This place has always been good. The hours are confusing but I know they close at 9pm and want you there by 830-845 pm so they can close on time. I work long hours and have an infant at home so tonight was a rare chance for me to get there before they closed. I raced to get there on time and parked at 830. By 8:31 I was at the glass door being signaled to leave because they were "closed". I understand wanting to get home from work on time , believe me! I just don't understand why it was necessary to turn me away. It would have MADE my week to get in there for a pick-me-up. I don't get too many of them these days. Maybe it's just because I'm a psychiatrist, but I wouldn't even think of being so careless with a client. I feel bad even writing this review but I was so shocked by how I was treated and it really made an already difficult day even worse. I hope next time the person working will think twice before doing this to someone else. I know it seems like something small. On any other day I might have just let it go - but it doesn't feel so small today. It might sound ridiculous but this Individual had a pretty significant impact on my day. For me (and probably a lot of people in general) the way a seemingly insignificant situation like this is handled can make a huge difference! read more

Girl was very helpful in picking out a package and tanning lotion. Spent $200 on the package + lotion for my wedding which is in one week. Showed up at 8:35 to tan and the door was locked. There was a sign that their last tan is at 8:30. I knocked on the door. The girl was polite and answered. I explained it was my wedding, spent $200 etc. (I have a tan line I'm trying to get rid of on my back) and asked if they could please squeeze me in. They told me they couldn't- their computer won't let them. I worked in retail my entire life, and I'm very familiar with the "the computer won't let me" excuse... which is bogus. I was then told the computer was off. They were polite. I get it, I really do, but I will use up my package and never give them my business again. Not really a good time to lose customers, but businesses don't really care. read more

Let me start off by saying this is my first and most likely only yelp review. As a guy I already didn't feel super comfortable going tanning, let alone it being my first time (indoor tanning). The people at Simply Sun made it not only a super easy and fun experience my first time, but I always feel very welcome walking in. They remember your name and greet you with a smile. Every business should take a tour of Simply Sun and apply there work ethic and customer service to their own business. Insanely clean, great atmosphere place. If you are thinking of beginning, they have several packages ranging in all different levels. Don't worry If you don't know what level you need to be, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made it super easy for me. If you already indoor tan, this will be your favorite place. First time tanner! I have to say I had a great first experience with tanning and I am so excited to go back. While getting tan is a confidence boost, I'm writing this review mainly because of the customer service. I was greeted by Erica, and from the second I explained I knew next to nothing about tanning, she gave me the perfect run down about everything I needed to know. Simply Sun Tanning is simply perfect! I ended up going here to maintain the tan I had left from vacation. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. After filling out paperwork, I was informed of the Wednesday half price specials, half prices on sessions, perfect! Even though I had been tanning before, they ran me through how the bed worked, gave me a cool soaked and scented towel for afterwards and had my room clean and ready to go. If you want amazing service and a great tan look no further. Both locations have great people working there, they take the time to show you how the tanning bed works. They explain the different types of lotions, they ask you what you are looking for, and not try to push packages on you. Simply Sun is my one and only go to for my island getaway. read more

the beds are really awesome and some front desk people are helpful. on more than one occasion though i've walked out from a tanning session and not heard even a "have a good day" because the front desk is engrossed in conversation with someone else. One day i walked in and a gaggle of employees were at the front talking, saw me, and acted annoyed that i was there. eventually one came over to help but it was like it was an annoyance to her. that is completely unacceptable. greeting and saying goodbye to the paying customer is important even if staff thinks it isn't, it can be the little things that make people take their money elsewhere. read more

My wife and I have been going here for years to pre-tan for our vacations in winter. They have lots of beds. They always seem busy but we never have to wait to tan. Many different levels of tanning beds. Very clean facility and friendly workers. They are constantly running "specials" for discounts on tanning. Highly Recommended!!! read more

The staff is amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. The establishment is extremely clean and I never had a problem with any of their beds. Try the twilight teeth.
