The front desk woman greeted me when I walked in and she was efficient with booking an appointment. The waxers I saw were clean and friendly. I have nothing bad to say. I read other reviews that complain about the time restraint and such. That is just to give the waxer time to wax them before the next guest. I don't see any reason why this location should get negative reviews. If you have a reaction, it isn't the locations fault, but your skin condition. I found the wax to be a perfect temperature. They should have told me when I said I was paying for the massage on my card and my mani/ pedi with cash. They refused to correct it and no apology.
