I'm giving then 4 stars however if there would be an option for 3 1/2 stars I would certainly…read morechoose that option. There was only one person on staff at the time I came and she was still the only one there when I left. I wondered if anyone came in at that time for service who would assist them, since she was busy with me. She gave me a great massage and even gave me a little extra time. I think her name is Anna, she was friendly sweet and extremely pleasant. Overall, the massage was great! However, she does not understand a word of English and when I say not a word I mean not a word. So the only way to communicate with her was through google translation. Before the massage I didn't mind talking to her through google translation since I'm very accepting of others. However, at times in middle of my massage she was a little to tough and it hurt. I said ouch, don't think she understood to go lighter and I wasn't going to use google translation in middle of my peaceful massage. My overall experience was great and was easily noticed by my difficulty in accepting that the massage was actually over ! Your serious??? That hour flew by! As a btw their price is phenomenal for one hour is 50 dollars! Oh, and don't forget to tip! To make a long story short, overall great experience with some language barriers!! But that won't keep me from coming back!

Terrible- would not honor a Groupon - tried to tack on extra fee. I do not understand why…read morebusinesses do this if they are trying to attract customers. Stay away!

This was my second time getting a pedicure here. First time I went with a friend (we had…read moreappointment). Very friend staff and clean. Sat us right away. Someone came to start her pedicure and after almost 10 minutes they noticed I was still waiting and sent someone over. No big deal except then my pedicure was done before hers. A little annoying but thought I would give it another try. Went back on my own, with appointment. Again, staff super friendly and nice and sent to sit down immediately. Unfortunately, similar problem. Pedicure was only about 20 mins. and when I got home I realized she literally painted only 3/4 of most of my nails leaving the side portion undone. Also while there I noticed the topcoat on one nail was clumpy and she missed a portion but I figured I'd fix it at home. The prices are good, staff is friendly, and place is clean. Maybe I am just having bad luck not picking particular technicians and getting whoever is available.

I've lived in Howell for a couple years and I don't get my nails done often. I have a big event…read morecoming up and wanted a dip manicure. I reached out to the Instagram page and whoever responded was very helpful and booked an appointment for me. I showed up 10 min early for my appointment and was taken a half an hour after my appointment time. I understand it's busy, it's right before the holidays but that's not really fair to keep someone waiting that long and to just say have a seat. Tell me she's behind. I don't know who I'm going to, I've never been here before. When I was waiting , they had me sit in the nail drying chairs which were so hard and uncomfortable- they need padding or a pillow or something. Then they moved me to the pedicure chair, thankfully, which was a little bit more comfortable while I was waiting. My nails came out okay. The tech was very nice. I learned that they don't cut cuticles with the manicure I got, which is kind of disappointing. I did tell her I like them thinner and I feel like they're a little thick. When I checked out, I asked what the total was and was told one number, and when I checked the receipt, it included a fee, which was not the amount I was told. I don't care how much it was-but if someone is asking how much, tell them they are actually being charged including the fee. She asked how everything was and I said it was ok and she didn't press to find out more.
