These two sisters are amazing and they do fantastic work!!! my gel nails last a long time between fills, because sometimes with my work schedule I just can't get in to get them done, when my appointment time is due. Both ladies are creative with designs and color pairing ideas. I have also gotten great pedicures with gel colour because its summer and I don't like my polish to chip. Currently they are not taking walk-in's, so book your appointment !!!

The first lady wouldn't let me in the room for my one daughter and I had to fight to be in the second room for my second daughter since it was her first time getting her eye eyebrows waxed. I was already annoyed about that. The service was done and I paid $12 for each of their eyebrows. When I went to go pay, I used my credit card. I chose not to put the tip on my credit card because I planned on giving her the tip in cash. As I was processing the payment, the lady says " no tip???" in an aggressive way. I stated that I was going to give a tip in cash. I handed her a five dollar bill and said thank you. As I was walking away, she screams out "five dollars for both of us" I said yes!! I gave each lady a 20%tip! I was sooo annoyed because 1. Why are you asking me if I'm going to tip you or not before I leave? 2. You're ungrateful about the tip that I gave you? I have been going there for years, but I will not be returning anymore! Half of the stuff is so rude!

(2/5) $130 fir a polish change????…read more I wanted to share my experience at Beyond Nails after two visits with my 95-year-old mother, who has dementia. During our first visit, the technician (Wen) did an excellent job on my mother's nails, and she was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the work. Whenever my mother spoke, the technician would not acknowledge or respond directly to her. Instead, she would look at me as if I needed to translate. While my mother's communication can sometimes be affected by her dementia, I felt she still deserved to be spoken to with kindness, patience, and respect. The technician was not warm or personable, which made the experience uncomfortable. We decided to give the salon another chance because my mother loved her nails. We returned for her scheduled 3:00 p.m. appointment to have a polish change on both her fingernails and toenails, keeping the same cat-eye color she already had. A few minutes after we checked in, a receptionist came over and asked what services we wanted. After I explained that we only wanted polish changes with the same cat-eye color, I was quoted $130 before we were even taken back. If I remember correctly, that was about what I paid during our first visit for a full manicure and pedicure with the original cat-eye service. The price seemed excessive for polish changes alone, and I left feeling as though we were being discouraged from receiving the service. Whether that was the intention or not, the overall experience did not make us feel welcomed or valued as customers. Because customer service is just as important to me as the quality of the nails, we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. I sincerely hope the salon will consider providing more compassionate and respectful service, especially when working with elderly clients and those living with cognitive conditions such as dementia. $130 for a polish change??????????

I ended up leaving with a completely different result. The nails were uneven and had visible bubbles, but I didn't say anything at the time because I was in a hurry. Less than 10 days later, the gel polish started peeling, and by February 27 (just two weeks later), the acrylic had completely lifted off. I have never had a full set last only two weeks before -- even at lower-quality salons -- especially when there is a gel top coat. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had, especially considering how expensive it was. To make matters worse, the person who did my nails was the owner himself, and no cuticle cleaning was done during the service. Very disappointing overall.
