Customer Service is terrible! They came in on a very difficult time we had and feel like they took advantage, I had told them the budget, the owner kept saying "it was not about the money, they wanted to help" However, they did not want to wrap any of our furniture or other stuff because they seemed to be in a hurry. Juan the owner kept wanting to give us " unwanted advice" and let us know we had to "down-size" that we did not need any of the stuff we had and we should get rid of stuff to be have a more care-free life ... I listened to what he said and told him I appreciate the "advice" BUT it was NOT the time, I was in a hurry, I was stressed and did not need for him to tell me what we should get rid off -- at the end, they wanted to charge me for their lunch time as well as a truck fee and "materials" which were not used, we had agreed on a different date to finalize payment, one of his sons kept calling and harrassing me to make the payment by yelling and asking for the payment ... just a couple days before the date we agreed. When I finally sent payment, they no longer had time to call me back to confirm receipt of it. They are rude, I will never use them again or recommed them to anyone. I cannot wait to see the storage unit and confirm what I already know, that they mistreated my stuff and possibly even broke stuff. DO NOT USE their service, especially if you are in desperate times. So disappointed. Was referred to this company to deliver a piece I bought at an estate sale. After clarifying with Juan that the estate sale closed at 3:00pm he told me he could pick it up within the hour and deliver it to me (around 10am). Not even too much stuff from Upland to Riverside they took an hour to put everything in the truck, I calculate minimum 4 hrs at max. Second, the guy kept my wine fridge and I've called him to bring it back and he just don't answer my calls or text. Is been 2 months and this is NOT RIGHT. My apartment had a fridge so I sold him my regular fridge, not the other. Juan and his team were great! Scheduled a pickup from Ashley's Home Store after buying a full furniture set (sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs with ottoman, plus 3 tables). Juan quoted me a price and time he would be here. Juan arrived later than he stated but he was communicating with me the entire time. He made up for it by not charging me for carrying a few items upstairs (which should have been extra), which I appreciated very much. The furniture I bought also had some scratches on them (not his fault- we had bought a floor sample) and he did a courtesy touch-up on them at no cost! Called around and got a few bids to have a fridge moved from a storage unit in Riverside and have it delivered to an apartment that was an upstairs unit also in Riverside and 3 out of the 5 companies I called would not even give me a quote for anything less that 3-4 hours of work. Two companies did give me a quote and Juan and Sons beat the other company's price. Juan gave me an estimate with regards to a window of time he could meet us at the storage facility to pick up the fridge and he was true to the window of time he provided.
