The food was a good portion, but the flavor was missing. I ordered the teriyaki and potstickers combo and it was not that tasty. After a few bites I knew I won't be coming back here again. The teriyaki sauce was mostly on the rice rather the chicken, the dumpling was almost flavorless, and the rice shouldn't be with the potstickers because all of the potstickers had rice stuck on them. read more

Very generous portions. New employee over charged for menu item and even when made aware of that did not refund money or offer other food to make up for it. Bento box was good not great. Vegetarian choices come with non- vegetarian side dishes. No paper towels in restroom. read more

Katsu chicken was disgusting. Chicken had no seasoning and the sauce was a liquidy acid that did not pair at all with the chicken. The salad was basic, seemed like packaged salad from a grocery store. The beef bulgogi had no flavor, as it should have. It just tasted of fried meat. No sauce giving it that bulgogi flavor. Rice was clumpy. Overall, really disappointing. Will not come back. read more

I know teriyaki is a big thing over here in Seattle, so it's tough to actually decide on which ones to go to. I saw this opened up relatively recently, and decided to stop by on a Friday for lunch to try it out. It was fairly empty when I came in - maybe 1 or 2 parties were inside eating. I proceeded to the counter to order the chicken teriyaki and pork katsu plate, then within 10 minutes, the cashier delivered my order to my table. I started with the chicken teriyaki - it was a bit overcooked, evident by how dry it was. But the sauce was nice, not too sweet or salty. I then moved to the katsu, which was easily my favorite part of the meal. It was lightly breaded, yet was extremely crunchy when I bit into it. The pork was nicely cooked as well. The katsu was even sitting on a raised rack on the plate which helped maintain the crispiness around the whole pork. The salad was too wet for my liking - the dressing itself was more liquid-y than I've seen from any salad dressing. It was almost like a soup, and it failed to adhere to the salad in a way that was pleasant to eat. Taste-wise, it was average. The rice was nicely cooked, it wasn't like they were using stale rice from the previous day and then re-heating it. The interior is very casual, with plenty of open space for groups to eat together. It's one of the nicer teriyaki restaurants that I've been to, but not fancy by any means. Pricing is pretty decent, a little over $10 for a plate. Parking options include a parking lot right outside the restaurant, which can get tight since it's shared with other shops in the plaza. There's also street parking right in front, and I think you can park in Crossroads if you need to. A decent spot to get a casual lunch if you're nearby, but definitely not worth going out of your way for. read more

We have had a chance to try a few of the bento boxes and all are good quality and a pretty good portion of food! They are a little pricy, but then again this isn't a food court, and I usually get two meals out of one box. The reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 4 is because we've also experience several mistakes on our take-out orders (which we don't notice until getting home). That said, it didn't stop us from enjoying the meals! read more

Good food with very kind and attentive staff! I got the chicken yakisoba, which is not really like Japanese yakisoba but it was very good. Garlicky with nicely stir fried fresh vegetables. I had tried the old place just before the ownership changed and wasn't very impressed. I like the new food better. It was a lovely summer day so I decided to make use of their outdoor seating. One of the staff members kindly came out and put the umbrella up on the table for me (as I was struggling with it a little). I'll certainly be back! read more

Was looking for a new place in the area to take the team out for a quick lunch and found this yummy looking spot! Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The menu is diverse, the service was friendly and attentive, and all the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The portions are also very generous! I ordered the beef bibimbap, and it was served in a piping hot stone pot. The veggies were all fresh, the egg was nice and runny, and the rice got that delicious crispy crust that you expect from the dish. This is a nondescript little spot hidden away near The Crossroads mall not far from our house. We sipped in one dark rainy night craving Korean food. There was lots of traffic coming and going for takeout. As we wanted the hot stone bowl, we ate in. The food was pretty quick and definitely delicious. Most people seemed to be ordering their version of a Bento Box. I can't comment on that but our food was delicious. My husband had the beef which he enjoyed. I had the spicy pork which needed more heat in my opinion. Alas, that can always be added and never taken away. We will be back to try more items in the menu! read more

Teriyaki is very good. I also enjoy the Bimibap. The Ramen is competitively priced. Not as good as dedicated Ramen spots around town, but still very good. I went to this place with my husband and I need to say that my dish was delicious but my husband wasn't happy about the taste of his yakisoba. He was complaining that his dish was very oily and he can count of beef prices in his plate. I putter 4 stars because I didn't try his dish but my Bi Bim bop was super good! read more

I ordered yakisoba chicken and gyoza from the place. The quantity of the dish is huuuge. The noodles were huge in quantity and salad was normal. I wish there was more chicken instead of the noodles The food (both the dishes) were delecious. I had taken to go. So cannot comment on the service. No body was sitting in the restaurant. The spicy chicken teriyaki and the chicken yakisoba are absolutely delicious. We prefer both spicy. The price point is around $30 for two entrees and completely worth the takeaway price. The staff are friendly and the food comes out quickly. I've never been in pre-Covid times but highly recommend for takeout in Bellevue. read more

I love getting their chicken teriyaki bento box and their miso soup. It comes with so much food for such a great price! My favorite dish in the box is the yakisoba, it reminds me of what I use to eat when I lived in Okinawa. A small part of me wishes that they would add kimchi too for spice, but honestly the bento box is perfect as is. Overall, the food here is decent and my favorite is the chicken Katsu. I did order a regular chicken teriyaki the other day and was very disappointed. The chicken was undercooked and it was very fatty (clearly was not cut well during prep). I hope that they put more of an effort into preparing the raw ingredients. read more

Good find! We had lunch here. They have several good 'Bento Box' options. I did Tofu Bento with all regular sides. Their prices are reasonable compared to many other places that serve Asian fusion stuff in the area. A young lady who was at the front was so very friendly which was a big plus. Ouch... $16 out the door (including tax and tip). Sorry, NOT PAYING $16 for an $8.00 lunch. Decided to try the new establishment after eating at the old establishment (Fugi Teriyaki) for the past 12 years. Positives first. Great improvement on decor and overall ambiance. New flooring, tables, chairs, window treatment and piped in classical music. Serving size was excellent. No lines. All good! Yay! Then I looked at the menu. Lunch prices DOUBLED. No featured lunch specials. Ordered a standard/simple combo to try out: Teriyaki chicken with Chicken Katsu. The katsu was better the Fuji's (juicier meat and less dried out and the panko was thinner and more delicate). However the teriyaki chicken was close to flavorless. Needed 12 hours more marinating and more sugar in the marinade to caramelize on the grill. The stir fried cabbage was way too crunchy and needed about 1-2 minutes more time to be fully cooked. The rice was fine. Overall, the food is on par with the old Fugi Teriyaki. he presentation and atmosphere is 100% improved but the price doubled. NOPE, not coming back. read more

I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet. This is one of my go to restaurants in the Crossroads area. They never fail to serve up some of the best Asian fusion food around. They have beautiful to go presentations and if you decide to dine in, they are quick and very friendly. My favorites are their chicken teriyaki and yakisoba. I've ordered through DoorDash at least 3 times and their food is always great. The shrimp tempura is a little thick on the breading and the spicy pork is over sauced so I would request for it to be served on the side next time instead of on top of the rice. Overall, everything has been tasty and fresh. I love their miso soup also! Definitely recommend. Their bento box can easily serve two people. read more

I bought the bibimbap with beef today ( see receipt). When my kid ate couple spoons, I noticed purple cabbage is stale and some have black spots. The cabbage is uneatable. It's not hard for the shop to notice the stale cabbage but they still sell it to customers. Please be careful and check the food before eating. I am very disappointed that my kid has to eat the stale food. read more

I decided to come here because I saw it was new! I do love some teriyaki! I heard this place was good as well and I wanted to try it. I came around late lunch time. It was pretty empty. We walked in and was greeted and got acknowledged. The menu was displayed outside on the window and inside with flat screens tv's. I noticed the prices were good! The average per dish was 8-14 dollars depending on if you get shrimp or chicken. I love noodles so I ordered the shrimp yakisoba and my friend ordered beef short rib bento box. And I wanted to order to go for my bf and my other friend. So I ordered chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu. We got a number and sat down wherever. The food came out in a good time! I enjoyed my yakisoba. So did my friend, she ate all her bento box! I think the price range is good! If I was in the area again, I would come by again for lunch! It was such a hot day so I had the mool-naeng-myun (chewy buckwheat & starch noodles served in an ice-cold, savory broth made from beef with fermented radish kimchi) to cool off. My husband had the bibim-naeng-myun (mixed with spicy sauce) and our son had the spicy pork bulgogi, but he hardly ate it bc he was too busy eating the odang side dish. So funny! He said it was the best thing he has ever tasted! We will definitely return to the Bellevue location for their great food, clean ambiance, and exceptional service. We hope Daniel is there again. The inside is surprisingly large with at least twenty tables, which is bigger than most Korean restaurants that I've seen on the Eastside. At 11:45am on a Saturday, my group of three had no problem getting a table. Their menu is extensive and has all the Korean food classics including seafood pancake, soondubu (stone pot tofu soup), galbi jjim (beef stew), Toppokki, bibimbap, and cold noodles (spicy and non-spicy versions). Their entrees are around $20 each, but some larger hot pot dishes (meant for 2-3 people) can be up to $70. I ordered the BULGOGI BIBIMBAP (~$24). Unfortunately they don't serve stone pot Bibimbap here, but the portions are large and beautifully presented. My dish came with plenty of fresh vegetables- pickled carrots and cucumbers, sesame bean sprouts, daikon kimchi, lettuce, and marinated black mushrooms (which I've never had in Bibimbap before but was soooo good) on top a bed of fluffy white rice! The egg was cooked perfectly over easy and the meat was marinated well too- I do wish the dish came with more meat though. They give you your typical sweet and spicy gochujang red sauce on the side as well as white vinegar and mustard sauce for added flavor. Service was fantastic and you get complimentary hot tea and ban chan (which are refillable). The ban chan included cucumber kimchi, daikon kimchi, sesame bean sprouts, kimchi, fish cake, and sesame choy. All employees were very friendly and made you feel at home. The inside is clean, but the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is that they have an Okay health rating and not a Good or Excellent health rating. I didn't look up the exact violations, but it would be great to see an improvement in score. Overall: 4/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 3/5 for atmosphere
