Very disappointing experience. I went in and simply asked for the shape of my nails to be changed. Instead, the technician cut all of my nails off and then told me he would have to put tips on. The tips were left extremely long and are now breaking, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. What makes this even worse is the lack of customer service afterward. I made an appointment to come back and have the problem fixed, but when I returned, he refused to help and told me it was "my problem." As a paying customer, I expected accountability and a willingness to correct a mistake. I left frustrated, in pain, and feeling completely dismissed. As a nail technician, a very picky one at that. I usually don't write reviews when I get my pedicures. Mostly because I am so picky and it's easy for me to pick up on subtle mistakes. I am also OCD when it comes to cleanliness of a salon. So if I wrote a review it would typically be negative. I just got a pedicure at E Nails Spa, Kelly was WONDERFUL. Her pedicure was thorough, her polish was meticulous, and her massage was good. The salon was VERY clean, and the gentleman who I am assuming is the owner was the most pleasant to deal with. I definitely will be coming back to this salon in the future. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. This was probably the worst manicure experience I've ever had. I had scheduled an appointment but was rushed the second i got there. They told me to pick a color and then the nail tech snatched the box away and told me to pick it at the chair. Before I even pick a color he's grabbing my hand to start. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted (two colors and a very basic design on two nails) which he ignored and didn't do it. And then he clipped my cuticle so badly that I bled the entire time. He rubbed powder with his bare thumb into my bleeding wound. I would not be surprised if I get an infection. I will not be returning. I also learned a nail tech here cut my sister pretty badly as well by clipping the skin underneath her nail. I'm not sure what the nail techs name was but it was chair 7. So beware. read more

Went on a Sunday and was quite busy so they asked me to return which was fine as I had nothing to do. Got a mani and a pedi. The nail tech did a good job on both. My only complaint is, and continues to be (and I don't know if it's a Jersey thing since I'm originally from nyc) that they don't use cuticle oil! I've been to many nail salons in the area and not one has offered cuticle oil. It's really mind boggling. The tech was gonna trim my cuticles but I always say to just push back. So maybe this is why cuticle oil wasn't applied? In any event, they did a good job but I won't be back. Still trying to find the perfect nail salon. read more

I hope you don't have any issues... my grandmother had an issue with her nails and called the owners and they said they would change the color and fix their mistakes with no charge. When it was time for the nail technician to work on her, my grandmother told them she spoke to the owners and said that it was a no charge fix and right away they were very nasty and rude not letting my grandmother explain. They all joined in and ganged up on her verbally and calling her "weird" with people watching and listening. Very unprofessional and we will not be going back. I went in to get a dip manicure with a full set and the man doing my nails was rude and when I asked if he was going to put on the tips and had another woman come over to convince me to do a gel instead he seemed upset when i declined and rushed through the rest of my manicure. A dip manicure that is supposed to last three weeks chipped within 8 hours and a whole nails broke off in two days. I called to get it fixed and the woman said they couldn't that day so I stopped by to see if I could get a partial refund and was surprised to see them telling other customers that they had plenty of availability that afternoon. The service here was rude dismissive and unhelpful and the manicure itself was shoddy at best. For 60 dollars plus tip I expected my dip to actually last more than 8 hours. don't go here read more

Both gel fills I've gotten here were fine - nothing special but nothing bad. Fine colors but have to pick off samples can't ask for specific color name since they don't have good brands (OPI, essie). I was recommended to come here from a friend since their prices used to be good (25$ for a gel fill on tips). Super excited I came with a different friend, they charged us both different prices (35$ &37$). I looked at the price chart where it said gel fill $25, I asked why mine wasn't the correct price. They said I was wrong although I mentioned they have charged my friends different prices. Reluctant, I went back again. This time they charged me $35. Cheaper than other places but not worth the trek specifically when they charge different people different prices. Seems sketchy. read more

I went in for a pedicure, I haven't had one in months so I was really looking forward to my feet feeling fresh, but all I have is uneven toe nails, uneven paint job, still dry patches, and cut up toes. They are super busy since the last couple times I've been, looks like they're turning into every other nail salon in the area and just looking to get people in and out. FIRST & LAST TIME I EVER GO TO E NAIL & SPA Figured I'd give the salon a try, so I went there on Sunday & asked for a gel manicure & pedicure. The man behind the counter told me to pick out my colors, which I did. I was taken to the pedicure area by a male tech, who did my pedicure. To be fair, I will mention the one pro about the salon - it is clean. The tech rushed through my pedicure & skipped steps. Being my first time here, I thought maybe they didn't do certain things that other salons do. As I was speaking with the woman next to me, I saw her tech do the steps that my guy did not do. So, that confirms I essentially received what amounted to a polish change. When my pedicure was finished, my tech told me just to sit there, that he'd be back. So, I continued speaking with the woman next to me & glanced over at my guy, who was doing what could have been a polish change or a pedicure at the other end of the salon. Since I was in a conversation, I didn't take note of what he was doing. All of a sudden, it dawned on me that he was doing a full pedicure - perhaps even a spa pedicure - & just left me sitting there & intended to let me sit there for however long it took. He NEVER informed me he was doing that. The front desk person NEVER told me they were squeezing me in. Instead, they just let me sit there in the pedicure chair. NO ONE told me I was being squeezed in. NO ONE asked if I was okay with that. OF COURSE, THEY STILL WANTED THE $30 FROM ME FOR A CRAPPY PEDICURE & WASTING MY TIME. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER BE BACK, BUT I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL OTHERS OF MY EXPERIENCE. THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Been going here for 4 years. No complaints at all about the service. However, in the last 3 months price for gel manicure has gone from $30 to $35 and now $38! This was done without warning. No notices were ever posted. Now I understand prices go up, but when Kim (receptionist/manager?) is questioned about this she tells clients "if you don't like it go somewhere else" !!!! I just got a manicure with Jasmine (WHO IS AMAZING) for the first time since quarantine. I have been going to this salon for 3 years - at least 3 times a month. they always had good prices- $12 for a manicure. i went today and asked for just a cleanup- no polish. I went up to pay and was told it was $18. for a manicure????? i get we are all feeling the economic strain from Covid, but really? when I made sure she realized this was with no polish, she said "sorry- that's the new price". needless to sayt, $18 for a manicure with no polish is ridiculous. I am no longer a customer! I can pretty much guarantee all my neighbors who go there will no longer be either when i tell them the new price. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE E nails & spa! Kayla does an amazing manicure & pedicure and she is really fun to talk to. The woman at the front desk is the sweetest. She is very accommodating and friendly. The salon is very clean and the prices are about average nail salon prices. I use to only go every 6 weeks before I discovered E nails but I like the salon so much that I go every other week now. read more

Never again! Why subject yourself to the bad treatment @ E Nail? I like ONE nail tech to work on my nails... Start-to-Finish, NOT 3. I also hate when my nail tech gets up and starts working on someone else, I also hate when my nail tech talks and talks on the phone, I don't like when the nail techs talk in their language to each other the whole time they are not talking on the phone. I also hate to be chided by my nail tech for wanting designs on my nails --Each time I went, I kicked myself for giving them another chance.... if there was a 0 star rating option i would give this place one. I went to get an upper lip and sideburns waxed and the lady was super aggressive to the point where my skin felt like it was about to bleed. not even that but i asked her to put the aloe cooling gel on it and instead she put GERM X hand sanitizer all over my face and tried convincing me that and the hand sanitizer were the same thing. I left burning and crying and i called up to complain and they did not even care in the slightest. will be going to a new nail salon from now on. read more

Tried this place several times since I live so close, but have always left disappointed. My last two experiences were the worst. Decided to get a French gel fill. The tech doing my nails had done a French on me once before and I did not like the way she painted on the white (lines were crooked, uneven). So I decided to make it easy on her and have her airbrush it instead. She did not know how to work the machine! It literally took her at least 4 or 5 tries on each nail to get it not good, but acceptable. Was so frustrated that I just told her to leave it and left there with my nails looking horrible. The last time I went, it was for a gel fill again and I did not have an appt. Of course I was assigned to that tech again. I figured instead of paying all that money to leave unsatisfied yet again, I would just have her take the gel off and give my nails a break. She quickly filed off the gel (did not soak them), and asked if I wanted a color. I told her no, that I wanted to give them a break from gel/polish, but she insisted on putting on a clear coat. This entire process took maybe 10 mins? And then they proceeded to charge me $28! Ridiculous. That was the last straw for me. I rather drive farther and go to a better quality salon. read more
