Well let me say he kept checking with me if the shape was what I wanted and honestly I was a bit of a pain. Not rudely but I had a certain shape in mind. He kept filing until it was perfect! I have found my salon and my technician and I couldn't be happier! Make sure you give Royal Nails a try and ask for Don!

Does she not understand I know she's talking about me to someone else! She did it repeatedly! I am done with the sarcastic attitudes... I can take my money somewhere else, and not be talked about! Yes Henry, I feel like you couldn't care less that I was sitting in the chair in front of you... and to boot they took a walk in instead of my pedicure, and bluntly told me so needed an appointment of I wanted someone special!! I'm only knocking a star off the review because the other staff (Not Maria, she was the only one to smile and greet me) was so rude. I walked in and was stared at by staff and not greeted once! Mind you I called and asked if I could come in at that time and they happily said "of course see you then." When I walked in Not one person said hello, not one person asked me what I wanted, and there was at least 5 workers by the door on their phones looking at me side ways. After I sat down lady came after me was walking to her pedicure chair when a work said "ma'am sit down" with attitude. It was just an off feeling in there, however Maria made it all better! She was so sweet and welcoming! Will be back for her forsure

I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year and a half now and I've always left more…read morethan happy. Last Tuesday I came in and got a spa pedicure from Ana (who I get my toes done by every time) and requested black gel polish for my toes to match my nails. Unfortunately, when I got home and was in the sun, I realized that the color on my toes was in fact, a navy blue instead of black. When I called the following Monday and spoke to Peter, I had explained to him that I didn't realize until I got outside in the sun that the color was navy blue instead of black as well as the gel on my toenails had already been peeling and chipping. He said absolutely come in and we will fix all of that for you. I just went in about half an hour ago and tried to explain this to one of the technicians, Suzie. As a reference, I had been going to Suzie for my nails for about 6 to 10 months, until she left for maternity leave. I've always left incredibly happy and she was always very friendly. This was now the third time I've been there since she has returned from maternity leave and she has been incredibly rude to me (talking about me to another technician and talking to me with a lot of attitude). After she fixed the big toe that you can clearly see in the picture is the color black, I asked her can you please fix the other toes to match this one. She had said fix all of the toenails? I answered, yes because the color that's on my big toe is now not matching the rest of the color on my other toes. I reminded her that I had spoke to Peter and he said I could come in and that it would get fixed. She said we don't have a navy blue color like this. Out of frustration and not wanting to start an argument while having my one year-old with me, I said OK thanks and left. I'm not really sure why this technician treats me this way but the last three times I've been there she has been incredibly rude to me. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the salon which really saddens me because I was always very very happy with the service and the interaction with the technicians!

Holy moly worst nail experience I've ever had. I for one love to pay for a luxury service to be treated like a subhuman piece of garbage. Refused to do soak off and sent over the little guy to tell me "they were too busy" when I said filing off takes off natural nail he rolled his eyes at me, then proceeded to argue with me about what product was on my nail... was only the gel, Tina then aggressively filed my nails and finger skin, aggressively cut my nails way too short when I asked for a little less length, all my nails are different lengths rn btw, did white polish that is completely see-through, only one layer of top coat and no finishing work, finish job is lumpy and looks like a kindergartener tried to do nails for the first time. She filed the Polish at the end so now the seal is broken, I have gel all over my cuticles and they are shiny. This is why I do my nails at home and this experience just solidified that choice I constantly make. I will never be coming back and I will never be bringing back my step children for pedicures either. *Response to owner* 1. So you admit to engaging in improper nail practices as your standard, cool. 2. That is a lie, that is not how that conversation went down. In addition, it did not take her almost an hour to get the polish off my nails. I was paid and in my car by 6:00 p.m. I came in at 5:00pm and waited 10 minutes before I got sat down then waited for Tina to arrive another 2-3 minutes. You and the technician fought with me about the product on my nail for about 15 minutes. She rushed the entire job and none of that excuses the aggression or uneven nails. 3. Don't tell stories. As I already said in my post, I will not be back.
