Dr Benjamin Cohen now in Eatontown. I went to Dr Cohen about a cyst on my finger. He said I would…read morehave to live with it. My finger is now deformed. I asked about my thin skin. He sold me Glytone for $70.00. I found out it retails from the manufacturer and Amazon for $48.00. I also asked him about a mole on my chest. He said it wasn't a problem and he wasn't concerned about it. A few months later I went to another Dermatologist. The Dr took a biopsy of the one on my chest and two on my back. Results. 2 Melanoma's and 1 basil. Melanoma can be a life threatening condition. I called Dr Cohen. He referred to speak to me.

The night before my procedure the staff calls and asks me to come at 1130 instead of 11. I walk in at 1138 and they tell me the dr has left for lunch and they assumed I was not coming! No accommodations, no other appointments for 3 more weeks. So unprofessional! We spoke the night before...I told you I would be there. Maybe communicate with your staff? What a complete waste of my time. I could have had this issue taken care of already but instead I'm set back several weeks now bc of a stupid policy that you only do one cyst a day? What kind of derm drags out treatment like this? It's clear he cares more about having a leisurely schedule than taking care of his patients. Hope you enjoyed your lunch, doc.

I don't think "great" even quantifies how amazingly talented the staff is at Lombardi Plastic…read moreSurgery Center! Also, don't be intimidated by the name. This is my favorite med-spa I've been at in NJ, NY and SF. I come here for aesthetic & dermalogical purposes. I ONLY trust them for all of these needs. I've seen so many NPs here over the years, but I have to give a special shout out to my two favorite Nicoles! Nicole P. is so talented and knowledgeable and always provides her expert opinion. Nicole's hydra-facials are life-changing. I swear I could fall asleep on that warm table with spa music playing in the background and Nicole's magic hands working on my face. I've also got my mom hooked. Honestly, LPS is a family affair, and they know us by name! The staff is always so nice & accommodating, and always greets us with smiles. I remember the first time I met Dr. Lombardi--it was like meeting a celebrity! He is also such a sweetheart! I always feel safe here & would highly recommend LPSC to any of my friends!

I went into the office today in Sea Girt for a 12 o'clock appointment with Kim Clemente and was…read moreasked by the front desk, girl if this was my first time at the office. I told her no, that I had been there before yet she wouldn't believe me, asked me if I had the wrong location and then finally realized that it had been a few years and that they didn't transfer my profile over. From there, I was standing at the front desk, waiting for forms to fill out, watching her print out documents and clicking on her computer, but she continue to ignore me. After five minutes, I just took a seat, as I figured that I didn't need to do anything. It would've been nice for her to let me know that I could sit instead of standing there. Eventually, I was taken into a back room where I was asked again if this was my first visit. It had been several years since I had been to the office, so the tech suggested Kim evaluate me before moving forward. I agreed. She took a few pictures and then proceeded to walk a few steps behind me and make work phone calls. I find it odd for techs to be making Work phone calls in the same room as a waiting patient. Eventually, she walked out the back door and I was left sitting in a room that had to have been about 75 to 78° in temperature. I'm not sure if their air-conditioning was working, but it was boiling hot in the office. By 12:20 pm I had had enough, and decided that this was definitely not the atmosphere I wanted to get any sort of aesthetic procedure done. I walked past the room where Kim was sitting with a patient chatting and told her that I was leaving. She followed me out of the office to apologize for my experience and let me know that she had lost a friend to a car accident and she was discussing that with her longtime patient. While I have sympathy for her loss, I don't have time in my work schedule to accommodate for her personal life. There is a time and a place for these conversations. I needed to get back to work for a business meeting and there was no consideration in her mind for that, which is why I will not be returning to this practice.
