She answered all my questions that I had and I let her know that I will be unfreezing my account soon and was just looking at the different lotions. I feel like this place should be called tiki 10! I give it 10 stars minimum, the staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing. They follow all the guidelines, attentive . They know their bed and their products, I love whenever I come to brick I ALWAYS stop in for a tan, the staff is honest I always tell tell them I trust u put whatever bed u think I will get the best color ( you can't go wrong in any bed that u choose. Brick location awful front desk. Save yourself the BS. I received an email with coupon for 19.00 spray tan. I go to the Brick location with coupon and was told that it was for new customers only and the girl argued about me having been to Tiki before so I couldn't use the coupon they emailed me. She kept telling me I signed up for a new customer to get the coupon which I didn't she just kept driving home the fact that I got a coupon for new customers when I wasn't a new customer. Now I haven't had a spray tan in over a year but that's not the point. It's that they sent it to me in an email and she said I signed up and I told her no I didn't. She then checks my email address and to her surprise I opted out of any emails years ago yet here I am with an email from them to me with a coupon she would not honor. The most obnoxious rude girl ever and I would never go back there and suggest you don't either unless you want to be called a liar horrible customer service. I got my first ever spray tan here in April 2019 and I LOVED it! I was super nervous and went to about 4 other salons before coming to this one. Compared to them all, their hours were the best and they were the most helpful and sweet to me who asked a million and one questions. I came in to ask about it, and after all my questions were answered I made my appointment for the very next day. They even offered a first time discount, and a student discount for future appointments!!! The woman who did my airbrush (sorry I never caught your name lol) was super sweet and patient, explaining everything she was doing before she did it. It came out AWESOME which is so good because I was so worried about looking orange. All my friends said it looked super natural as if I had actually went tanning. It is always a pleasure to visit this location of Tiki Image. I have been a customer of Tiki for some 3 or 4 years. The gals up front are always delightful and its always consistently a lovely experience. In fact, it is the Red Carpet Treatment. I go as often as possible for Red Light Therapy and the Infra Red Heat therapy and its always great. the rooms are always immaculate and really it's like having ones own personal spa in a lovely private room for an hour. Casey, who did my airbrush was awesome! Not only did she give me the perfect tan for my brother's wedding, but she squeezed me in last minute. Another tanning salon cancelled on me (the day before the wedding and 15 minutes before my appointment) and I called Tiki Image just hoping they had someone who could spray tan.
