Wow! I occasionally need a good pedi "pamper" Don't judge me! These folks are great! First of all: Price. $23 for a men's pedi. All other places were 35-40. Come on folks. It's a guy who needs his toes clipped. Sheesh But the work they do. No poking or Pinching on my ticklish feet. Don't judge me! Finished up with a salt scrub and moisturizer with hot rocks? WTF??? It was GREAT! Now should I tell my bride? Yea. I think so.

I haven't been here since last summer season but at that time I did not care for their service and have not been back since. Rude.

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. I ended up in a heated argument with the owner who…read morealso threatened me, I left nearly in tears, and spent 3 hours there for a simple powdered dip. The nail technician cut me badly, showing he had no idea what he was doing. He also struggled to glue on the tips, which kept falling off. I wish I had taken pictures after he "finished." Another technician then had to spend an additional hour fixing his mistakes. I'll post pictures of the final product, where you can see how horrendous my cuticles look. The first tech applied the powdered dip so far back that my skin was essentially glued down, and the new tech had to file it off. In addition, the nails were lumpy, thick, and appeared unfinished. I went to the cash register and told the owner what happened, explaining that I did not plan to pay for the service considering the circumstances. However, I wanted to tip the nail technician who spent an hour patching up my nails. The owner argued with me, saying that my nails were fixed now and expected me to pay full price. I explained that I had been there for 3 hours for a simple powdered dip manicure and that I did not trust the structure of the nails, considering the first nail tech struggled to even glue on the tips. The owner kept repeating, "But your nails are fixed now," over and over again while I was almost in tears. Then he asked me what I'd be willing to pay for the nails, and I said $30. The owner agreed but then followed up with, "But if you don't pay the $30, then I'm going to take your nails off." We continued to argue more as I stood there with my card ready to pay. I confronted the owner, saying, "Instead of apologizing for this major inconvenience after I just agreed to pay you, you threaten to take my nails off. How exactly do you plan to do that?" He said he would cut them off. I then asked how exactly he planned to do that, and if he was going to strap me down and cut my nails off, because I certainly wasn't going to sit back down willingly. I told the owner I could walk out the door right now and no one could stop me. Being the nice human I am, I STILL paid the $30 when I should have walked out of there. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone! All I wanted was a simple apology and money taken off of the bill. When I left there I still did not receive an apology.

Holy moly worst nail experience I've ever had. I for one love to pay for a luxury service to be treated like a subhuman piece of garbage. Refused to do soak off and sent over the little guy to tell me "they were too busy" when I said filing off takes off natural nail he rolled his eyes at me, then proceeded to argue with me about what product was on my nail... was only the gel, Tina then aggressively filed my nails and finger skin, aggressively cut my nails way too short when I asked for a little less length, all my nails are different lengths rn btw, did white polish that is completely see-through, only one layer of top coat and no finishing work, finish job is lumpy and looks like a kindergartener tried to do nails for the first time. She filed the Polish at the end so now the seal is broken, I have gel all over my cuticles and they are shiny. This is why I do my nails at home and this experience just solidified that choice I constantly make. I will never be coming back and I will never be bringing back my step children for pedicures either. *Response to owner* 1. So you admit to engaging in improper nail practices as your standard, cool. 2. That is a lie, that is not how that conversation went down. In addition, it did not take her almost an hour to get the polish off my nails. I was paid and in my car by 6:00 p.m. I came in at 5:00pm and waited 10 minutes before I got sat down then waited for Tina to arrive another 2-3 minutes. You and the technician fought with me about the product on my nail for about 15 minutes. She rushed the entire job and none of that excuses the aggression or uneven nails. 3. Don't tell stories. As I already said in my post, I will not be back.

Review for ProNails…read more I've been coming to ProNails since middle school to get my nails and waxing done -- well over 15 years now. As an adult, I moved away for college, but whenever I'm back home, I've made it a point to stop in for waxes here. (To be honest, Asian Nails has always done a better job with nails, but I still chose ProNails for facial waxes out of loyalty and habit.) Unfortunately, this was by far the worst customer service and quality I've ever experienced here. The woman who did my eyebrow wax left wax all over my eyelid to the point that my lid is now bruised. This is especially upsetting because my sister's wedding is just days away. During the lip wax, it felt like she just slapped the wax on without any precision -- and despite me having a couple of acne spots on my chin, she put wax right over them and ripped it off, which was painful and careless. The pedicure itself was fine, but the experience ended poorly. I didn't even get to finish drying my nails before she came over and abruptly asked me to pay. After I paid, she rushed off to the back. When I tried to say goodbye and thank her, she turned in her chair, looked at me, and then turned back around without a word. Overall, this was the worst service I've ever had in all my years of coming here. Between the bruised eyelid, careless waxing, and complete lack of customer service, I will not be coming back. From now on, I'll be going to Asian Nails for all services instead
