My gel manicure wasn't done good at all, 3 nails broke 2 days later Plus don't trust the prices they're different everytime. They burned side of my finger filing it. Never go again. I suggest you do the same. read more

The Quality, service and vibe is EXCEPTIONAL here. They treat you like they care, my nails/feet look amazing, and it's very clean with attention to sanitized everything down to the hot stones!! I really like this place and believe me I've tried many in the area. read more

i went in for a simple manicure with clear polish. I asked that my nails be trimmed to the same length. and that was done as requested, but the corner of my left thumb nail was clipped back at an odd angle leaving part of the nail bed exposed. I could have dealt with that, but when my cuticles were trimmed, the gentleman manicurist snipped that very area. It did not bleed, but I am now on day three with a thumb that is still sore. read more

Today at LA was like an episode of an old Seinfeld series. They know HOW to make an appointment, they don't know how to keep it. I made my appointment 2 days ago. I wanted Kelly was told she is away. Ok how about Rose. She doesn't work here anymore. Okay, I need a different woman. Yes I said a woman. Especially for a pedicure. I get there on time and was told Christine was going to do my nails BUT she's with another customer. Joe Smow would start my pedicure. NO I don't want a man to do my pedicure. Ok Christine will be with you soon. 20 min. later they they AGAIN to get me to have a man do my feet. Again I said,NO. That's just me. I'm paying I shouldn't have someone I don't want. Ok, you can wait for Christine. 40 MORE MINUTES till she's done with her customer. Oh hell no. Why did I even make an appointment if you don't honor them. I will never go back. read more

Went for first time, had a great experience with my pedicure! Going back in a week! The place was booming the day after Memorial Day weekend, that about speaks for itself! read more

Attentive staff is very talented. All tools are disinfected and their pedi massage chairs give a great massage.

I went back after pedicure spoke with owner of salon and refused to do anything for me after my pedicure was not a good experience.

They need to speak English better and tend to regular pedicures with Extra care they go wah to fast as a pedicure should last 1 hour regardless if your having g your tonails painted or not . I have been only Tipping them 2 dollars since they don't seem to understand how to do an American pedicure and it's a rip off if you want to spend extra money to have a special pedicure with extra.add ones like a foot mask and extra massageing read more

An amazing place. I've been living here now for four months and been to four different places. This is by far the best place I've been to in many years they really know what they're doing their attention to detail is amazing. I haven't had a leg massage or hot towels, or any other massages on my hands or any of the other amenities that are offered here at a very reasonable price much more reasonable than the other four places but you're absolutely a nightmare horrible, this place was clean the people and it was so friendly and welcoming, beautifully decorated all the amenities you could possibly think of at a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend this as being the best place in the area by far go check it out. read more

I was referred here by a family member who lives nearby. I was really underwhelmed overall. I was visiting from out of town and didn't know what time I'd arrive so I was a walk in. They sat me quickly enough, but my technician was not very nice. He didn't really say hello and after he sat me down, he went out for a cigarette and came back reeking of cigarettes. Great. So halfway through he cut my big toe but didn't really react. Then he was like is everything ok? I'm like yea.... He just seemed irritated to be there, to service me, idk. It was weird and I don't plan to go back. Locally nail salons are a dime a dozen so I'm sure I can find one that seems to treat people better. I was also not sure how clean the instruments were, so that's sort of a problem. Overall definitely could've been better. read more

My mom had a terrible experience she is so unhappy and upset. She keeps saying she will never go back because her toes looked better before her pedi than after. I feel really bad because she is extremely upset and disappointed. read more

If there was a zero I would give it! Biggest rip off ever I am a long time customer and I needed a quick gel polish change om my toes Asked the girl at counter how much she said $12. I went to appointment. Total beginning to end 10 minutes. Changed polish. No water, no file nothing like I needed. I go up to pay $25 . I spoke with owner he claimed because it was gel. I will never go back. Nor do i recommend. Seniors beware! read more

I went to this nail salon for years prior to Covid, never had a problem. I've been back 4 times back under the new owners. Second time there two of my nails chipped. I was close to my next visit so I just had him (Tom) to just shorten all my nails rather than lengthen two of them. This time I went in on a Fri and the next day, while doing dishes, my left ring finger chipped. When I went in on Sunday I thought he was going to fix the nail. What he did was to file it down to almost half the length of my other nails. While he was filing I told him that that was not what I was expecting, I could have done that at home. When I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy, he came up to the front and said " Mam, you didn't say thank you". I really think that if a nail chips the very next day it should have been fix not just filed down. BTW, I have neve had any nails chip before. read more

This place is mediocre, at best. 1. Language barrier. The staff didn't understand half of what I asked for, but nodded and smiled. Obviously, I wasn't being understood, so I gave up trying to explain what I wanted. 2. Cleanliness. The instruments were not sanitized, and after I questioned, persistently, they sprayed them with alcohol in front of me. 3. Sloppy manicure. My manicure bubbled, so I returned the following day. They agreed to redo my manicure, and it was acceptable. 4. Pricing. My gel manicure and regular pedicure was $48??? A regular manicure/pedicure is $33, and the difference between a gel manicure and a regular manicure is $10, so why was I up-charged $15? Because they charge $5 to take off the previous gel polish, which THEY applied. Like it's not included in the $10 increase in price??? WOW Buyer beware. read more

I went there today to get jell and tips I have been there before but only for a manicure well today is the last time I'm going there I was so disappointed my nails look like flip-flops they're sick they're not the same length and two of them are crooked I have pointed that out to her and she told me that it's because of my fingers now I've been doing my nails for a long time and I never had that problem she did not even offer to fix it and the worst thing about it is that she charged me no discount or even offered but she just lost a customer I am never going back over there now I have to go somewhere else to fix this mess read more

First time I was there a tech, Anna, did a spa pedicure that left my feet puffy for 36 hours. I've had spa pedicures before, don't have any heart or circulatory issues that would cause water retention, I can only blame it on the fact she wrapped only my legs in hot towels and left my feet uncovered so she could do the actual pedicure. She could not understand that I wanted my nails filed round, not square, I had to remind her to attend to my heels and, instead of using an orange stick to push back cuticles used one side of the cuticle nipper. Then on to the polish - much to thick to go on smoothly toe nails looked awful. On the mani asked her not to use the course buffer on the nails; yup, she used it. Thankfully only put one coat of clear polish on, so how bad could it be, except for the fact the nails were misshapen. Since I did not know where else to go close by, I figured I'd give them a second chance, but ask for a different operator. And so the saga continues.... Made an appointment for 5:45 PM for a mani/pedi. Arrived on time but had to wait over half an hour before being ushered to the pedicure area where I again had to wait. After about 15 minutes decided to leave. Never again!! read more

I would never set foot in this place again. Not only did Ken give me a perfunctory and unfinished looking pedicure, when he did my gel fill, he did something wrong and now my nails are stained red. The stain can't be taken out; now my French manicure looks terrible. I also had something that needed to be fixed a bit on one nail, and he never even noticed it. No wonder it was so empty in there. read more

Horrible job painting my nails. The only reason I'm giving a star is because I cant write a review without it and the lady was somewhat nice. She did a very bad job painting my nails as you can see. I will never be coming back here. I will be requesting a refund. read more

I never write reviews but I really enjoy coming to this place for a couple reasons. I usually get gel manicures. In my experience here, the job you get really depends on the person. My favorite nail tech is Mimi, she is SUCH a sweetheart, great to talk to, and does such a great job on my mother & I's nails. If you are going to go here and want a LONG LASTING & GREAT job on your nails ask for Mimi specifically. She's the best! read more

Took my mother here for a mani/pedi and she could not stop raving about what a great job they did, her tech Nicole was super friendly and polite and took the time to explain all the different options. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be taking my mother back. read more

Had a great experience with my this wonderful girl Nicole she did my pedicure and my gel set omg the best

Whereas the people here are nice, they do an awful job. My pedicure was mediocre - nothing special. My polish is already wearing off on the edges (it's been a week). I also had a gel fill done and it's AWFUL. More than one of my nails is separating from the gel and there are all sorts of bubbles under the gel! Each of the nails is shaped oddly -- I had to ASK for him to square the edge of the one thumb nail and even then, it's not done well. He even jacked up the white of the french -- the lines are all weird and all over the place. TERRIBLE. Do not go here. The ONLY reason I gave them two stars is how nice the girl was who did my pedicure. read more

I left this place bleeding and extremely disappointed! It's a waste of money and when I tried to explain what I wanted she got defensive and started arguing with me! I asked for coffin shaped nails which should have been easy since the set I had were coffin shaped already.Yea no they are now round! read more

hopefully this is the LA perfection in the shop rite plaza in manchester- last week i called to make an appointment for a gel POLISH manicure and regular pedicure- i mentioned that it was my first time coming and asked for a good technician. technician does my pedicure first. then on to my nails- i showed her a picture of what i wanted9 simple french manicure but using a pink and a blue- omg what a horrible messy unprofessional job- my pedicure too--Messy. well i did say something and a guy comes over and starts to remove it- sends me back to pedicure to have another technician do it- she starts and then a guy comes to finish- he too did a horrible job- then this same guy attempts to do my manicure- he attempts and the same sloppy application was being done-- i said something again-- they claimed it was the color that i chose -they then blamed it on my nail texture! NOPE!! it was all non professionals doing it! I was really annoyed at this point-3 hours there and still not a satisfactory job done-- then a young woman comes over with a nasty attitude and directs me to her station-- SHe too was blaming the color! she was slamming things around and speaking to me with disrespect -i then asked to not to disrespect me as a customer. ( oh and i have to mention that they all ( the workers there) started to talk in their language ( this made me furious and uncomfortable) this woman did my nails nice ( not like the other 2) so a total of 4 hours i was there and a horrible experience, they had the nerve to charge me!! i paid but i did not leave a tip-- ( 1st time ever did i not tip a nail technician) but i kept my ground for the sake of the disrespect that i got from all of them there. and the very unprofessional job that they did! 4 HOURS!!! i had to cancel an appoint that i had later on that day not knowing that this atrocity would happen. NO STARS. horrible experience. look elsewhere-- read more
