Got a pedicure from the man who works there. OUCH! Realized he nicked my cuticle and I was bleeding. I also asked him for rounded edges on my nails. He didn't do it AT ALL. When I checked out I asked if I get a discount because he made me bleed. He laughed and jokingly said, "I'll take off one dollar! " I didn't laugh. But didn't tip him either! read more

Just moved into the area. Popped in with no appointment with seated immediately. Very clean highly recommend a salon.

YIKES. First time here and I will not be returning. Left crying because I was so confused on what I paid for. Manicures are meant to be done leaving the customer satisfied, feeling refreshed, cuticles all cut, and nails cleaned...my experience lacked all of the above. I was in the area so I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away which was a pleasant surprise. I felt like I sat in the chair for a total of 10 minutes but my anxiety was through the roof. I asked for rounded nails. My nails were not filed evenly and they were all square and jagged. Paint was still on my skin. They had a whole wall of OPI colors but only 5 Essie colors so they need to update their inventory but that's the least of their worries because they have unskilled workers. I paid in cash and the worker started taking out a bunch of 5's and singles and gave me back the wrong change. I had to let her know. Maybe it's because I'm originally from the North Jersey area so I'm a little particular... maybe they aren't so bad...JK. Very disappointed. read more

Love! The pedicure was more than up to par as was the manicure. The salon is decorated with a beach theme that is right on the mark. I tend to prefer a cool room and their AC setting was perfect. Salon is so clean, modern and bright. Price reasonable for a standard mani/pedi. Everyone was friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back. FYI, no tips on credit card which seems to be the norm these days. Great spa experience. read more

Terrible job - rushed through the whole pedicure, didn't even clip them evenly didn't even scrub - and the polish is too thick to dry so they're all messed up. They have no idea what they're doing over there, they're hiring these people who don't know how to even paint evenly. See for yourself!!! read more

Worst manicure I've had in a long time. Bumpy (one nail actually feels like sandpaper), messy and a long blonde hair dried on my nail. I'm not blonde. Disappointed as I was hoping this could be my new nail place. read more

I've been here twice this summer as my regular nail technician has moved due to pandemic. Extremely pleased with the pedicure and gel manicure I have gotten both times. Jessica is great. She really wanted to make sure I was comfortable during the service and happy with both my mani and pedi. They have taken lots of safety measures. Highly recommend read more

I live nearby for four months every spring and summer and was hoping to find a salon close by where I could get my pedies and manies. However thank God I only got their manicure because it was the worse one I ever got in my life. She started working on my toes just as I sat down - the one foot did not soak at all and the cuticles were not trimmed. I should have paid better attention, but I did not think I had to. I asked please cut my nails as short as possible and she said she did- they were even with my skin whatever that meant. They were barely cut at all and had sharp and uneven edges. I even remarked that wow you're polishing already, you are super fast. Now I know why, she didn't do much. Horrible. read more

Horrible pedicure. Barely did anything, the polish is sloppy and my nails are uneven. My manicure was so rushed I didn't have a chance to realize how bad it was. Slim pickings around here but I will not go back. read more

Found this nail salon after I had a a bad experience at my usual spot. I was a walk in and they were extremely welcoming. They took me right away and did a fabulous job. I have really long stiletto shaped nails. I've always found it difficult to get the exact shape I wanted. JK nails has never disappointed me! I will never go anywhere else and will keep recommending this salon to everyone! read more

I was looking for a salon at the shore thats convenient, has reasonable prices, takes walk ins and does a good job. Found it here.

The worst manicure/pedicure I have ever gotten. Rude and unprofessional. My 5 year old nice could have done a better job painting my nails.

The pedicure I got was ok. They didn't really do much. My main issue was with my gel manicure. I had already shaped my nails myself so there wasn't much for the guy to do but he made most of them lopsided anyway. He also managed to get dirt between the layers of my nail polish which showed through. I asked him to fix it. I always feel like an asshole if I have to complain, however I am paying/tipping for a service. He made it into a big to do and refused to acknowledge his errors. The lopsided nails he kept filing down but maintaining the uneven shape. I eventually held it up to the J K Spa business card to show him that it was uneven and shaped them myself. Then he complained that my nails were too short to file properly but as I said they were already shaped and that I was perfectly capable of shaping them. He pretended not to see the dirt took a couple layers off of the gel and say painting over would hide the dirt. I stated it wouldn't because you could already see the dirt through the layers in the first place. He tried to tell me it was the white calcium deposits on my nail but the dirt was black and in a different location. It's a shame that what was suppose to be a relaxing and fun experience turned into a headache. read more
