Binta was wonderful, but I'm not thrilled with my results from the lift and tint, and after a Brazilian I'm very very red and bumpy 3 days later. Essentially my full leg and underarm wax were flawless. Binta is friendly and kind and very professional. The lift and tint were mediocre at best and even after a return trip for a second free of charge tint (normally like $30), my lashes look unchanged. I told her I wasn't happy and that while there is minimal lift and color, it is not enough of a noticeable difference to be worth the $110 I spent. I was told my lashes are very fine and that's why it didn't take ‍

Yesterday I thought I'd give the new Browista on the block a chance and selected Amanda. What a wonderful job she did ! Not only did she make my brows look amazing, she was so pleasant and nice to work with that I will definitely make my appointment with her next time ! I always like to give the new person a chance and at Arch, everyone is so super talented that you really can't go wrong. Thanks for doing such a great job, Amanda! All that training really paid off. I took a chance based on previous Yelp reviews and had an amazing experience here. This was my first lash lift, a procedure that I had literally never heard of prior to a google search made on a whim. I wanted something to bring out my eyelashes without extensions and this was perfect. I saw Danielle S. for the lash lift. The procedure itself took about 90 minutes including a consultation that reviewed potential complications such as eyelash kinking. When I asked about that the technician explained how it happened and how they are able to fix it during the lift itself. So I went for it, got in a 60 minute nap, and woke up looking like this, lol. Danielle was even able to fix up a bald spot on one of my eyelashes that she had noticed. Super natural look, professional experience, worth every penny for the nap alone. Can't wait for my brow consult in a few weeks!

I recently moved from New York to San Francisco and similar to the review below, I was on the hunt…read morefor a place comparable to Rescue Spa (which was my go-to in NYC). I am so grateful to have found Elizabeth at Kayla Jeanne Aesthetics-- this was better than my experiences at Rescue Spa and I wasn't upcharged for every additional treatment. To start, we briefly chatted about my skin/problem areas/my concerns, she listened carefully and reassured me that we would address everything. She went above and beyond. During our session, she paid close attention to detail, she explained the reason for each treatment and I left feeling glowy and confident. At other estheticians I've seen, I've left feeling blotchy and red, not wanting to show my face until the next day. I left Elizabeth with glowy skin and zero redness. The space is welcoming and comfortable and they take cleanliness very seriously with added protocols to keep clients safe during the pandemic. After this lockdown, I'm really looking forward to going back!

If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what else does. My unruly sparse eyebrows have never looked better, and miraculously I never break out from the wax she uses. Its a bit on the pricey side at $30 for brows, but for the peace of mind of having brows that I don't need to pencil in, I would say its worth it. As for the bikini wax, lets just say Andrea is very meticulous. I don't want to bore/gross out anyone with the deets, but ingrown hairs are at a minimum and its the least irritating wax I've had. I decided to come here as a treat for myself for my birthday back in April. I made a late morning appointment for a massage on a Friday. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here and would return.
