I wrote an email saying it was unprofessional to send that to customers and to take me off the mailing list. I really think you are over reacting, idk whats going on in your personal life..but The nit picking of the term "bs" is something that's not worth your or my time. For the record I've heard the President of the United States & Governor of NJ use the term "bs" so I guess you're calling them unprofessional as well.
