Sometimes I even add a scoop of protein to the frappes. I also love their protein shakes. My favorite is the peanut butter banana one. They also have some really delicious and creative matcha drinks. They use a very good matcha and you can definitely taste the difference. They offer some fresh fruit options for fruit smoothies, which is a plus for my toddler. We usually stop for a smoothie once a week as a ritual after my son's gymnastics class. More often than not I opt to come here for our after class drinks! There are some food options from Mo's Deli, but I haven't tried them. They also do a Friday pizza special with Moose's Tooth. Definitely a good hut option in south anchorage!

Some stuff for sale too like jewelry. I came on a Friday afternoon at 1pm and there was nobody inside. They have four or five tables plus two couches. Would be good for groups or a date. I almost passed out when I had to pay 5.75 for a 12oz mocha. Their rent must be extremely high here. None of their menus on the counter or the wall had any prices, well they did but they blacked them out. None of the specials had prices, the food too. So they can change them how they see fit. I just don't really like that business practice, I think it's kind of shady. They are way too high as well. Nobody should be paying that for espresso. Mocha did taste decent though, and not too hot which I appreciate I didn't burn my mouth. The worker was very quiet and when I left she sat on the couch with her phone. Happy to support small businesses but I won't go out of my way to come here or ever pay that much for a mocha. Those are *bucks prices.

I said we're not their customers and she just shrugged her shoulders, offered no apology, said that they were too busy in the back, and went back to her conversation with her co-worker. We have ignored the rude customer service for years because the food is so good, but I felt compelled to leave a review because I want them to do better. As a business owner, I consider our front of house employees as the most important because they set the tone for everything else. It would have cost them absolutely nothing to let a 10 year old boy use their restroom and would have garnered such good will with a regular customer. It came across as we were just an inconvenience to them. We will continue to patronize them, but we hope they will do better in the future.
