That may not seem like a big deal to some, but I'm a mother of 3 with a needy husband and a full time medical career, it's a big deal! The facility couldn't be cleaner and the customer service is top notch. Proper time was taken to explain beds and services and EVERYTHING I signed I was FULLY explained to me. I did read that ONE lousy review and I certain that review was written for either the wrong facility or by someone who simply couldn't get their way and was deeply exaggerated.
