Came in on a Monday night had a wonderful dinner. The servers were attentive and friendly . Great menu with lots of options for all eaters. Food is fresh and tasty. Banchan all were very good! Kimchee and cucumbers were excellent!! Galbi was sizzling hot, tender and juicy!! Chicken wings were hot, crunchy with the right amount of salt and starch. I think this location had the tastiest menu. Lots of parking, clean bathrooms.

My GoTo place for Korean food on the eastside. I like their new location in Redmond but I usually order them for delivery and am always happy with how well it's packed and the flavors of every dish. The side dishes especially kimchi are always tasty.

Nice service. The interior is good for a shipping Plaza like place. Vegetable soup was literally boiling. It tasted good. Being extra spicy was really really spicy. Glad that there was rice to cool down the soup both for temperature and spice.

Got takeout as they have a great deal on Grubhub! My boyfriend got the chicken stir fried vegetables while I got the Yukgaejang. I did ask for no kimchi banchans for my boyfriend as he isn't a fan of spicy or kimchi, which they took as just no regular kimchi and he was still give cucumber kimchi. However, they provided a good variety of banchan and it was packed well. My boyfriend was very pleased with his chicken stir fried dish and I got a small taste. The seasoning was immaculate as the chicken and vegetables had a very savory sauce that paired well! I was impressed with my soup dish as well as it had plenty of meats, vegetables and noodles. I even got an extra order of rice and I could to barely add half of it cause of the portions. I'm always skeptical of ordering Korean food as takeout as they usually skimp out on portions but I'm happy to say Stone Korean Restaurant is a fantastic takeout spot! I look forward to dining in someday!

I wanted to try a Korean restaurant and stumbled on stone. I'd also heard about the place so definitely wanted to try this one. They have decent amount of vegetarian options, so I was super excited. The service is prompt and they were really kind too. I loved the vegetarian pancake. Was delicious. I'd really recommend ordering this one and the Tteok-bokki was decent too. Overall, if you are looking for a good Korean restaurant, you should try this restaurant!

Especially loved the soft tofu seafood soup - be sure to add the egg! The bulgogi was ok. Could have used more flavor and a better quality meat. On the other hand, the short ribs were tender and delicious! The bibimpop was ok, nothing exciting. There were 6 or so banchan, all very good. Loved the bean sprouts with corn. The seafood pancake was pretty good, though my first bite was really fishy. All good after that. It's a big menu and I look forward to exploring further!

Lately there's been a Korean food boom in the Bellevue area. Maybe it's the K-pop popularity, or the K-dramas on Netflix, but I'm so glad Stone Korean Restaurant has a location closer to me than the Redmond site! We love that we can have a combos of our favorite Korean items. Our main combo is the Kalbi with the soft tofu soup, and I'll also order the Mackarel to round out our meal. The Soft tofu soup is Korean comfort in a bowl! The Kalbi has the right amount of salty and sweet flavor. And I love the tastiness of the Mackarel, just add a squirt of lemon for a bit of acidity! There's also a good variety of banchan (somewhere around 5-7 dishes when we've visited). We've come through a few times, and service was just fine, attentive and quick if we needed some banchan or drink refills.

About a 20min wait for our party of 7. Soft tofu soup is always so comforting! 6 different sides that were all good but they were quite busy so couldn't get a refill. Spacious and clean restaurant.

The crowds are less heavy now and yelp joining the waitlist is super convenient. Although today's waitlist join said it would take 16-33min to be seated, I got the text that table was ready within 3 minutes. We were still en route and made it within 15 minutes but were removed from the waitlist because we didn't answer the 3 minute call. Nonetheless, we only waited 10min for another table. The dining area that is nearest to reception can get "cold" particularly the corner, we sat there once and your elders will not like it. Today we got seated there again and decided to wait for the other side where the AC wasn't full blast. Its all chill. Friendly, accommodating staff. The food comes fast, like Din Tai Fung. The cost too, is like DTF. Overall, its good, but not worth the higher cost, but the service and cleanliness make it a combined 5 Star. The Kalbi Tang is the star, a must get every single visit.

I was worried about the price because of its location in downtown Bellevue, but at ~50 a person and for the quality and quantity I received it is far worth. I never had to wait very long to get sat, and the entrance is a little hard to find. It's located upstairs a separate retail area. The ambiance is only decent, but it's not crazy loud. The service is prompt, but most of the ordering is done on the iPad anyway. You can order whatever you want, including rice, lettuce, etc. You also get one wagyu per person. The pork jowls and marinated kalbi are my favorite. If you like squid I highly recommend getting that too. The banchan side dishes are copious and refillable. Our biggest qualm is that grill could be hotter. Perhaps it is a means of controlling your pacing, but we want the meat NOW! Haha They do charge extra if you don't finish your food, but that's never happened to us.

For $40+, the meat quality wasn't bad, but the slices were super thin (looked like meat for hotpot) and cooked way too fast. I'd leave the meat on the grill for maybe 15 seconds and it would already start getting charred. That part could honestly be user error on my end, so I'd still be willing to give this place another try. I will say their banchan was really good and probably one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, I just left feeling a little disappointed, especially for the price. If you do decide to come here for AYCE, I'd probably recommend going for one of the higher tiers to get a better experience.

Although we didn't order any dishes that made use of the advanced tabletop, I still think it's so cool! Despite the tables also having a digital kiosk, I appreciated how they still handed us actual menus and manually took our order, both of which are becoming less common these days. Our group started with some hot tea and ordered three dishes which was the perfect amount to share. We loved each item and I enjoyed tasting the various banchan side dishes (included with most main menu items): broccoli, traditional kimchi, omelet, potato, salad and kimchi cucumbers. I can be picky about kimchi, but this one had an ideal balance between tartness, spice, slight sweetness and umami. Their kimchi cucumbers were also a hit as they were refreshing with a tantalizing heat. + SEAFOOD PANCAKE ($25): My first time having a seafood pancake and it won't be my last! It was hot right off the pan with a crispy golden exterior. The seafood included baby shrimp, baby octopus and calamari. It seemed like the portion of seafood was reasonable since I had some in almost every bite, however I don't recall seeing much shrimp... mostly calamari and octopus. They added a lot of green onion, which I personally liked as it gave the pancake an element of freshness. This came with a side of soy dipping sauce, but I enjoyed it as is. The portion size was generous for the three of us. + KIMCHI BEEF TOFU SOUP ($22): This soup was basically a comforting hug in a stone pot. It arrived at our table, still bubbling, with a small bowl of rice. While there wasn't a ton of beef in the soup, the pieces were lean and tender and there was enough to split between the three of us. I loved the smooth silky tofu, and the kimchi gave the soup a little tang. Adding a scoop of rice into my personal bowl and pouring the soup on top made for perfect bites as the grains absorbed the broth. We requested a medium spice level which was just right for me. + HOT POT BI-BIM-BAP w/ CHICKEN ($25): You can't go wrong with this dish! Carrots, radish, zucchini, bean sprouts, spinach and a raw egg topped the bed of rice along with our protein choice of chicken. We stirred in the egg immediately and I enjoyed all the fresh vegetables in the bowl. The chicken was delicious as well and seemed to have a slightly sweet marinade. The best part is the little bites of rice that crisped up against the side of the bowl, adding some toasty notes and texture. We forgot to drizzle on some of the red chili sauce provided with the dish, so I'll need to do that next time! The three of us had a terrific dinner here and the service is so kind. We were checked on three times, which surpassed my expectations. We came for an early dinner on Sunday, so it was relatively quiet, even shortly after 6:00P. Even if the restaurant was full, the tables are spaced comfortably apart and I noticed they even had a separate section that is walled off for a larger group. Parking is also easy, running right alongside the neighboring walking trail. Needless to say, I'll be back!

Both dishes were quite tasty and the presentation was excellent but Kimbap was cold (I guess that is okay but it should really be served just slightly colder than room temp) and the sides that came with Rosé Teokbokki were premade stuff from Young Ocean or another vendor, not housemade. Also the sauce for Rosé had "Korean Corn Soup" in it. I love the Korean Corn Soup but it's a cheap instant stuff you can buy at any Korean Grocery. Service/Venue/Ambiance - 3 stars. Simply put - not memorable but not bad either. Place was clean but very blank. It definitely does not feel like a place that should charge the price they do (more to come on this later). Food came out pretty fast and the server was okay. The space was pretty big and we didn't have to wait to be seated (Sunday 11:30am). Price/Value - Negative 5 stars. 20 dollars for what we got is quite ridiculous. Terrible value! Half the food we ate wasn't even made in house. On top of all this, they charged 80 cents more than the listed prices on the menu!! Wow and why? They ask for tip too. There is nowhere on the menu that says they charge 4% service fees. This is such a scam imo. Restaurants that charge service fees! Please stop. Unless the fees go to pay the wages of the employees, it should be illegal for businesses to do this.
