The staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel welcome every time you step through the door. The inside of the office is beautiful, relaxing and most importantly clean.. My entire life, I have wanted to get my nose done. I knew that if I were to finally do it, I would only feel comfortable with this office and Dr. Coville. I finally decided to go in for a consult and after a great conversation with Dr. Coville, I was confident this is what I wanted to do. From the first consult appointment to the final pre-op appointment, I felt completely comfortable. On surgery day, I arrived at Access medical center, which is truly a great surgical center and I was very pleased with my experience and their staff as well. Dr. Coville knows that I tend to worry, a lot lol! I felt that he really went above to make me less nervous and assured me that I would be in good hands. This was no lie, I was in great hands. For a nose procedure I was pretty shocked to learn how quick I would recover and how painless the process actually was. The next day, I had very little to no pain at all- with the help of pain relief of course. And by a week later, I was back to a semi-normal routine. Here we are over a month later and I have never been happier. My nose is beautiful. I can breathe and it is healing very well. I recently got Zeltiq CoolSculpting treatments on both of my love handles a few months ago…read more Immediately after the treatment was complete, I noticed that the redness/soreness/numbness was ABOVE my left love handle, rather than directly on it. I told the technician Jackie that I believed she may have made a mistake and went too high on the one side. She told me not to worry and to give it the full 90 days and that she was positive I would achieve the desired results by then. 30 days later, I started to notice my love handles were becoming uneven. The right love handle was becoming smaller while, lo and behold, the left side remained unchanged. I emailed her explaining my concern and disappointment that I spent $1,400 of my hard earned money on my left love handle, only to have the wrong area treated. Again, she assured me that it would even out after 90 days. 60 days after the treatment passed, it got even more uneven. Friends and family began noticing my disfigurement when I would take off my shirt by the pool. 90 days passed after the treatment, it was time to go back in to get my "before and after" pictures taken. I told her that I was extremely upset and that I couldn't believe how much money I wasted on my left love handle. She apologized and told me there was a protocol to file a claim with Zeltiq. She just got back to me this morning and told me there was nothing Zeltiq could do for me and that her boss would not refund me my money. I am beyond livid and absolutely disgusted by the greed displayed by Bella Derma. They had no empathy and refused to take responsibility for their mistake and now I will be forced to pay hundreds more to fix their mess someplace else. If you want CoolSculpting done right, go someplace else!

Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Everything is tailored to your needs and you and the doctor discuss the right amount of treatments for the best results. I have been going back here several times already and each time I was treated wonderfully. After the first treatment I already saw results but by the third you clearly see so much improvement that you wonder why you didn't go here earlier. The pain from the procedure is minimal(I did my neck) and the aftercare steps are very clear. The place is of course licensed and won awards before which you can see for yourself when you go in. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.

I now had to wait 6 months between my treatments and paid a lot of money for this and it is messing up my results. Is anyone else having the same issue? Because I am fed up. Especially now that summer is here and I won't even be able to go again until "I've been out of the sun" which is almost impossible during the summer. I feel like I should be reimbursed for my time and negative results due to their negligence.
