i went to dr. foster for a laser peel on June 4th 2026. They scheduled me for a peel on July 29,…read more2026. I had paid $50 on phone for my visit on June 4th. At the time of my office visit on the 4th, I also purchased over $300 worth of product that the girl "Jen" said would get my skin ready for the peel. She told me the peel itself was $4000 and I had to leave $500 down payment for a peel that was on July 29th even though my peel appt. was almost 2 months away. On the 16th of June I was scheduled for a mamogram . I have breast implants and I was informed they bought had ruptored and there suggestion was they had to removed . I just want to say I asked for my $500 back as no insurance would pay for removing implants and it was cost at least $6000 or more. It was still 7 weeks prior to my peel, but "Jen" said "I told you, you had to cancel within 72 hours to get your money back." I told her I don't recall that, but I explained my situation and that I really needed that money! She refused and said that is there policy. I spent $50 for visit, $300 for product, and the $500 down payment. It could have gone towards my operation. I even said I would come back next year for the peel, but that was it. $500 is a lot of money to just lose. I wanted to let people know their policies and I did not sign anything. I will be going to Dr. Nagy, another Plastic Surgeon to remove my implants, and since he is a Plastic Surgeon, when I want a peel hopefully next year, I will go to him. Deborah

Just wasted another beautiful day sitting in the "good Dr. Rosen"'s office. Not to mention my time…read moreand money. This guy has absolutely no respect for anyones time so he doesn't deserve anyone elses. His botox injections were good for a while,as his botox parties, until he stopped administering juvaderm at them and watering down his botox until there was barely any result to be seen.On more times then I like to admit I sat in that waiting room for hours,and I mean hours, like five hours hoping this time he would show up and not be too late giving me a smooth eyebrow as years ago. No way. Time after time..appt.after appt.this Dr.shows total disregard for his patients..and his staff for that matter.Except his new flavor for the last few years..the little cutie at the desk.I've seen this Dr.go through so many women on his staff that he reminds me of the antics of Warren Beatty with his leading ladies...in his younger years that is. Stay clear from this Dr. if you value your time ,money or body parts. I don't know what he's on but its never on time. Client after client went storming out of the door over the years muttering how he has cancelled surgeries and appts over and over.I'll pray for you Dr. Rosen. Get help before all of your people walk out that door.

What i got was a meeting about everything wrong with my face and how it could be fixed with a surgical facelift. Not at all what I was there for. At the end of the consultation I was told that modality I came for wouldn't work. He didn't hear me at all. Complete waste of time and money.
