I noticed after my hour that there was a new girl on staff so I guess mine was in a hurry to leave :-/ There's a TV in the room but I don't know if it's operable, never had the chance to ask. Be prepared to keep yourself occupied. An hour of intense sweat with nothing to focus on but walls leaves you bored faster than you'd hope. Also my mistake though, I should have brought a book. Supposedly you can adjust the heat while you're in there, I wasn't shown. Next time I'll just have a lot of questions that I'm sure will be answered, I just didn't know what to ask ahead of time.
