I've been to many dermatologists over the years due to a history of basal cell carcinoma and melanoma, so staying on top of my skin health is extremely important to me. Recently, I decided to switch to Morgan Dermatology and had my first appointment with Dr. Coppa--and she was exactly what I had been looking for. She is very personable, easy to talk to, and performs an incredibly thorough full-body skin exam, which gives me real peace of mind. (other doctors and PAs missed issues) I've now had the pleasure of seeing her several times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions without ever making me feel rushed. It's not always easy to find a dermatologist you fully trust, but Dr. Coppa and the team at Morgan Dermatology have been outstanding. A big corporate institution that lacks a personalized touch. The office is "pretty" and clean, but massive. I couldn't see a doctor - none available. The staff is polite but they do not follow through. They said that they take medicare, but did not because it was a growth that was not considered cancerous. They "froze" it, but it still remains. I paid $250 and didn't even get the receipt that they promised to mail to me. I would recommend searching for a smaller practice. read more

I had blue light treatment for 2nd time for sun spots that weren't going away on their own, on my face June 2, 2025. This procedure was done by medical assistant Izhane. I found the office staff to be friendly and efficient, as other times I have been there, and office neat and clean. Izhane was especially professional with the procedure, which is not the most pleasant, with some discomfort from the heat lamps during the 16 minute light exposure. She made sure I was comfortable and prepared with music, hand held fan, and instructions about washing and caring for the skin once I was done. When I left the office they forgot to give me script for bloodwork.didnt call me they sent me a text.My printer was broken so I had to go back and pick it up.Dr. told me if I don't hear anything from pharmacy to call Two weeks Later.I call they tell me they didn't get blood results which I had done next day.Went on LabCorp website they sent it three days after blood draw.They sent in prescription but still didn't hear anything.I get a letter that was forwarded from my old address saying they have been trying to contact me.They gave them my old address and phone number. My sister in law brought my father in law for an appointment and because they were 10 minutes late they denied him treatment. He's 89 years old and the weather (severe rain) prevented them from arriving early or at the appointment time. It's despicable that in todays world a doctors office denies treatment to an 89 year old. His condition for seeking treatment is serious and should've been seen. Needless to say, I will bad mouth this office and its staff to anyone seeking help in dermatology. I wouldn't give this office half a star but I'm required to at least give it one star. read more

I went to Dr. Morgan for acne that started occurring two years ago. I had never suffered from acne in my life until my 20s and it started interfering with my self esteem. I was able to get an appointment fast and whenever I called to be seen they were able to fit me in. Once my acne was gone he lasered the scars about 3 times and you can barely tell I ever had acne on my face. He is thoughtful, professional, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. read more

I had squamous cell carcinoma on my hand. They drained it and did A biopsy on it,.( that's when I knew I had squamous cell carcinoma ) Before I got there, the cancer was aggressive, and I had a large bump on my hand . After the biopsy the bump on my hand was flat. After a few days the cancer was extremely aggressive and the bump on my hand grown. All this while I'm waiting for the biopsy report which I never got. They claim they called the wrong phone number. I called them twice and gave them my name and phone number. Anyway after I went to their office, they gave me a surgery date for the middle of July. They wanted me to wait six weeks before they did the moh surgery as the cancer was getting aggressive and the bump on my hand was getting bigger. Needless to say, I went to a different dermatologist had the tumor removed in June instead of middle of July. I don't understand why they waited so long to want to do the surgery, after I sent them an email of the picture of the cancer on my hand. I have two more moh surgeries to get done and I'll be going someplace else. read more

This office was very clean and well kept, the front desk receptionist was prompt as soon as I walked in I was greeted. No complaints!

I am not one to write negative reviews but this one is necessary. Worst experience ever with these dermatologists! My husband had Mohs surgery on his jaw and also a few biopsies on his ear. Dr. Handler completely botched not only the Mohs, but he took chunks of skin from his ear that still haven't healed after 7 weeks. The scar from the Mohs is still red and has a bump on the end that has not gone down. We were so upset and went to Dr. Morgan so he could see what happened and also to get the stitches removed. He was dismissive and not even apologetic for what my husband went through. He said that the ear and jaw would heal in 2 weeks and gave him an antibiotic cream to apply. That was 4 weeks ago and they still have not healed. Never in all of our years dealing with dermatologists have we ever had an experience such as this. Their treatment and attitude was simply appalling and unprofessional. read more

I left to go to Aaron Morgan & he is a completely different doctor. Not only is he thorough, he treats you as a person, not just a number. And the wait is never long. Took forever to get an appt for an annual full body scan. I had it down for 4pm but office said it was at 3:45pm when I arrived at 3:58pm to check in. Front desk girl said she would have to "check with the provider since you're late." She came back a few minutes later and said "unfortunately she is done for the day and leaving so she can't see you." I find that ridiculous especially since I have been in this office in the past and have waited upwards of 40 minutes for someone to call my name. I didn't leave when they were horribly late for my appointment but I was 13 minutes late and they wouldn't see me. I'm a breast cancer survivor and this appointment is important. A mixup in times (I had 2 post it's and a phone reminder saying it was for 4pm) shouldn't make you miss it entirely. Where is your human empathy? Provider is Gina Ashworth who was leaving and refused to see me. I tried rebooking and when I gave some availability options was told "unfortunately this isn't pick and choose, I will tell you what dates I have available" and then gave me options outside my availability window with work. Dr. Morgan is compassionate and knows his stuff. I came in to his office for a second opinion im a condition I was experiencing. I felt it was an emergency and couldn't find a sitter for my daughter. I ended up bringing her and forgetting my insurance card. He was very nice about it and allowed me to fax a copy of my card to him. He took one look at me, asked me lots of questions and diagnosed me correctly. He spent enough time w me, made sure I had no other questions and made sure I understood what I had. Thankfully, it was minor and not contagious! I didn't have to wait longer that 5 minutes to see him. The office is beautiful and brand new. If you are having an issue book with Dr. Morgan. For years I've bounced around from different dermatologists. I've been to the franchises that have 30 locations, ones that won't let you see a physician with routine exams, and others who think your body is a dart board. About three years ago for insurance and dissatisfaction reasons I needed to find another dermatologist. The guy I was using would cut something off of me every two weeks. I asked him once, "when am I going to be done?" He replied, "Maintenance." So in theory he'd find something wrong with my skin forever. Friends' recommendations just weren't doing it. I picked Aaron Morgan out of a list not knowing thing one about him. I liked him the moment he walked in the door. He's young, bright, personable, efficient, has integrity, and more than willing to explain what he is doing every step of the way. He also works alone. My initial visit with him I was shocked that he said I was fine; no removals necessary. He also gave me a script for cream to remove keratosi. Just so you know, not many dermatologists will do this because they can make more money removing them with nitrogen themselves. If there is a negative at all it's that I've had to wait a while in the waiting room the last two visits. He has gotten more and more popular and there's good reason for that. read more

Dr. Morgan is a phenomenal doctor who cares about you and cares about getting you results. I previously saw a careless know-nothing who denied for a year what Dr. Morgan diagnosed me with in a minute. Since visiting him about a year ago, my issues are completely GONE. I have been to the office on 4 different occasions. Only once was I able to see the doctor. Overall, the staff, office, appointment was all very good, but to see a doctor, that's another story. Plan on a 8-12 week wait. You'll get stuck with PA that thinks shes a doctor and when you ask to see a doctor, she very quickly gets offended. Ill be taking my family elsewhere. read more

I am very impressed with Dr. Morgan. It is always hard to decide on trying a new doctor for an existing condition. Even harder to try a new (younger) doctor just establishing his practice... I have to say,A + I had been very frustrated with ineffective treatment for my skin over several years by a very highly reccomended dermatologist in this area. As a result I was interested in trying Dr. Morgan as a new practice in the area, although my hopes were reserved. My visit to Dr. Morgan's started of right.. Professional enough staff, short wait time.. but really I was impressed with Dr. Morgan.. He was efficient, listened to what I was saying, he was knowledgeable and engaged. Not to say the least, so far the treatment he has prescribed has been very effective. I hope to write a follow up review that is just as positive...
