We've been waiting on a script to be sent out for almost 1 month now with no help except the run around via phone. This practice is a complete joke UPDATE: Absolutely bogus and foul. Despite this, when I arrived, the PA had already left for lunch, showing a complete lack of consideration or flexibility. The front desk staff were also rude and unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. This experience reflects poor patient care, lack of professionalism, and disregard for patients' time and needs. I strongly do not recommend this practice.

Recently, I decided to switch to Morgan Dermatology and had my first appointment with Dr. Coppa--and she was exactly what I had been looking for. She is very personable, easy to talk to, and performs an incredibly thorough full-body skin exam, which gives me real peace of mind. (other doctors and PAs missed issues) I've now had the pleasure of seeing her several times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions without ever making me feel rushed. It's not always easy to find a dermatologist you fully trust, but Dr. Coppa and the team at Morgan Dermatology have been outstanding. My first visit was for hair loss. the nurse practitioner did not even examine my scalp. I could tell she was just trying to get me out of the room as quickly as possible. She was pretty dismissive of my concerns. As a healthcare provider, I understand the pressure of working with 15 minute appointment times and an overbooked schedule, but this was frankly disrespectful and terrible medical practice to not actually perform a focused exam on the area of concern. What if I had scarring hair loss? And then went to Connelly dermatology and had a decent experience. When Connelly dermatology suddenly closed, I found myself without medication and a dermatologist. Out of time pressure and desperation, I foolishly decided to go to Schweiger again. This time a video visit with a different provider. She was somehow even more dismissive. She was late due to circumstances beyond her control, which is fine, but she talked over me. The entire time did not listen to a word I said. She also made it clear that she's unfamiliar with very basic evidence in hair loss medicine. She obviously had not reviewed any of the labs. her office did last time because she suggested my primary doctor do the same work up instead. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns, and again was just trying to get me off the line as quickly as possible. I waited 20 minutes for this appointment and it was maybe 4 minutes. There are plenty of decent dermatologists in the area. I would truly recommend avoiding this one.

My face was a mess from years of sun worshiping and a recent weight loss. So I was covered in brown spots and had terribly saggy and wrinkly skin. I had not thought about a peel. I would have never guessed that my many wrinkles could be made to disappear. However, after seeing the before and after pics on his website I felt it was worth a try. I am currently about two months out and I'm thrilled with the result. Probably took 15 years off my appearance. Just amazing! The women in the office are so supportive and helpful. The doctor clearly loves that he helps people because it's so obvious that he enjoys seeing the results of his work - like an artist. Since the procedure he has had me back for checkups many times, which is comforting. A chemical peel gives fantastic results but understand, it's not a walk in the park. A PA numbed the area for the MOHS procedure. Dr Kuflik took a sample of the area and sent it to the lab. Finally PA Sam closed the wound up with stitches. He explained wound care. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. Absolutely the best dermatologist I have visited.

I saw Dr. Sairah Khokher three times for treatment of spider veins on the sides of my nose. During…read moremy first visit, a different laser than the one I had researched was used. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement. I returned for a second visit and told Dr. Khokher that my nose actually looked worse. Her response was, "If that's what you believe," which I found dismissive and rude. She treated the area again, but there was still no improvement. At my third appointment, I was told there wasn't time to numb the treatment area and that this would be the last time Dr. Khokher would treat me. After that procedure, my plastic surgeon evaluated my nose and told me I had laser burns. I am now paying out of pocket for corrective treatment, including a minor procedure to repair the damage. Between the outcome of my treatment and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend Dr. Sairah Khokher based on my experience.
