I can tell you this is not the end, I will certainly sign a complaint against them. After some research, Sapphire Tans in Freehold have had BAIT advertisements that were confusing in favor of Sapphire Tans in the past. DISREPUTABLE. Went in Feb to sign up. Girl behind the counter was RUDE and when I asked a question said "un-huh". Maybe she doesn't have a vocabulary. She lied about what service I would get so I walked out and never returned. To date, they have not refunded my money. It's not the amount that wasn't returned, it's that the girl lied and said I "received services" when I left and never returned. They have no service record of me obtaining services and still charged me. NEVER GO HERE!! GIRLS and STAFF are RUDE. Notice the word "tricks" in their ad campaign.
