Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an online order and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes while being repeatedly told, "We're packing it up now." That was clearly not true. After asking for a refund, I was given a receipt that showed $0, and only after insisting did they finally go to the back and print a proper receipt showing a refund to my credit card. While I waited, I witnessed someone behind the counter--who appeared to be handling food--wiping their nose and putting their hands directly in the chicken buckets without gloves. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. No food is worth that level of dishonesty, delay, and unsanitary conditions. read more

I love their mango (pineapple?) juice. I usually don't ever get drinks like that from restaurants because it's usually all sugar, but the one here tastes so refreshing. I don't think any other place has drinks that perfectly sweetened, and it was only $3.25. Next time, I'll get a larger size if there is one. I've ordered the crispy fried chicken with gravy before, so this time I was in the mood for chicken tenders. Very good taste and quality of meat (very dry and hard though, not gonna lie). Also, I got the spaghetti, which they make sweet here. I'm a savory person, but I love all spaghetti. The palabok is good. And the crispy peach mango pie always tastes delicious. This isn't one of my favorite Jollibee locations. I usually only come here with my coworkers. This place is a bit chaotic with very inefficient employees. On my last visit, the employees that weren't taking orders at the counter were in fact avoiding eye contact instead of being proactive and helping customers. Per the usual, I will place my order ahead of time on the mobile app. It was quite difficult to flag an employee down just to pick up my order! Other than that, the food was on par with any other Jollibee restaurant. However, they will forget stuff with your order. Mine was missing a straw for my pineapple drink and lemon juice for my palabok. My friend's order was missing the all important gravy for the fried chicken. O, Jollibee! My favorite fried chicken and their mashed potatoes. I went there around 4pm and it was actually quite busy. A few dine in customers and about 4 customers in line. By the time I left (around 4:15) the line was outside the door! I got the 6 piece chicken bucket (half spicy and half regular), one large mashed potatoes and one spaghetti. A little under $25 for two people, what a great deal. We ate an hour later. They were warm but still good. They were on the oily side but who cares, it's fried chicken! The skin is insanely crispy with a good spice while the inside is juicy. Plus the seasoning is great--not too salty! With the gravy, it's just so addicting. This location was definitely challenged. We mobile ordered our food and it said it would be ready in 7 minutes. It was probably more like a half hour because of the strange system they had. Our order was buried with some other orders while they got the food for a bunch of other people that came after we got there. But even without the order issue, I was excited for the chicken and we figure we'd try the spaghetti and the palabok too. The best thing was the palabok. That was pretty good and I would recommend it except you can get a slightly better palabok from Red Ribbon in the same store. The spaghetti was just not my thing. I didn't like the sweetness of the sauce. I'm just more of a savory spaghetti eater. Last was the chicken. It was good, but doesn't really hold up for me against KFC. KFC is actually pretty amazing. This chicken was pretty good, but just not the same amount of seasoning that you get in the KFC chicken. Last was the pies, and I have to admit, those were bomb. You don't pay much for what you get and doesn't taste like trash. Definitely the best part of the meal. Pancit Palabok 3/5: clear noodles with egg, curry, and clear noodles. It's light, but IMO it's what you'd expect for fast food. Doesn't really taste like anything tbh, you might say it's bland. Spaghetti 2/5: sauce is sweeter but that's it, imo not something I'd go crazy over. Cheap sausage are in it as well, so it's a pass. Peach Mango Pie: 4/5 Decent, deep fried goodie but nothing too crazy about it. I also got the banana version which is just as sweet as peach. (Long Read) The food here is not bad but can be hit or miss. Fried chicken that has a nice flavor, spaghetti that is a bit sweet, and Filipino delicacy pancit..if you get it prepared properly, it's good. But chicken can get served with crunchy skin, but under-cooked meat; the spaghetti might not be as good as the last time you ate there (consistency) and same with the pancit. The burgers are burgers. It's OK. Food is subjective with taste, but under-cooking and lack of consistency says a lot about the establishment. The service is where they can do much better. There's either a level of arrogance from the employees, or the lack of empowerment from management that prevents employees from correcting errors and making it up to the customer. Scenario 1, we order for pickup, we pick up the food (chicken) and forget the spaghetti orders. We realize this a few minutes into the drive home and we drive back, this is less than 10 mins from the initial pickup. We get to the store and explain what happened. The store associates realize what just happened but just tell us "sorry, we saw the food get left so one of our employees ate it." OK, not the end of the world, but their apology ends there. "Sorry." I had to spell it out to the lead / supervisor that I want a replacement order. She tells me "but we would need to cook another batch and we are really done cooking for the evening". Wow. I had to argue a bit before they begrudgingly complete my order. Scenario 2, my son orders a meal. He waits around 10 minutes, his number comes up on the order screen, and when he walks up to ask about it, they have no idea where the order is. It was not made altogether. A sales associate is apologetic and tells us they will prepare it as the order next. We wait another 7 mins or so. By this time, the rest of the family are done with our food that we ordered next door. I ask for the manager and a supervisor comes to speak to me. Sally (her name) tells me it's because they are busy. Instead of being apologetic or empathetic, she is telling me that's how it is, again because they are busy. I tell her they could be doing better; I understand being busy but loading up with excuses to deflect my comments were not what I was expecting. She proceeds to tell me her team is working really hard and has an arrogant approach to telling me this. I tell her that I agree that her team of younger staff seem to be trying, but they look like they can use some leadership and direction as they look like can use some help in that regard. Her response was it's just because they are busy. Just excuses, not a desire to correct the issue and has the gall to tell me that this business that she is running is very different from others. Wow. I don't see or hear excuses like this from other fast food places. I can't even imagine a Dell Taco, Habit or ANY fast food place saying this. Once again, not sure if they are not empowered to correct issues, or just clueless on how to deal with customer service issues. Oh, during the wait for the order, they ran out of the peach mango pie. Too bad. Scenario 3, I take my co-workers here because they were curious of the place. We go here, wait longer than what seems normal (15 mins) for a middle of the day order, Our orders were called / completed in a really spaced out manner, as some are done eating and others have not received their orders. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and bloody inside. Staff had no idea what to do when my friend complained. They did no offer a replacement order or to correct the issue in any way.
