We were at the mall next door and were hungry, and I have always wanted to try the crepes here. Glad I did!!! First of all.....delicious chai. It was like a warm hug. Second....great crepe! My friend had the Milanese, and I had the Cubano. I had a wee bit of fomo when the dessert crepes were walking by but that quickly went away when my crepe was delivered. Quick service. Full disclosure....i don't get Crepes. Honestly, it's like someone was trying to make a wrap, quesadilla, and pancake all at the same time and screwed them all up a la Crepe I ordered the Cubano. It had the cheese, mustard, pickle and ham but it lacked roasted pork. That's not a cubano, it's a ham and Swiss wrap, soggy wrap. It was good, minus the soggy tortilla I mean crepe, but it wasn't a Cubano My girlfriend ordered the peanut butter and jelly crepe. Again, good, but I do t get the crepe. I was so thirsty and I saw the photo of this red drink on their board outside and he informed it was the Redbull Italian Soda. I have been here 3 times. Wonderful service and a wholesome meal downtown for breakfast. Parking is street side, so I'm not sure how busy it would be in the summer. But for now, no rush. The venue is large with ample seating and cool art. More of an upbeat industrial look. It's a cafe vibe and although you could spend a long time there, i wouldn't describe it as cozy. They have a unique assortment of tasty crepes and different types of beverages that are amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive overall, and the food comes out quick. The price point seems a bit high for what you get but overall great experience and would return. This is a nice shop located in downtown Anchorage. There is metered street parking available around the shop. They has a decent sized dining area with tables, some cool swing pods in the front and lounge chairs in the center with tables. The shop was very clean and trendy. I was really feeling the vibe it was giving off. They offer various types of crepes, sweet or savory. They also have a selection of high quality coffee and pre-made salads as well. I ordered a pear and brie crepe. It was made fresh and took about 5 minutes for them to prepare it. It was delicious, very tasty. The crepe had a freshness about it. I would have probably liked the whipped cream and berries or PB&J one though a little better mostly because I am not a huge brie fan. It was still delicious though. The crepe was very filling and served as a meal for me. The staff....what can I say? They are awesome. They were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They were great and only enhanced my experience. I highly recommend checking this place out and getting one of their delicious crepes. Then the owner came out and we all chatted and gave Fernado some ideas we hope he considers! The crêpes are absolutly amazing but 1 does not fill me up so we end up getting 2 savory crêpes. Creative and fun crepes, but if you want something filling it will be more expensive of a meal about $13/person. The crepes are small and not worth the money that you pay.
