I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Whenever I look back on my wedding day prep, I'll always look back on this experience and be so warmed by the kindness the employees at Baked showed me. I came here during a spring break special where you caN get a free spray tan. I'm not sure if it…read morewas because I came on the last day of the special but the wait was long. About 50min - an hour after checking in and signing all the waivers. From what I was told there's no making appointments and they only have one spray tan booth (but they do have multiple tanning beds) so if you come during a busy time, be prepared to wait. The girls at the front were very nice and helpful. The spray tan booth is very easy to use. You can play a short instruction video too in case you need more guidance. They provide you with a towel and hair net but I would bring your own towel and any other accessories. Over all the praying is about 10 minutes start to finishes. I ended up going with the medium tan that develops in 4-6 hours. The medium tan is actually *very* dark. Unfortunately it's also very orange. I do hope they can improve on the formula they use because a lot of the home self tanning kits I use don't leave me as orange. The tan lasted in its full effect for about a week as promised and leaves a light glow for about another week after on me. TLDR: clean, great service, easy to use, tan lasts long but the formula is orangy.

The atmosphere, cleanliness, customer service, and overall environment that customers have come to appreciate at this location did not happen overnight--and it certainly wasn't created by corporate. It was built over years by the previous ownership, management, and, most importantly, the employees who have worked inside this store every day. Before the corporate transition, this location was operated with a mom-and-pop, family-oriented mentality. Customers were known by name. Relationships mattered. The employees were taught to go above and beyond, and from what I have personally witnessed over the last three years, they have continued to do exactly that. Madyson, Gabby, Victoria, Kelly, Ava, Lily, Lauren--the former manager, who was amazing--and the other employees I may be forgetting deserve recognition. These young women are a major reason customers continue walking through those doors. They built relationships with us. They created the atmosphere. They provided the customer service. They helped make this location profitable. I understand how corporate transitions work. I have worked in a corporate environment for more than seven years myself. Corporate leadership often believes changes are being made for the better, but corporate does not always know what is best for an individual location. Sometimes the smartest business decision is to listen to the employees who already understand the customers, the culture, and the day-to-day operation of that specific store. That is where I believe corporate needs to pay very close attention right now. When you inherit a successful location with loyal customers and an established staff, you don't improve it by disregarding the people and culture that made it successful in the first place. I also have serious concerns about the recent management decision based on information that is publicly available and the reputation surrounding previous employment. Corporate should be doing its due diligence before placing anyone in charge of an established team and a loyal customer base. Jessica, from one professional to another: I strongly encourage you to rethink the direction this location is heading. Listen to the employees who have been there. Listen to the customers who have supported this location for years. Don't dismantle something that was already working simply because corporate now has its name attached to it. I personally have referred approximately 17 people from my gym to this location. Many of us became loyal customers because of the staff and the way we were treated--not because of a corporate logo. If the employees who created that experience leave, many of us will follow them wherever they go. You can purchase a business. You can change policies. You can change management. But you cannot manufacture loyalty, relationships, or genuine customer service. Those things are earned--and this staff earned them. EVERYONE ONE OF THEM!! The direction you're headed with management-take a long look before you pull the trigger.. it's all public info!!!

It looks amazing, but more importantly it is extremely clean. I felt very comfortable using the beds, and being in salon. They do require appointments to avoid people crowding in the lobby area, as well as temperature checks and face masks when you are not in your assigned room. Unfortunately right now they do not have airbrush tanning but they do offer booths, which work just as well! And of course as always the staff is always so nice and helpful. I was so glad to be back and will definitely be in more often as I can be sure of cleanliness and safety of their facility.
