Airbrush tanning is phenomenal. And last but not least; EYELASHES! I use Grande Lash after using Latisse, but that gets expensive. And it's more keep up than extensions. When my pale self first walked in here I was very afraid of getting spray tanned and be orange and all that jazz. So I came a few days before because I had questions to ask. The girl at the front (I wish i remembered her name) was very helpful and put my doubts away. The day of the tan, there was a different girl working and she was also very helpful and explained everything and recommended some tips on how to make the tan last. Now onto the tan itself, I recommended getting a spray tan from here to everyone now! It looks good, and you do NOT look orange (if you get the right color). I always get the light (the options are low, light, medium, and dark) and I have never looked orange or had streaks. It does look a little darker on the pores around your body but it's hardly noticeable. Within hours of getting it your body will have uneven spots, and streaks and you will want to cry and scrub it away. DON'T! Wait the 6 hours to shower, and all the unevenness will wash away. The next day you will have a nice glow to yourself and not be pale (which is what I'm always aiming for). I frequent them for any "big" occasion I have to attend as my pet peeve is looking pale in pictures.

I walked in today and tried to tan buuut was told my package has expired and that the salon had changed ownership last week. This wasn't information that was provided to me upon purchase of the package. Forthcoming closure of the business that held the package wasn't announced or made public either. So basically I just lost a bunch of money and the new business owners kinda shrugged and smiled and offered to sell me a new package. Uhhh. No. I bought one. I didn't get to use it. It didn't expire. They sold their business. It was my bad luck. So while that might just be that, it's also just poor customer service. And it's a lousy integration strategy for the former customer base. You'll have a poor customer retention rate, I'm gonna bet. Overall, C- !!!I'm over it. When I could get in there during their limited hours everything was very rundown, old, NOT lux. Everything, like, creaks. It's like a sad strip mall with tumbleweeds. I'd make a little more of an effort if it were me investing in that business - just sayin. But hey, I'm just a customer.

Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism.
