his eyes every time someone talks and maybe not take a cigarette break as my nails are in the UV light.

They did a pretty good job on my gel manicure. The guy tried to convince me to get acrylic and the lady next to me was trying to get her client to get something more expensive as well. So I guess that's their tactic lol. They are kind of rude though...my technician told me to wash my hands after finishing painting so I did and went back to the chair, expecting the lotion/hand massage thing, but he was gone and the tech next to where we were sitting yelled "you're done". So I walked up to pay...and my tech asked if I want to put his tip on my credit card or if I have cash. Yikes I've never been asked for a tip outright like that haha.

I wish I was explained what and how much an "overlay" was prior to getting a manicure (no tips)…read more After my 35 minute manicure with gel and paint, the manicurist painted an "overlay" which is OVER PRICED. I asked why my very minimal service was $60 (plus a tip on top of that) and was told "the overlay will help make the nails last 3 weeks. My nails grow fairly quickly so I really didn't need a 3 week protectant on top of the gel finish. I hope this helps other customers know that if you are asked "overlay?" ask what it is and how MUCH it will cost. I learned a Very VALUABLE lesson.

To top it off, he cut her cuticles in several places drawing blood. I'm now waiting for the infection to set in. I would advise people to avoid this shop at all costs.
