I have been diligently looking for a great nail salon for gels that will last. I'm not easy on my nails and they always break. The best places I've been have lasted around two weeks before starting to peel/break. I lucked out by finding JJs the day my boyfriend proposed so my nails were picture perfect to show off the ring! The most amazing part though was that after 3 weeks there wasn't even minor damage to them, if they hadn't grown out they could have lasted even longer I'm sure. I went back to have them filled and again they did a flawless job. The pedicure was great too. Got my forever man and forever nail salon all in one day

I would have done my own nails better... one of the worst manicures I've gotten. You basically pay for a cut and polish change. No lotion, no cleaning under the nails, not even a dry time. They kick you right out. I wouldn't have left a review if it weren't for the man staring out the window as he did my nails. He looked out the window the whole time... no wonder it came out so messy.. Take your money elsewhere. They don't care about their customers here.

We were on vacation, and my daughter wanted to get a pedicure, so who am I to say no? So I checked Yelp and found JJ Nails. The Spa Pedicure I had was great! The calf massage with hot stones was spectacular, just what this tennis player needed. My daughter loved her basic pedicure just as much. Very friendly staff, I'd recommend this to my friends.

Customer service needs improvement. Nail tech is a little aggressive on their care. I found myself getting annoyed with repeatedly telling tech again what I wanted. The shape was wrong. All in, needs improvements but I would give them another chance to see. read more

The photo below is after TWO WEEKS. The opal is hard to photograph and I didn't get one when they were first done. I went to JJ nails for the first time two weeks ago with my mom. We both got pedicures. I also got a gel manicure with an opal powder on top. My mom got a French manicure with regular polish. After two weeks, both of our nails are chip-free (which is crazy for me before I'm rough on my nails). My manicure came out absolutely beautiful. The prices are competitive. The place is clean and the massage chairs are wonderful. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. I did not get the impression that anyone seemed to care about their customers. The pedicure I received was terrible. It seemed unsanitary and the products used were cheap. I will never go back here. The entire time I was getting my pedicure I could not wait to leave. The place smells so bad like nail polish/nail polish remover that it will give you a headache. I am very shocked at all the positive reviews. I needed a pedicure prior to vacation and my regular place was not open on Mondays. I looked up the reviews and thought this would be a good alternate and I was clearly very wrong. read more

Update on this nail salon! They did renovations and it looks so clean!! So happy I decided to come back and give it a shot. They do proper precautions like taking my temperature and signing a waiver/wearing masks. Very clean and definitely will be back!! read more

I went there because they had really good reviews. The pedicure was just ok. They worked very quickly. It was not relaxing. She did not do a good job at removing the callouses on my feet. I don't think I will be going back. read more

I went here to get a gel manicure before a work conference trip .. I selected here based on Yelp reviews and WOW. This is the first salon I've been to that the employees are SO NICE! I've gone twice now and couldn't be happier with the service! So quick and polite! My manicure lasted 3 weeks, which is amazing! (gel manicure is $25) read more

You will never go anywhere else after going here. I'm going to this salon from now on. I get the gel manicure and I'm going on three weeks ( I usually go every two weeks but ya get busy) and not one chip, crack or lift on any of my nails. Lovvvvvveeeeee this place. read more

My mom and I came here for pedicures as a treat prior to my baby shower. We didn't have appointments but there wasn't much of a wait as it was a weekday. Everyone was so friendly and they really did a beautiful job. Polish lasted for 3 weeks with no chips and techs are gentle and thorough. I've been back a couple times since and am so pleased! read more

Finally a gel manicure that lasts! No chipping, cracking, and still have the I same shine. I'm a nurse and rough on my hands in general so this is not typical for me. Plus my eyebrows look amazing - they are shaped well, and trimmed perfectly. Everything was quick and efficient and yet detail oriented! Will absolutely be back read more

They have no consideration or respect of customers time. I make appointments all the time because I work a distance away. I do not mind waiting but they take walk-ins with no regard for good, loyal customers appointments. I will never go back again and should have taken my sisters advice when she stopped going there months ago! By the way, I also didn't mind when they had their child running around and interrupting my manicure constantly which was much more important than the paying client in the chair!! Stay away from this place if you want good service. read more

So, I randomly passed this place on the way back from my newest job 6 months ago and I desperately needed my eyebrows done. Normally, I would go to European wax center. I also worked in salons and spas and had professionals that specialized in eyebrows do my waxing. Well, I didn't have time or patience so I passed this gem and went on. Let me tell you, in my whole life, this place did the best waxing and trimming ever!!! I had three people do my brows over the past 6 months. Not only are they helpful on how to to grow them and what spots you need to work on but they spend way more time on them then the over priced European Wax Center. The quality, the time, the talent. It's priceless. The amount of compliments I get are amazing. They trim them, obviously wax and most importantly shape. The best part is, it's only 8 dollars. But if you want to be cheap then don't go there. You better leave more then a 20% tip because the artists deserve it. So long story short, I never write reviews unless I am I am really pleased or really pissed. I am extremely pleased. On top of the talent, all of the employees are extremely polite and attentive. I always walk in because I'll wake up and my brows are just done. They never make me feel like an annoyance EVER. I would give a million stars if I could but 5 will have to do! Stop in and give them a try. I can't get my nails done cause of my job but from what I've seen they excel at that as well. Just had my 1st manicure today at J&J nails. Beautiful salon, clean and friendly atmosphere. Jenny & Jimmy...the owners(J&J)...are very pleasant and accommodating. This was my fifth attempt at trying to find the right salon and now I did! Jimmy did my nails perfectly! Thank you J&J! I will definitely return in a few weeks! read more
