Last night I returned to the tanning zone for the first time in 4 months since COVID-19 outbreak shut them down, and WOW what they have done with the salon! It looks amazing, but more importantly it is extremely clean. I felt very comfortable using the beds, and being in salon. They do require appointments to avoid people crowding in the lobby area, as well as temperature checks and face masks when you are not in your assigned room. Unfortunately right now they do not have airbrush tanning but they do offer booths, which work just as well! And of course as always the staff is always so nice and helpful. I was so glad to be back and will definitely be in more often as I can be sure of cleanliness and safety of their facility. read more

In December of 2020 I purchased my mother tanning sessions . She was unable to use them due to having a double mastectomy and the long process of recovery . Nearly 2 years later I wanted to get a base tan for my trip to Mexico . I went in to the location and was helped by Miranda and Kayla I explained the situation and they were able to go above and beyond to switch my mothers sessions to myself for my own use . Not only was I satisfied with the service and the tanning machine... I also felt the compassion , I could tell they care and wanted to help me . After receiving my first session today my mother was so happy that I was able to use the sessions .... She was also happy to see how relaxed and happy I felt ! I can not say enough things about this Tanning location. I moved to the area about 3 years ago and came across this location online. From the moment I joined, all of the employees were welcoming and fully educated and able to assist me with any questions that I had. Anytime I called in to make an appointment they all knew my phone number and immediately knew my name. This made the reservation process extremely easy for me! I want to say that I have been going to multiple tanning salons in different cities and countries for years now, so I can compare. I have been going to the tanning zone for over 2 years now. In the past I was always pleased with the beds, cleanliness and service. The last three times I went ( and I purchased a monthly tanning membership in April) everything was just unacceptable. The beds are dirty, full of fingerprints and weird marks of sweat. I even saw some blood stains on the floor of one of the tanning booths (number 9). I told the girl at the front desk and she apologized, and gave me a lame excuse without further consideration. On top of all that some of the bulbs on the beds are broken. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment since they don't care about their clients health,and satisfaction (for obvious reasons). I will not come back and I don't recommend you to go either. It is a shame because I lost my money and this tanning salon. read more

I called and Alyssa nicely and professionally answered all my questions, even volunteering to call the owner to see if she could come in earlier to do my tan. Theresa was great! My daughter had a dance recital a week ago she wanted to go tanning so bad but is too young, she is only 15. I inquired about the spray tan, and they insured me it would look natural. Erin spray tanned her and it looked so good, and she got so many compliments!!! I would definitely recommend. I went tanning in a bed while she was being spray tanned and it was very nice and very clean. The owner Rich was super nice and very informative. Where do I start... well I only gave them 1 star because Yelp won't allow you to give out 0 stars.. This tanning salon is run down with old equipment in serious need of an upgrade. They offer 4 levels; however, each level only offers one or two beds at that level. I paid $80 for one month of level 3 and was only able to use the level 3 bed 3 times. If that wasn't bad enough, I only tanned a total of 6 times and when I went in today to tan on my last day they wouldn't honor my month. I signed up on July 3 & today is August 2 yet she said my month was up???? That makes no sense. The experience was poor even before that, but I had already paid so I wanted to use the full month. The music in the rooms doesn't work so they have CDs in each player and that's all you can listen to; you can't even listen to music in the standup beds because it's outside on the wall and can't be heard inside. The staff while friendly is incredibly unprofessional and in need of training. My tour on the first day consisted of a young girl telling me she was new and knew nothing about the levels or the beds other than pointing to each bed and saying here it is, this one is a level... I don't mind paying for value but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and I feel very ripped off by this place. There are plenty of cleaner, more upgraded, reputable salons in the area that offer better prices for a better experience; go somewhere else. You would think with how they are robbing their customers they would be able to fix their front door... nope. read more
