To make matters worse, I called ahead to inform them I would be approximately 10 minutes late due to traffic. The front desk staff were also rude and unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. This experience reflects poor patient care, lack of professionalism, and disregard for patients' time and needs. I strongly do not recommend this practice.

Unreal. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... I…read moredefinitely should not have rebooked here, even if it was with another provider. My first visit was for hair loss. the nurse practitioner did not even examine my scalp. I could tell she was just trying to get me out of the room as quickly as possible. She was pretty dismissive of my concerns. As a healthcare provider, I understand the pressure of working with 15 minute appointment times and an overbooked schedule, but this was frankly disrespectful and terrible medical practice to not actually perform a focused exam on the area of concern. What if I had scarring hair loss? And then went to Connelly dermatology and had a decent experience. When Connelly dermatology suddenly closed, I found myself without medication and a dermatologist. Out of time pressure and desperation, I foolishly decided to go to Schweiger again. This time a video visit with a different provider. She was somehow even more dismissive. She was late due to circumstances beyond her control, which is fine, but she talked over me. The entire time did not listen to a word I said. She also made it clear that she's unfamiliar with very basic evidence in hair loss medicine. She obviously had not reviewed any of the labs. her office did last time because she suggested my primary doctor do the same work up instead. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns, and again was just trying to get me off the line as quickly as possible. I waited 20 minutes for this appointment and it was maybe 4 minutes. There are plenty of decent dermatologists in the area. I would truly recommend avoiding this one.

I scheduled two separate visits after the initial "consult" where I paid my $60 co-pay. For a total of $180 after being told that the insurance company covers two removals per visit for the cost of my co-pay. Then I am billed on the back end for money I was promised by the doctor three times I would not have to pay. While I understand now, that the health insurance ins and outs cannot be known by my doctor. I would hope that my doctor is smart enough (especially if they are doing surgery on me) to be able to say the following words to their possible uninformed patients... "I do not know what the charges would be for this but we can provide you with the coding so you can speak to your insurance provider to get a proper estimate of what you will be billed". They would rather bait and switch a customer by luring them into having procedures done and billing them on the back end. Thanks for this doc, I appreciate you basically stealing money out of my pocket for a non-required "consultation" and then billing me on the back end. Not that I need the money now that I'm having my first child but I'm sure you could use the money more than I do. Run away from this place.

They run your insurance for different things then you've actually gone in for (I think to make more money from the insurance). I've been prescribed things or had the mail away pharmacy (that they push you to use) lose my prescription only to be told I'd have to come in and pay another copay just to get the issue resolved. Most recently I got blood work done for them. they called me, told me their was an issue, and when I pushed for specifics they wouldn't tell me. They refused to send me my blood work and when I asked my medical records be sent to my new dermatologist they hung up on me. The lab (which they pushed me to use, in the same building) doesn't appear on the directory for the building, doesn't come up online and doesn't have any associated phone numbers. They don't do refills on any medications (according to him) which seemed really odd at first because other dermatologists I've had have no problems putting refills on antibiotics. the he convinced me to use this mail-away pharmacy which often takes two or more weeks to get my prescription (so by the time i go in, get a refill and receive it, I've been off the antibiotic for several weeks and it no longer works. Certainly the worst office I've ever had to deal with. You can't contact them directly, you have to go through their phone system. the operators are okay, but don't really know what they're doing and tend to mess up.There actual staff and supervisors are very rude and transfer you from department to department until you hit someone's answering machine. I called on Thursday and was seen in the office on Friday - my appt was during lunch (12:15) and they kept to that appt time, like trained professionals should. After she scanned my skin, she reviewed everything with me and even showed pictures of my moles she thought were suspect. She took samples of those spots to send to the lab. All the work on my face, from filler, to Botox was the best I ever had. However, since then I have had other treatments there and am so happy with the diet and nutrition counseling I have received and other laser treatments. I love that they discuss my concerns and try to address what needs to be addressed and never try to sell me anything. They have actually advised I not do certain procedures. When I have follow up questions and concerns they are always so generous with their time. These are real professionals. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about people. I knew immediately it was going to leave a lump, and it did. I have never had an injector put an entire vial into just one side of someone's face like that. When I called a few days later, their only solution was to dissolve it. They expected me to just erase the product I had just paid hundreds of dollars for, essentially wasting my money. Now, 4 months later, I still have a ridiculous lump on the side of my chin. I called them again, and they offered the exact same "solution" to dissolve it. When I pointed out how unfair it is to make me waste my money, they claimed they could "partially dissolve" it and replace some filler. That is completely misleading because dissolving agents are unpredictable and eat away at all filler. When I asked for a well-deserved refund due to their doctor's poor placement and technique, they flatly declined. Even when I warned them that I would leave a bad but honest review, they completely did not care. They lack accountability and do not care about ruining your face or taking your money. Do not trust them with your cosmetic procedures.

I started going here bc I had a groupon for laser hair removal. I can't say that I had the greatest luck with the laser hair removal and I am fair skinned with nearly black hair. I did all of my treatments, they were performed by Lee and she is very sweet. I did have pretty significant hair reduction but not quite as good as the results as other places with a different type of laser. However, I have NEVER felt like I was treated any less bc I used a groupon. Since I started going there, and bc it is over an hour drive for me, I started doing botox and fillers to make the drive worthwhile. Based on every conversation I have had with other people, laser & aesthetic medical center offers the best prices. Not only that, but Dr. Singhvi does an amazing job! He takes his time every time I go in there and studies my face to make sure he does what needs to be done with the amount of product he has to work with. He knows I'm on a budget and I only come in when there are specials and that doesn't matter to him. He absolutely gives me the best results with whatever amount he has to work with and he does not make me feel pressured to purchase anything else. I hope if someone reads this and is on the fence, please take the word of someone who has gone here repeatedly, who may have not had the most stellar results in the beginning, but will NOT go anywhere else for botox and filler.
