I had such a bad experience at Color Me Nail yesterday! I've been going there for years, but yesterday I took both my daughters to get their eyebrows waxed. The first lady wouldn't let me in the room for my one daughter and I had to fight to be in the second room for my second daughter since it was her first time getting her eye eyebrows waxed. I was already annoyed about that. The service was done and I paid $12 for each of their eyebrows. When I went to go pay, I used my credit card. I chose not to put the tip on my credit card because I planned on giving her the tip in cash. As I was processing the payment, the lady says " no tip???" in an aggressive way. I stated that I was going to give a tip in cash. I handed her a five dollar bill and said thank you. As I was walking away, she screams out "five dollars for both of us" I said yes!! I gave each lady a 20%tip! I was sooo annoyed because 1. Why are you asking me if I'm going to tip you or not before I leave? 2. You're ungrateful about the tip that I gave you? And then told her im on blood thinners i cant have her making my toes bleed. Today was my first time here, the place was nice and the ladies were too. I had a girl who did my mani/pedi and she did a good job but she kept coughing a lot and she was the only one who didn't have a mask. im Just going to skip and get to the point. I didn't tip the girl as much as I should have I was kind of having a cheap moment because it was expensive as is because I got something so plain Jane. that's my fault I should have tipped more...BUT I gave her the tip and she comes back and points to the sign that said "minimum 15%" okay yes I get it but one why are we doing that I work a job which needs tips too but I'm not going to confront someone to give me more money. so I hand her a little more and she rolls her eyes with a huge attitude. This account is under my maiden name, that's why you can't find me in the system. And why would I take my time to review an experience you're implying I didn't have? #2. The jets were not working. The tech who was doing my daughters nails even pointed and commented to my tech that they were not working. #3. I wrote in my first review that I DID tell him that he was hurting my cuticle. #4. You don't believe that my pain was initially worse and then subsided? This makes no sense. #5. Nail polish with top coat should last more than a day. I have done them myself plenty of times and they last much longer. #6. Don't lie...the metal tools that you use to trim cuticles are absolutely NOT disposable!! They were not properly cleaned and caused discoloration due to the fungus that I contacted from your salon. This place is an absolute joke. Visited here for the first time on Friday 3/5 after seeing the advertisement on Facebook. Purchased a hot stone pedicure and a manicure. Initially I thought the Salon was fabulous, clean well-maintained lots of colors for your nails. Extra unexpected services such as a neck and shoulder rub while your hands were placed in gloves filled moisturizer. Staff was professional and courteous all Covid restrictions in place. Unfortunately less than 48 hours later nail polish chipped on most fingers, almost completely off on one. Worse yet my right great toe is infected. Red swollen, painful I think related to incorrect removal of cuticle. I have not bothered to contacted the salon directly. I did not feel the need because they can't treat the toe infection and would only repolish my finger nails. Lesson learned, don't judge a book by its cover. read more

I used to visit this salon pre-covid very often. They were new, very nice and really clean. I did the SNS dip polish, it would last forever. Now? forget it. They are still one of the cleanest salons around but now their prices are crazy high and they make you feel like they need to get you in and out so quick. i went a little while ago for the dip and 2 nails chipped in a few days. i went back again with my sister and we both got dip and a pedicure. I felt so rushed in both chairs. while the top coat was drying on my sisters toes, it started to bubble on her toes. It has been 11 days since our appointment & both of our toes chipped, she has had 3 nails pop off and 3 of mine have chipped. After spending a collective $140, and having these results? we will never visit the salon again. read more

I've been here before and had a great experience but this time was different. I was brought over to a chair and someone had started my nails. About 10 minutes in they made me get up because I guess her appointment came in. They took me to the pedicure chair and then was left waiting for a good 35 minutes before being serviced. The woman doing my toes didn't even say hello. She kept hitting my nails with with the UV light and messing up the paint. Unrelated, but the customer next to me was throwing a fit because they didn't have the color she wanted anymore and it killed the mood. My manicure was horrible. My cuticles were cut and she didn't even bother to buff or file my nails. The paint job is uneven and rough at the edges. The whole time I felt like an inconvenience and rushed. All in all I paid $75 for an professional job I could have done myself. read more

I had a great experience at this nail salon. They were a little On the slower side but my nails came out fabulous. I loved how they shaped them and cleaned my cuticles because sometimes I feel like the nail techs do not do coffin shaped that great. The only negative I had to say was they were a little on the pricey side. My gel fill came to $45 before the tip and I normally pay $35. I get my nails filled every 3 weeks so I feel it would become too expensive. I will definitely come here if I'm ever in a pinch. read more

WOW! This place is absolutely amazing! I've been to A TON of different nail salons but never one like this. I got my nails done by Rebecca, who was the most thorough and detailed nail technician I've ever had. She took her time to make my nails look perfect and all of the other technicians even kept coming up to comment on how great they looked. As you can see in the pictures, she did a phenomenal job. The environment is lovely: very clean, quiet, and calm. The prices are standard (I paid the same price here for the best manicure I've ever gotten as I did for the worst manicure I've ever gotten just down the street) and the work done is well above. Everyone was very friendly. For sure my new nail place and best place I've ever gone! Went to ColorMe Nail Salon and was very impressed. A lot of colors to choose from and type of polish to choose from (acrylic, gel, powder, etc). Very clean too. I got a gel manicure and lavender spa pedicure which came out to $69 (plus tip). When the manicurist was complete with my manicure, she gave me a card with the color number, her name and a "warranty" for the gel manicure. If anything happens to the gel and it needs repair within 7 days, they will fix it for free. I absolutely loved this! read more

AWESOME!! I was fed up with being rushed and given mediocre service at other salons in the area so figured I'd try this salon. I came without an appointment and had a short wait time, Lisa did my dip powder nails and gave me an amazing (free) short shoulder massage after, and a warranty card with info about my service today and a statement that they will fix my nails for free if anything happens within a week! She genuinely cared about making sure my nails looked good. Tina did my pedicure and spent a good amount of time on my cuticles and ingrowns, making sure my nails were perfect before even touching any polish. I've had very mixed experiences at this salon. My first appointment was a gel mani and pedicure, came out alright but not the best I've had. I tried going to them a second time and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon! I asked for a squoval shape, just square with rounded edges. When I asked the nail tech to round out the edges she literally filed my nails into points....not even like a rounded almond but literal triangles. You have got to be kidding me?? At that point I said just forget the polish I'll have to go cut my nails down at home and wait for them to grow out. I asked not to be charged for the manicure....they didn't charge for gel but still charged for a manicure....and gave me $5 credit to my account. Honestly this wasn't fair to me. I tried going back one more time to get a simple dip powder manicure and use the credit. They applied the credit but the manicure wasn't done very well. One of my nails was two different shades of pink because she didn't get enough powder on it the first time. Needless to say NEVER going back. read more
