One word: Unprofessional…read more I was put on their mailing list and after getting an e-mail from the owner complaining about her insurance issues and "BS" and her mother in law's broken hip, the hardships of business ownership.. I wrote an email saying it was unprofessional to send that to customers and to take me off the mailing list. Here are the best lines from email she sent back to me: _________________________________________________ "I really don't know why you're getting so upset over one email. I really think you are over reacting, idk whats going on in your personal life..but The nit picking of the term "bs" is something that's not worth your or my time. For the record I've heard the President of the United States & Governor of NJ use the term "bs" so I guess you're calling them unprofessional as well.
