Review for ProNails I've been coming to ProNails since middle school to get my nails and waxing done -- well over 15 years now. As an adult, I moved away for college, but whenever I'm back home, I've made it a point to stop in for waxes here. (To be honest, Asian Nails has always done a better job with nails, but I still chose ProNails for facial waxes out of loyalty and habit.) Unfortunately, this was by far the worst customer service and quality I've ever experienced here. The woman who did my eyebrow wax left wax all over my eyelid to the point that my lid is now bruised. This is especially upsetting because my sister's wedding is just days away. During the lip wax, it felt like she just slapped the wax on without any precision -- and despite me having a couple of acne spots on my chin, she put wax right over them and ripped it off, which was painful and careless. The pedicure itself was fine, but the experience ended poorly. I didn't even get to finish drying my nails before she came over and abruptly asked me to pay. After I paid, she rushed off to the back. When I tried to say goodbye and thank her, she turned in her chair, looked at me, and then turned back around without a word. Overall, this was the worst service I've ever had in all my years of coming here. Between the bruised eyelid, careless waxing, and complete lack of customer service, I will not be coming back. Filthy place and AC VERY RUDE. One young girl taking my polish off went to deep into my nail and I jumped and knocked the drill out of her hand and it cut her. I don't think they let her do it anymore read more

I started coming here a few months ago because I was looking for a convenient place on my way home from work. Well I found it! Doesn't matter what Im getting done Im always out in about 45 min! I get so many compliments on my nails as well! Every one who has done my nails has been very nice. I love coming here and even started bringing my sister with me to get her nails done! Super bad I came in for a fill and a pedi my pedi was ok was rushed because people started pouring in but my fill was so rushed the girl who did it didn't even buff it out there is indents in my nails one nail has little to no Acrylic they look bumpy the color isn't even covering all my nails . Like listen I like polish not everyone likes to get gels that's what she was trying to push in my face it seems she didn't know how to do acrylic and was only good at doing gels because it looks like a 3 year old did my fill waste of money I'm really annoyed because this is my time to pamper myself and when I addressed it to her they didn't even want to fix them I'll never go back I would try to avoid this place as much as possible there also cheap with the pedi and the bowls and the equipment they use was dirty . I went in to have my first gel manicure a few weeks ago. They cleaned everything prior to me using it and after using it. For a small charge, I left with my own files, and pedi pads so they are mine to use when I return. They did a great job on my mani/pedi. I'm definitely going back read more

Avoid avoid avoid! First off this place needs to be cleaned. They charge you price based off of what color you decide to get... ? Certain colors said +$5 and +$8 which makes no sense to me. I arrived at 12:50 pm for a 1:00 pm appointment. I picked out my color (wanted a specific OPI but they don't carry opi, wasn't a big deal, I picked something else) and then sat until 1:10 pm to get my gel mani (also not a big deal). What was a big deal to me was that they wanted to charge me NINE DOLLARS extra to buy the file and buffer they were going to use. The guy said they store them in the back for return costumers but i explained that I am not from the area. A nail file and buffer for 9 dollars??? Sorry no. When I called to make an appointment they should have provided that information. I walked out and will get a mani elsewhere. read more

Overdue review. I went to this nail salon for the first time (over three weeks ago) for a gel manicure with Tina. I am so happy that I did! An additional gel is applied in between polish coats that I had never seen before. My nails still look amazing. Looking forward to future services when this quarantine is finally over! The ONLY nail salon I will go to. I literally go out of my way, 20 minutes, to get to this salon. They do the best work, do not charge extra ridiculous fees like " nail repair" or "file down". They have the best standard manicure airbrush color around. (Not the pale-white kind other places have, but a nice maroon-y pink.) Well worth the drive to go there. Not impressive from the outside, but their work is A+. read more

I'm very disappointed in this gel full set with gel polish. They did not spread the gel evenly; the nail is very bumpy and the polish is very streaky. On my left thumb it not dry correctly because she was rushing, therefore creating a bubble in which later I had to peel it off. Also, on my left ring finger, the nail broke by itself. Very disappointed as they rushed me and it was not very busy on the day I went. $60 for shoddy work? No thank you. read more

There are so many nail salons to choose from in this area and vicinity (& I have tried a few); however I have not been more pleased with the VERY pleasant and courteous service I received when walking into ProNails to make an appointment. I did this after reading other reviews but also wanted to view the business for myself (cleanliness, structure, employee cleanliness and habits if not working on a client, etc). Needless to say, I made an appointment for a few hours later. Betty who I was to have my appointment with, was ready. As other appointments came in, the same occurred. And a few walk-ins entered and were honestly informed if there was a wait time and who'd be servicing them. Which there was 2 & they waited no more than 10min. I have been to other salons for 1.5+ hrs with an appointment! No more. A MUST. read more

Love the owners, but recently my shellack has been peeling off. I told the girl not to make me wash my hands because the oils transfer and make the polish peel but she insisted. She didn't wipe with the alcohol either....thus peeling shellack. I do like the pedicures and the prices. read more

I'm sorry but these people are far from pros. I came in for a fill. I have long acrylic with a shape that not all nail techs are good at. I'm used to perfection but I was in the area so I setttled. I felt so rushed as soon as I walked in. When I get my nails done I like to relax and feel pampered. The woman who did my nails was going SO fast like it was the last fill of her life! Overall my nails look mediocre to say the least and when I gave her a tip which I though reflected her work she shook her head and scoffed. So rude. read more

this place is awful. if i could give them 0 stars or even negatives, i would. my nails look like bubbles and the tech was beyond rude. not only did she hurt me but she kept making faces and huffing and puffing while CLEARLY talking smack. $45 for a set of ACRYLICS?? Top 10 down the road charges $55 for a set of UV GELS. the place itself is grimy and needs to be deep cleaned. safe to say I'll never be going back. read more

They get you in and out very quickly, but their ethics are a bit shady. A full set of acrylics takes about 30 minutes from start to finish here. They rush everything and don't make sure your nails are even. I wonder if they are using the illegal MMA acrylic powder because nothing is labeled and it is a very strong smell. They don't wash their hands or sterilize their tools properly. Red flags all over the place here. If you want to avoid an infection or a fungus, avoid Pro Nails! read more

honeslty have never experienced such rude service! they told me to pay 70 dollars to fix the color of my nails. they also broke my nail and wanted to upcharge for the shape of my nail. If you are looking for a pleasant experience getting your nails done I highly recommend going else where! read more
