It was a great experienced and I walked out quite pleased. That was May 14. Less than two months later, my hair is bushy and very frizzy in the damp weather we have been having. So I called to see what they could do. It seems the Signature means that it is especially mild and is good for 3-5 months. This they did not explain to me. I am used to Keratin Complex lasting 8-10 months at the last salon where I had it done. I called at just 2 months, very dissatisfied. I was told by the manager and then again by the owner that if I had complained within a week, they would have re-done it. Wow! really? It was $350 which comes out to $175/month of straight hair. And now I have to have it done again. Very generously, they offered me 20% to do it again. I don't think so.
