Great salon. I've been to multiple in the area and Tiki Image has by far been the most impressive. There are levels 1-6 for UV tanning and multiple options for spray tanning. Walking in the staff makes sure to cater to whatever service is in your best interest. Tons of skin care available and each sales associate talks you through what will be best for your individual need! Their UV beds and stand ups get me great color every time I go in! I am reposting a previous review of this establishment as my initial review was flagged and removed for "not accurately describing the business..." I assure you that this detailed review most accurately represents OUR EXPERIENCE with this business. My fiancé (girlfriend at the time) and I visited tiki image about a year and a half ago for couples massages. It was a great first experience and that led to us scheduling our second visit. Our second visit was scheduled for the beginning of August 2019 as a congrats to us for our engagement. On the day of the massage, we received a phone call informing us that they'd have to cancel our massages due to a last minute illness of one of the masseuses. Completely understood and we were offered a free add-on as an apology. Fast forward to today-- we made another appointment for couples massages and mentioned the promised add-on and it was granted (or so we thought). We entered the room at 4:35pm and were lying in the bed at 4:38pm when both masseuses entered the room. We booked a 60-minute couples massage. SIXTY... SIX ZERO. Plus the ADD ON should have put us slightly over 60minutes. When the masseuses left the room, the clock read 5:22. That is a 44 minute massage AND additional add-on. We were in the room for far less than 60 minutes; let alone a 60 minute massage. I mentioned this to the receptionist who stated that it's 50 minutes because of a 5 minute consultation before and after-- no where is that mentioned in any confirmation email that we received nor was it mentioned when we arrived. Even still-- 44 minutes is 6 minutes less than the 50 it "should" have been. When I am paying for services, I expect to get what is paid for. Now, what about the add-on? It appears that it was more of an "in-lieu" of service. Again, I mentioned that to the receptionist who said 'it is already included in the time'-- which made absolutely no sense but I did not argue with her. Aside from above-- both of our massages were far below average. I left with a worse spasm in my back than I arrived and my fiancé whole-heartedly feels that her massage was cursory and rushed at best. It was clear that both masseuses were new and with little experience. (They were all very nice though). It is safe to say that neither of us will be back. read more

We spend over $400 a month here and they still send me to my car to get nickels and pennies (which I never have so it's always a scene) for eye stickers when I forget my eye wear. I'd like to buy them a roll so they don't have to put everyone through torture over forgetting goggles if they're coming from the gym next door. If the booths are full I've never been offered a different booth so I don't have to wait. I've never paid this much for tanning in my life. Good for them though. Nice facility. Friendly staff. I know they're just doing their job. I never leave this place feeling good however. I just feel like a cash cow for whoever owns this place. Thankfully for them, I have bad spending habits. Tiki Image wall branch manager was very very rude with us . Actually , the situation happened was we had booked facial appointment with Tiki Image Wall branch. And there was discrepancy in pricing for organic deluxe facial at their website and the pricing told by Manager. When asked about discrepancy he started arguing with us and started talking very rude. There was a big argument because of this and passed by 10 mins facial appointment. The manager in turn said we had to miss 10 mins of our facial time and was very rude. We started questioning this and he started firing at us. We are regular customers to Tiki Image and we usually go to Tiki Image Ocean branch. This time we wanted to try out Wall branch as this is their main branch. We were completely surprised by the way Manager at the Wall branch talked at us if alone other employees does it. We were totally disappointed and he cancelled our appointment too. This is not at all acceptable in any way. I am writing this review because other people have to know the in and outs of Tiki Image , their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The main reason we visit Tiki Image is that they have Eminence organic facials. And now I regret that I have choosed Tiki Image. I am very very disappointed and angry the way Tiki Image employees treated us and we have visiting Tiki Image since an year. P.S. I want to convey this to owner of Tiki Image whoever it is. Purchased a couples massage from Groupon booked the appt for my anniversary when we arrived we where sent to 2 different rooms I was confused and was told if we wanted same room there would be a up charge of 30.00... this was my hubby first massage I didn't want to fight with the front desk so we payed the extra to be in the same room which ending up costing more then there listed site so no point in buying a Groupon was very disappointed due to when you buy a couples massage you want to be in the same room if not I would have got 2 separate massages... besides that the massage was shorter then a hour like stated in other reviews but the massage itself was good would not go back because of the way they try to get you for more money... read more

I took a chance on a groupon discount and purchased a 90 minute massage. I was greeted at the front desk, filled out my paperwork and was greeted by my therapist Sharon. The facility is much larger and much nicer than I had imagined. The room was quiet and appointed nicely. Sharon was an outstanding therapist. She used the right type of pressure and checked in multiple times to see if her pressure was just right. I appreciated her responsiveness and her massage was outstanding. I have been to all the local massage businesses and Sharon ranks up with the best I have had at any of them. I would say their facilities are nice and equal to many of the other local business. The sales pitches do drive me crazy at some of the other local groups so this place was refreshing with no one asking for business or for me to sign a contract. The therapist makes the difference and based on Sharon I would highly recommend this facility. read more

Purchased a Groupon for a couples massage, and could not have been happier. I mistakenly went to the wrong location at first, and was so pleased you were able to accommodate us at a later time. The massage was completely worth the wait. Natalie was informative and very attentive, it was great to be able to discuss our session in depth afterward. Karen provided my boyfriend with his first ever professional massage and he couldn't stop telling me how great it felt. I found Tiki Image on Groupon and from the moment I called for an appointment (they fit me in right away) to the moment I walked out (beautifully bronzed!) it was a breeze! Sandy made me feel so comfortable (let's face it, it's kinda awkward standing there in all your winter bod glory with a stranger) with easy conversation and she did an awesome job with my spray tan. My experience at Tiki image started off great. I got my eyelashes done and they looked beautiful. I went back for my next fill, which is when the disappointment happened. I didn't have the same lash artist. Within 1 week almost all of my lashes had fallen off and the remaining ones were attached to one another. When I called I spoke with a man whom, to make a long story short, told me that there have never been any complaints with the lash artist before so it must be my fault. After that, i replied saying well sometimes people have off days or maybe her glue needed to be changed. (Trying to be understanding) But i was still told i was wrong. He didn't tell me to come in and take a look, he told me only if i had the lashes fall out the next day would they consider doing anything about it. Leaving for vacation the next morning, I had no choice but to make an appointment at a different location. When my appointment started, she asked permission to take pictures because it was such bad work that she wanted to show her boss. She was very gentle and did clean work, but I paid to have my lashes full and I left with natural looking lashes. Avoid getting your lashes done here!! I paid for two fills and still had to get my lashes done somewhere else. Would NOT recommend! read more

We recently stopped our monthly membership at a different spa and decided to try something different..what a pleasant surprise! Beautiful atmosphere, very pleasant front staff and awesome massages. We have been getting regular massages for too many years to count and these girls went beyond our expectations. The price is also great for an hour and a half couples massage. I enjoyed this place very much. I got a groupon to go and I had one of the best massages of my life! They use hot towels and when they wrap your feet in hot towel it's the best feeling ever!! I can't wait to go back. I didn't sign up for a membership but I'm considering it. Very clean professional atmosphere. When you walk in you feel like your in a true spa, which you would never think coming from a strip mall location. I do think the neon lights are slightly tacky, and the speakers are outdated but it didn't ruin my relaxation. I will be returning even though it's far from my home. read more

Bought a couples massage on Groupon. Mine was okay, that's subjective anyway. My girlfriend did enjoy her masseuse. We went to the wrong location, the Groupon said sea girt. We arrived and the girl said, oh you're here for the massages, that's in wall, yeah I know the Groupon said sea girt it's confusing. It's easier for us to have all of our massage therapists in the one location.. Okay, so if the girl at the front desk knows the groupon is misleading, why wouldn't they mention this when scheduling the massage? Luckily we were early and still arrived in the wall location ten minutes early. The massage was not 60 minutes, more like 45 or 50. It was a 12:00 massage, we were back in our car by 1:05, by the time the masseuses came in to start on us, it was about 12:15. The place inside was actually very nice with a lot of rooms. In the rooms they have light therapy which came off a bit tacky, neon color isn't very relaxing to me. They had the color set to light blue. Also, one of the speakers in the room was blown, every time the music hit a certain note, you heard a crackle. No rush to come back here at full price. read more

We were very excited and were in need of a great massage because we both had areas that needed some attention. It was our first time getting a couples massage together and my boyfriend and I were both very unimpressed with the massage. I forget the name of my masseuse but I specified I wanted a deep tissue massage on a specific area and she did not focus on the area at all. We both left feeling absolutely the same as when we entered. My back and shoulder still feel tense and knotted. I'm kinda disappointed and feel like I wasted money. At the end when I was paying with my card the man at the reception desk was staring over the counter to see how much I was going to tip which made me feel uncomfortable. The place was definitely larger than I expected, bathrooms were clean, and the rooms lighting and music was very relaxing but we both agreed that the quality of the massage was very disappointing. read more

My husband purchased a 90 min massage through Groupon. I redeemed it on 6/03/16 with a 3:30 appointment. I arrived at 3:25 and quickly filled out the paper work it was now 3:30. I sat in the waiting are for 10 min till my masseuse came to get me. In the room I quickly changed and the massage started at 3:45. When she was done she said thank you and left the room. I than saw that the time was 4:45. I got dressed and when she came back I told her that this was supposed to be a 90 min massage. Her remark was that we started late and she had a back to back and had to get the room ready. The place was not busy all the other rooms were empty. I went to go tanning tonight but first was not sure what time the tanning place closed so I looked on my phone and it said 9:30. Okay not a big deal I live 5 minutes away and it was 8:45 I got to tiki image 8:55 to get told "we're closed and to go to seagirt" !!! First off it was 8:55 so there was still 5 minutes left I do stand up and that takes 8 minutes so maybe 9:03 I would've been done?! If the time changed then someone needs to change the time on the website and the time on the door which has the hours!! What pissed me off even more was that I got told to go to seagirt!!! I used to work in a spa if we ever told a client or customer to go to another "location" or just cut them off before the time they even closed we would be fired!!!!!!!! Purchased a groupon for a couples massage for my husband and I. We loved it! I was a little worried at first because when you walk in, it sort of seems like just a tanning salon so I was hoping it wasn't just a cheap massage. However, once you walk into the spa area, it is so nice!! I loved that you fill out a paper beforehand to pinpoint what pressure you Prefer and if there are any areas of concern etc. It looked as though they have several massage rooms. Ours was very nice with colored lighting that you could adjust to your preference of color. The massage tables were actually heated which was wonderful!! I am always freezing so this was perfect and I have never had a massage with a heated table. As far as the massage, we had Amy and Stephanie... Amazing and professional! I have had some high end massages in the past and I can honestly say that this was the best one I've ever had! For one, they didn't talk to you during the massage except to ask if the pressure is okay (pet peeve- massage therapists who try to have conversation while massaging you).
