But , the experience overall is not so great. Every time I come, i walk-in and normally wait at least half an hour no matter if theres 3 people people ahead or 0 . Usually I don't mind waiting. Until recently , i found myself waiting about 45 minutes. The salon owner who sits on the right decided to assign a child that was working the register to a booth . As the girl called me over, she did not look happy to help .She was very rude while trying to prepare the foot bath , and give me instructions. As I remove my socks and roll up my pants she proceeded to give me a super disgusted look . Very uncalled for and rude . She continued to stare at me as if i were an alien , until she finished and walked away . Why are we allowing unlicensed children to do the work of adults and treat customers like crap ? No matter how busy a nail salon gets , no one should be sending their child to do a job she doesn't want to do and enabling them to take it out on customers .

Someone came to start her pedicure and after almost 10 minutes they noticed I was still waiting and sent someone over. No big deal except then my pedicure was done before hers. A little annoying but thought I would give it another try. Went back on my own, with appointment. Again, staff super friendly and nice and sent to sit down immediately. Unfortunately, similar problem. Pedicure was only about 20 mins. and when I got home I realized she literally painted only 3/4 of most of my nails leaving the side portion undone. Also while there I noticed the topcoat on one nail was clumpy and she missed a portion but I figured I'd fix it at home. The prices are good, staff is friendly, and place is clean. Maybe I am just having bad luck not picking particular technicians and getting whoever is available.

I reached out to the Instagram page and whoever responded was very helpful and booked an appointment for me. I showed up 10 min early for my appointment and was taken a half an hour after my appointment time. I understand it's busy, it's right before the holidays but that's not really fair to keep someone waiting that long and to just say have a seat. Tell me she's behind. I don't know who I'm going to, I've never been here before. When I was waiting , they had me sit in the nail drying chairs which were so hard and uncomfortable- they need padding or a pillow or something. Then they moved me to the pedicure chair, thankfully, which was a little bit more comfortable while I was waiting. My nails came out okay. The tech was very nice. I learned that they don't cut cuticles with the manicure I got, which is kind of disappointing. I did tell her I like them thinner and I feel like they're a little thick. When I checked out, I asked what the total was and was told one number, and when I checked the receipt, it included a fee, which was not the amount I was told. I don't care how much it was-but if someone is asking how much, tell them they are actually being charged including the fee. She asked how everything was and I said it was ok and she didn't press to find out more.
