I arrived at my appointment to find a handwritten note on the door which simply said "Closed due to weather." I received no phone call that morning and there's been no contact from them since. Way to lose a client! This was the third strike. I found a new salon.

They ladies here fixed the horrible highlights and cut like it was nothing. And I have very thick, long hair. Everyone is so sweet. I usually take appointments with whoever is free because I schedule last minute, but everyone here is so talented. I have zero complaints. They do amazing bridal/wedding parties. All 3 of my sisters have had their bridal parties get hair done here the morning of the weddings (one in '12 and 2 in '15). I've had my hair half braided, half curls and an all up-do curls and it all looked amazing. They really listen to your ideas and what you want and if you're unsure they help you make a decision without being pushy. Can't recommend this place enough.

Cynthia G was very nice and sent the pharmacy a prescription...to where I used to live a year ago! Why fill out paperwork if it's ignored? I contacted the office about the snafu repeatedly, each time being informed they would have someone take care of it. Cynthia resent the scrip to my current pharmacy who would NOT fill it because the other location had. Today I ended up having to call both pharmacies and was told my scrip wouldn't be ready for a week. Who has time for 3 days of this?! Not me...horrible follow through
