I agreed to continue as I wanted a massage. It was a weird feeling afterwards I tipped then stopped by the desk to let them know the communication about the tardiness and rubber glove massage was awful. They told me they would discuss with the manager and she would get back to me. It's been two months with no contact, no apology no interaction to address this. Terrible communication and customer service.

got a facial treatment as a gift not knowing where I was headed..this was Something very new and out of the ordinary..and did I ,absolutely love it.. The atmosphere was wonderful..I had a facial done by ISA..The tone and the atmosphere was so professional ...Her people skills made me feel very comfortable for this was my first time, . Let alone the knowledge that she Knew and informed me For my personal concerns ,and advised to me that I had not known the knowledge of my own personal care for my face or myself, was amazing... she Went out of her way to make me feel very at peace .. and made me feel at home, Bedsides her bed side manners was a all time plus.....I can't stress that enough. having that being said leaving the establishment I was in a another whole world ...I received products that I am currently using to this day And have seen amazing potential and a ongoing progress ,that I have no idea of...that being said in 24 hours I had to call back the Brick store establishment and I had to become a member..and I never Felt better having making that choice ..to come here and being taking care of my face With a professional manner..she has made my personal shaving experience a lot easier and better ,for a profound And healthier ways to move forward with my skin care treatment for my face .I do have to admit that being very knowledgeable of products and being very professional goes a long way ...It's good to see a business picking up professional knowledgeable people..like isa, says a lot about the business and says a lot about the person thank you read more

When I went in for my appointment last weekend, it was phenomenal. I had a couples massage with my boyfriend mike. It was his birthday and our 5 year anniversary. Massage Envy in Brick really made our experience the most relaxing. My massage therapist Yenifer made me feel extremely relaxed and her pressure was just as deep as I expected. For my boyfriend mike, Lenora really helped lower pain levels in his upper back. I was very pleased with the massage. That's why I signed up and can't wait to start going monthly and with my boyfriend. Coming back monthly saves us both tremendously and I couldn't be happier! see you soon brick!! read more
