I ended up leaving with a completely different result. The nails were uneven and had visible bubbles, but I didn't say anything at the time because I was in a hurry. Less than 10 days later, the gel polish started peeling, and by February 27 (just two weeks later), the acrylic had completely lifted off. I have never had a full set last only two weeks before -- even at lower-quality salons -- especially when there is a gel top coat. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had, especially considering how expensive it was. To make matters worse, the person who did my nails was the owner himself, and no cuticle cleaning was done during the service. Very disappointing overall.

The tips were left extremely long and are now breaking, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. What makes this even worse is the lack of customer service afterward. I made an appointment to come back and have the problem fixed, but when I returned, he refused to help and told me it was "my problem." As a paying customer, I expected accountability and a willingness to correct a mistake. I left frustrated, in pain, and feeling completely dismissed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I was able to go back to the nail salon that I liked when I went there. The owner of salon saw my nails and said I could've gotten a fungus because Venus nails did not do a good job. It was too much glue. She didn't do them right the nails were all wrong. They were choppy. I could've gotten a fungus and a very bad nail infection so I don't recommend Venus nails at all (they don't listen to what you want. They do what they want). They're never busy and we will take our dog with us and she will let my dog run around the store because they don't care. The place is not clean it's dirty and I don't see anybody in there is always empty when we went. You want an appointment you could get that appointment the same day because they're never busy I refuse to ever go back there again the owner doesn't listen to you. She gave me a pink French and it was gross. Gave me New Year's Eve nails and they were disgusting. I refused to ever go back there again. I don't recommend them.

She said she doesn't do gel pedicures and went on and on about how bad it is for your toes because you have to drill the polish off. That is false you I know because I only get gel manicures and pedicures. I just agreed to the polish because I wanted a pedicure and she won't do gel ‍. Monday 5/8 notice one of my toes is messed up. (I had socks and sneakers on the previous day.) I tried to contact the salon and they were closed. I called on Tuesday to explain about my one of my toes and how one of my finger nails the gel polish is chipped. I explained the extreme displeasure because gel polish is supposed to last up to 2 weeks (they even have a sign that says so). I made an appointment for Sunday 5/14 to get it fixed because that was my next day off. I wake up and on Wednesday and see another nail is chipped. . Fine I said to myself you have an appointment. Fast forward to Thursday 5/11. My nails at this point look like I've had the polish on for 3 1/2 weeks and dragged my finger on cement on two fingers and one finger is mildly chipped. I call Holly and explain I don't want them to redo it the quality is extremely poor I want my money back. She tells me to come in so she can see the nails. Even longer story short... Holly (the owner and the person who did my nails) says that if all 10 nails were chipped then she would give me my money back but it's only 3 so let her fix it. When I say one nails is bad there is almost 1/4 of the polish missing from it. Then tells me she didn't say gel polish lasts for 2 weeks. THERE IS A SIGN IN THE FRONT THAT SAYS THAT. There is also a sign of their price list that has gel pedicure on it (that she refuses to do). She took a marker out in front of me and crossed it out. After going back and forth she then started blaming me for the polish chipping because I didn't come back in 24 hrs. They were closed on Monday and when I spoke to her Tuesday she just wanted to make another appointment. She refused to give me my money back and after I agreed for her to fix it on Sunday she continued to blame me saying that I could have done anything to cause the chipping. No I didn't! The quality of work and horrible customer service deserves zero stars and they do not deserve your money.
