I work long hours and have an infant at home so tonight was a rare chance for me to get there before they closed. I raced to get there on time and parked at 830. By 8:31 I was at the glass door being signaled to leave because they were "closed". I understand wanting to get home from work on time , believe me! I just don't understand why it was necessary to turn me away. It would have MADE my week to get in there for a pick-me-up. I don't get too many of them these days. Maybe it's just because I'm a psychiatrist, but I wouldn't even think of being so careless with a client. I feel bad even writing this review but I was so shocked by how I was treated and it really made an already difficult day even worse. I hope next time the person working will think twice before doing this to someone else. I know it seems like something small. On any other day I might have just let it go - but it doesn't feel so small today. It might sound ridiculous but this Individual had a pretty significant impact on my day. For me (and probably a lot of people in general) the way a seemingly insignificant situation like this is handled can make a huge difference!

Their red light machine is different than why I'm used to, I don't use it every time because of that but sometimes I do. Their UV booths are the best my favorite is the one with red light.
